Maybe My Soulmate! (GL)

”Yuanjun, please repair this pair of earrings for my wife. They were worn out after we had a fight with another monk. This earring has a defensive effect that can withstand a few blows from powerful monks. Please help me repair it.”

Mo Yuxin quickly named a price, trying to calculate the value in her head. She had to make back some of those lost spiritual stones!

The monk didn’t hesitate at all and paid all the spirit stones that she asked for. It was obvious that he was eager to have the earrings repaired for his wife. It took Mo Yuxin more than 20 minutes to repair his earrings and in the mean time, the monks outside waited patiently.

After he left, others followed. There were many ready made talismans that she made previously and many more defensive items that she had collected over the years which were on display for people to buy.

Many of the monks were interested, their hands reaching for the various items on display. Mo Yuxin worked quickly, her fingers moving with practiced ease as she wrapped items and collected payments.

As the crowd thinned slightly, Mo Yuxin noticed a young woman with bright, curious eyes standing near the back. She looked hesitant, her gaze shifting between the items on the stall and Su Yubing in her rocking chair.

Mo Yuxin smiled at her, trying to put her at ease. ”Can I help you?” she asked.

The young woman blushed and stepped forward. ”I was just wondering,” she said, her voice soft, ”if you have any…healing herbs?”

Mo Yuxin nodded. ”I have a few rare ones,” she said, reaching under the stall. She pulled out a small jar filled with dried herbs. ”This one is particularly effective for healing wounds and restoring spiritual energy.”

The young woman’s eyes lit up. ”That’s perfect!” she exclaimed. ”My brother was injured recently, and he needs something to help him recover.”

.Mo Yuxin smiled, happy to have found a genuine customer. ”This should help,” she said, handing her the jar. ”Just brew it into a tea and have him drink it twice a day.”

The young woman paid for the herbs and thanked Mo Yuxin profusely before hurrying away.

After the young woman went away, a heroic red haired female swordsman stepped forward. Her long sword was particularly eye-catching. There were flowing long red patterns on the sword body, just like her hair. Her sword seemed to embody her very self. But there was a visible crack on the sword body, the flame was now broken into two pieces and a the crack seemed quite difficult to repair.

”Greetings, Yuanjun. You have been seclusion for a hundred long years. Over the years, my flaming sword has been broken quite a few time and I took it to other weapon refiners but they could never properly fix it and it would always break after some time. And my sword spirit, Salamander was not satisfied with the repairs at all and has been catering me to take her to you. Sigh .. she hasn’t been talking to me even more more than three years now.”

Xiu Xuan stood opposite Mo Yuxin and sighed repeatedly. It was obvious that she was stressed about her sword. She has been an old customer for Mo Yuxin, from before she went into seclusion and was also very wealthy.

With her strong martial prowess and her wife’s extremely sharp intellect, the two have opened and established an extremely large and wealthy merchant group.

She is a fat sheep that Mo Yuxin was waiting for.

Mo Yuxin immediately took the sword from her and examined it for a moment before saying,

”The previous cracks were not perfectly repaired and the cracks were superimposed. If it continues like this then the sword wokd break sooner or later. The materials previously used have also been of lower quality than the sword body which caused some disharmony between the composition and caused the sword to break.”

Mo Yuxin said without even raising her head.

Xiu Xuan immediately asked a little nervously,

”C-can you save her? This sword and My wife’s sword are a couple sword. These two swords have an extremely high level of connection and the sword spirits are in a bond even. My wife’s sword has also requested her to get my salamander fixed. My wife’s also been a little upset with me! Please help me fix it. I can’t bear to see her sad.”

After saying all this, Xiu Xuan immediately said,

”Spiritual stones aren’t a problem. Ask for as much as you want. Just fix it.”

Mo Yuxin was satisfied with her words and immediately started fixing it on the spot.

Her stall was open for all to see and even the repairing equipments were also in the open.

