Maybe My Soulmate! (GL)

”This is the divine food cart, a legacy left by the once famous great sage Yi Xiu. Legend has it that he was just a normal mortal who went all over the world to learn different kinds of recipes to perfect hisoking skills. He devoted his entire life tooking till the last moment before his death. But miraculously, at the last breath before his death, he actually gained enlightenment from his recipes And his spiritual power spared through the sky. The heavens seemed to roar, the thunders fell all over, the wind blew everything like a chaos of rainstorm and in the end, he awekened from his death, like a renewed soul, his body went through rejuvenation and he got younger and also gained a high level of cultivation.”

”Mother found this divine object from a secret realm and it seemed to be one of his remaining treasures. It can transform into a fully customisable, portable mobile kitchen with everything available. You just need the ingredients and you can make anything through it.”

”When we were roaming around the world before, Mom used to use it as a mobile food stall on the streets. She used to sell food to feed us unlike someone who went and got about us. Hmmph..”

Mo Yuxin was listening with interest as Luwuqi explained all these but when she heard the last sentence which was obviously meant to ld her, her mouth twitched slightly sheuldn’t help but think that this little girl was really vindictive, just like a certain someone.

But, Luwuqi didn’t bother paying any attention to expression andntinued talking in a good mood.

”My mom sometimes pushes a small cart to set up a stall on the street. Peopleme and go, it’s very lively.” Luwuqi was in a good mood, so she mentioned the past to Mo Yuxin, ”Many restaurants wanted to hire my mother as a chef, but my mother refused.”

”Making spiritual food willnsume spiritual energy. Can your mom handle it?” Mo Yuxin frowned. From time to time, she glanced at Su Yubing who was fiddling with the kitchen utensils, with a hint of worry between her brows, fearing that she would faint during the process.

”It was hard for my mother to raise me.” Luwuqi said seriously, ”So I also like the people my mother likes, and I also hate the people my mother hates. When I grow up, I will get whatever my mother wants for her.”

Mo Yuxin glanced at Luwuqi and said lightly, ”But you don’t study seriously and you skip classes.”

Luwuqi’s smile fell when she heard that, and she wrinkled her nose and said unwillingly: ”I will start working hard tomorrow. I will quietly exert my strength and surprise everyone in the end. Besides, I am a genius!”

”Have you memorized the scriptures such as ’Taishang Ganying Pian’, ’Huangting Jing’, ’Yinfu Jing’ and so on?” Mo Yuxin curled her lips, ”When I was your age, I had already memorized all the Taoist scriptures.”

Luwuqi: ”...” She stared at Mo Yuxin for a long while, then suddenly turned to Su Yubing and cried, ”Mom, you are going to hate her!”

Su Yubing said without even turning her head: ”Okay.”

Mo Yuxin: ”…”

The silence at the table lasted until the food was served.

A plate of braised red-scaled jade fish, a plate of stir-fried Jade Emperor Ginseng flower, a plate of Supreme Dragon Beard Noodles... In Luwuqi’s eyes, they are delicious, but in Mo Yuxin’s eyes, they are expensive, especially expensive. Red-scaled fish are everywhere, but only one Red-scaled jade fish is born among millions of them. In general, Red-scaled jade fish have bme intelligent monsters and cannot bme a dish. Red-scaled jade fish without intelligence are extremely rare. Let’s look at the Jade Emperor Ginseng flower—the Jade Emperor Ginseng is a monster. This flower is carefully cultivated by them. It ismmon in the Monster Country, but it rarely flows into Kyushu...

”What’s wrong?” Su Yubing turned to Mo Yuxin.

Mo Yuxin shook her head. She forced herself to focus her eyes on the cheapest spiritual rice. She breathed a sigh of relief and said, ”Many Taoist friends haventacted me through Hongmeng, hoping to customize magic tools. I’m wondering when it’s appropriate to go down the mountain.” If she doesn’t earn spiritual stones, she may not be able to support the mother and daughter. Howuld a casual cultivator who has just passed the love test have the habit of spending spiritual stones like water? ”I haven’t heard of a family named Zhan in the love test,” Mo Yuxin said tactfully.

Su Yubing seemed not to understand the hidden meaning of Mo Yuxin’s words. She just smiled and said, ”I am a casual cultivator. Where does my familyme from?” After a pause, shentinued, ”If you have time after dinner, please repair the dining car.”

Mo Yuxin’s hand holding the chopsticks suddenly tightened, and she said ”Oh” and quickly ate the rice.

After eating and drinking, Luwuqi returned to her room with a satisfied look on her face to meditate and practice.

Su Yubing sat cross-legged on theuch, with her hands folded on her legs. In the hall, there was a candle-sized Samadhi True Fire. Mo Yuxin was transforming this mobile food truck for Su Yubing arding to her request.