Anybody could see her repairing things with seriousness. But she wasn’t afraid that others would learn the method of refining without her knowledge. After all, she refines with the true samadhi fire that she acquired and not just anyone can have it.

It’s extremely rare after all. She took out some high quality repairing materials and compared it to the quality of the sword body and only after seeing them match did she keep them and took the rest inside her storage bag.

She then summoned her true fire and cast a series of repairing spells and immediately got to her work.

When Mo Yuxin truly gets focused on her work, she has no sense of the outside world and is immersed in it untill the process is finished properly.

The female swordsman Xiu Xuan was bored from waiting and took out her hongmen order to send a message to her wife but she got no reply from the latter.

She immediately sent another message,

”Wifey!!! I have found Yuanjun Mo Yuxin and she is repairing our sword now!! Don’t worry, I will come home only after it is completely repaired. Ohh! By the way, please transfer me some spirit stones. I didn’t bring much with me! Pretty please!! I love you!!”

After sending this message, Xiu Xian waited for a reply from her wife but only saw that she has seen her message but chose not to reply.

She was immediately a little deflated and just when she was about to send another message, a new notification popped up, saying that a transfer of one million spirit stones have been credited in her account.

She was immediately overjoyed and immediately started sending love messages to her wife.

After sending almost 20 messages in a row to her wife, she finally withdrew her gaze and turned to look towards Su Yubing, who was sitting obediently on a rocking chair on the side. Her eyes were always following Mo Yuxin with a focused gaze, giving her the illusion that she truly loved Mo Yuxin. Explore more at freewebnovel

”Are you the taoist partner of Yuanjun Mo Yuxin?”

Su Yubing turned her attention from Mo Yuxin to her bad nodded slightly before humming in response,

”Hmm..”

”You look really sick.” Xiu Xian who has always been an honest and upright character bluntly asked about Su Yubing’s condition.

But Su Yubing didn’t get offended. She quite liked people of this character who could easily be distinguished from good and evil.

She sighed slightly before replying,

”I have heartbroken for the past hundred years because of our emotional tribulations. But now the hardships have passed and happiness has finally returned. But this vessal couldn’t bear too much pain and has collapsed.”

Her words were a bit profound and Xiu Xian couldn’t say anything in reply.

She could only change the subject by saying,

”Yuanjun is the most respected and famous weapon refiners in the whole human world. Everyone wants to get something repaired from her. After all, her repairs hardly ever break for a second time.”

Xiu Xian deliberately spoke a few words of praise for Mo Yuxin, hoping to get some good will from Mo Yuxin, so that she would repair her sword with even more sincerety. But Su Yubing suddenly said,

”Not enough.”

Xiu Xian’s eyes widened after hearing her words and she immediately couldn’t help but ask,

”W-why?”

Su Yubing seemed to be a little thoughtful after hearing her words and after a few seconds when Xiu Xian’s suspense was almost built to the maximum, Su Yubing said calmly,

”Take your sword for example. From what I have noticed, your sword spirit must be quite angry with you right?”

Xiu Xian immediately said,

”Yes.”

Su Yubing again said,

”And you sword is a pair of your wife’s sword as well. Your wife must also be quite upset with you, right?”

This time, Xiu Xian was truly a little shocked and couldn’t help but utter,

”H-how do you know?”

Su Yubing smiled a little profoundly and said,

”I have my means.”

”Anyway, you must also cherish your sword and your wife must also care for the sword spirits as much as her own children right?”

Xiu Xian was again and again shocked by how Su Yubing could say so many right things about her, without even knowing her from before!

She continued nodding after Su Yubing’s words like a good little student and intently listened to what she was saying,

”And you also love your wife and don’t want to get her sad?”

This time, Xiu Xian said with a hint of strong sincerety and certainty,

”Yes. I love her. And I want to make her happy at all costs.”

Su Yubing nodded slightly, like a profound and all knowing safe as she said,

”Then, do you think that just by repairing the sword body, you can also repair the wounded heart of your sword spirit? Your sword spirit is also bonded with your wife’s sword spiri.....