”I don’t like brightlors,” Su Yubing spoke slowly.

Upon hearing this, Mo Yuxin glanced at the dazzling red clothes and did not believe Su Yubing’s words at all.

”It’s best to be black, but not too black. It should belorful black. It’s best to be able to improve defense so that you won’t be hit by others.”

Mo Yuxin pursed her lips. She was sure that Su Yubing was here to torment her. If she followed Su Yubing’s description, she didn’t know what the final result would be. Mo Yuxin simply blocked her voice and patiently repaired or re-refined the ”dining car”.

The ”dining car” was originally just an ordinary object, but after integrating some precious materials, it was promoted to a true magic weapon. Considering Su Yubing’s hateful mouth, she also added the automatic spiritual energy reserve function so that the magic weapon can turn into two wheels at a critical moment for escape.

It is not easy to refine a magical instrument with the addition of the autmatic functions. Mo Yuxin has more than enough spiritual power, but she feels that the stock in her No. 1 storage bag is about to be emptied. After being busy until late at night, she thought Su Yubing had fallen asleep early, but when she opened her eyes, she saw her sitting on theuch playing with a painting. Her eyes were bright and shining, and except for her pale face, there was nothing wrong with her.

”Painting?” Thinking of something, Mo Yuxin’s face suddenly turned ugly. She flashed to the side of theuch like a gust of wind and snatched the painting back. She didn’t notice the smile on Su Yubing’s face, but just stared at the painting with the word ”Hao Jian” on it, feeling a littlemplicated.

After a long time, she came to her senses and looked at Su Yubing.

Su Yubing said: ”Where did you find it?”

”Ofurse it’s on the bookshelf.” Su Yubing raised her head and met Mo Yuxin’s dark gaze, smiling casually with her eyes bent, ”Can’t I touch it?”

Mo Yuxin stared at her for a long time before saying, ”This painting can’t be taken.” Her fingertips stroked the landscape in the painting, with a feeling of nostalgia flowing through her eyes. She carefully rolled up the painting and explained, ”It’s a relic of my old friend.”

Actually, for Mo Yuxin, this painting is just one of the numerous gifts received by old friends. But afterming out of seclusion when she found that she has lost her memories and that Su Yubing was her Taoistmpanion, even though at the beginning she denied it but after staying with Su Yubing these days, she cannot deny the obvious abnormal beating of her heart or the way she always wants to protect this seemingly strange woman or the way her eyes always follow the sight of this woman, or how she feels as if her soul is getting ripped apart just thinking about Su Yubin’s severe sickness. She cannot deny these, and this painting is the only painting which seems to give her a strange feeling as if her forgotten memories are somehow linked with it.

”Is that so?” Su Yubing said in a long tone, with a seductive laziness between her eyebrows. She stood up slowly, suddenly reached out to take the painting, and a ball of burning flame suddenly emerged from her fingertips, burning the painting to ashes in an instant.

Mo Yuxin looked at the scene in astonishment.

She didn’t expect Su Yubing to really do this, so she didn’t even have time to stop her.

”Su Yubing!” Mo Yuxin’s face wasvered with a hint of anger, as if frost had frozen. The painting that was engulfed by the flames was left with only a piece of ash falling from between her fingers. She lookedldly at the person in front of her and said angrily, ”Don’t go too far.”

This painting may be the key to regaining her memories! And now its burnt to ashes. Mo Yuxin didn’t know why Su Yubing reacted like this but the reason she felt anger was not because of the painting but because Su Yubing used her spiritual powers! It’s obvious that using spiritual energy in her state is dangerous and torturous for her but this reckless woman never seems to care about her own health which makes Mo Yuxin feel a little angry and helpless.

”Since it is a relic, it should be blown away by the wind.” Su Yubing smiled slowly. She held Mo Yuxin’s hand and said, ”You are my Taoist partner. Do you think I should tolerate this?”

”You--” Mo Yuxin was a little speechless by her words and didn’t why she suddenly said it.

Su Yubing fell on theuch, shevered her lips andughed violently, her eyes were instantly filled with tears. Her messy black hair hung on her scarlet dress, between the black and red, her jade-like face was decadent and sad.

Mo Yuxin heart seemed tome up to her throat by seeing her reaction. She wanted to go forward to hold her but looking at her reaction, she knew that it was because of using her spiritual power so recklessly. Mo Yuxin had ald face, but sheuldn’t bear to see Su Yubing like this. Even though she had forgotten the past, there was ironclad evidence that they had a relationship. She half-knelt on theuch, pulled the trembling Su Yubing into her arms, and injected spiritual power into her back.
