Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

In the days that followed, everything went smoothly.

That sword at the border wielded by Red Ponytail not only frightened the entire seventy thousand troops of Gaul, but also shocked the nobility of other countries considerably. Until now, they have no more doubts, only to consider how to handle the upcoming situation.

So far, Tolisstin has annexed all of Albion, while Gaul’s king has also been replaced. Although the two sides have not signed any peace treaty or alliance agreement because of this, everyone knows that the rulers of these two countries have signed a contract with Red Ponytail, becoming Magical Girls.

In other words, these two countries have become part of the same faction, and the ties between this faction are far stronger than any alliance agreement.

Combined, these two countries represent more than half of the continent’s forces, and other countries cannot compete.

Under such circumstances, the need for coordination quickly arose.

Thus... Henrietta received an invitation from the Romanian Pope to participate in the conference of nations to be held in Romania.

”This is clearly a case of ill intentions,” she said.

Standing on the deck of the warship, looking at the Romanian City in the distance, Red Ponytail crossed her arms, looking disdainful. Beside her, Henrietta and Louise both wore worried expressions.

”Is it really okay? Divine Envoy, the Romanian Papal State is the center of faith, if we just...”

Henrietta naturally understood why the Romanian Pope had summoned her; the Romanian Papal State is one of the most powerful countries on the continent, and it is also the birthplace of the Founder faith. As Pope, Saint Aegis XXXII’s status is even higher than that of kings of various countries.

The whole continent has always believed in the Founder, but now, she and Tabasa have signed contracts with the deity from Another World, becoming Magical Girls. In this situation, they might be viewed as abandoning their faith, which would be fine, but if the Pope considers them heresies... who knows what will happen.

”Whatever, we didn’t even care about seventy thousand soldiers, Romania is nothing special,” Red Ponytail sneered at this.

”I have no particular opinion on ancestor worship itself, but ancestor worship is no more than ancestor worship. If those people think they can thus stand above me and my master, then they’re asking for trouble... I hope they aren’t foolish enough to start a war over a spiritual idol against a real deity.”

With these words, Red Ponytail chuckled.

”Of course, even if they are that foolish, it doesn’t matter. I’ll just hack them down with my sword.”

Hearing Red Ponytail’s words, Louise and Henrietta exchanged worried glances.

Truly hoping everything would go smoothly.

But unfortunately, their prayers had no effect whatsoever.

In fact, an accident happened right after arriving at Romanian City.

Logically, with the Queen visiting in person, Romania should have sent high officials to greet her. But when Henrietta arrived at the port, she only saw a group of Sanctuary Knights.

”I represent Romania and welcome Queen Henrietta’s arrival. Please follow me,”

very coldly saying this, the Sanctuary Knight turned and left, and Henrietta was momentarily stunned, then silently followed. But as Red Ponytail and Louise intended to follow, the other Sanctuary Knights blocked them.

”Wait, unrelated persons are not allowed in.”

”They are not unrelated. This one is my maid, and this one is the Divine Envoy.”

Seeing this, Henrietta quickly explained, but upon hearing her explanation, the leading Sanctuary Knight snorted and glared at Red Ponytail.

”This little girl dares call herself a Divine Envoy? Are you the one spreading misleading talk and heretical beliefs?”

Speaking thus, the Sanctuary Knight suddenly waved his hand.

”Seize her! Hand her over to the Inquisition for judgment!”

With this command, the surrounding Sanctuary Knights immediately drew their swords, Henrietta and Louise were greatly startled, and their guards, the knights of Tolisstin, picked up their longswords and magic wands, and both sides immediately faced off.

”Ha, mere mortals dare to show off before me?”

However, surrounded by them, Red Ponytail showed no fear, just laughed as she looked at the Sanctuary Knight before her.

”I’d like to see, what can you do to me?”

”Attack, show no mercy to the heretic!”

”Hmph!”

Just as the Sanctuary Knights closed in to attack, Red Ponytail’s expression darkened, she let out a cold snort, and in the next moment, Dragon Might exploded, pinning those charging Sanctuary Knights directly to the ground.

”A mere group of mortals dare to speak nonsense before me, seems like you’re tired of living, huh.”

Hands behind her back, Red Ponytail walked over to the Sanctuary Knight who had just issued the order, looking down at him.

”Now then? What can you do to me now?”

”You, you.........”

The intense Dragon Might was like a weight of a thousand pounds, pressing heavily on the Sanctuary Knights, yet even so, he gripped the Longsword tightly, glaring angrily at Red Ponytail.

”How dare you treat me, who serves the Deity and the Founder, like this! You are disrespecting the Founder! You heretics!”

”Oh, of course, I don’t need to respect him. Why should I respect a non-existent guy? Instead, it’s you who feel so great flaunting the name of the Founder, right? Do you think you’re an Angel Envoy of God, so you’re proud, glorious, and don’t even know your own name anymore?”

Red Ponytail chuckled, looking at the Sanctuary Knights around her whose faces turned red upon hearing her words.

”What was it you just said? Disrespecting those who serve the Deity is heresy, right? Then in my view, you guys daring to draw swords against me, who serves the God of Magical Girls, are naturally also heretics, so......”

With that, Red Ponytail snapped her fingers.

”Feel the majesty of God.”

At that moment, the Spiritual Light of Dragon Might on Red Ponytail’s body burst out without any concealment.

If earlier the Dragon Might on Red Ponytail was still in a suppressed state, then at this moment, its full explosion almost instantly shattered the spirits and souls of these Sanctuary Knights. They stared wide-eyed at Red Ponytail, their hearts completely engulfed by fear and despair.

”No, please no!!”

”Help me, save me!!”

”Don’t kill me, don’t kill me, mom, mom!!!”

For a moment, the Sanctuary Knights lying on the ground cried like children, some even losing control of their bladder and bowels, wetting the ground.

”Heh, and this is faith? Just a bunch of pretentious folks relying on the authority of symbols.”

Red Ponytail scoffed and then turned, waving to Henrietta and Louise.

”Let’s go, I’d like to see what kind of show this Pope is putting on.”

Seeing this, Henrietta and Louise were left speechless; they could only brace themselves to follow behind Red Ponytail, swaggering towards the central religious district of Romania.

To their surprise, they originally thought many would come to stop them along the way, but in fact, as Red Ponytail walked, there was almost no one around. The entire city was eerily silent, as if this once lively sacred city had turned into a ghost town.

Of course, the truth was simply that Red Ponytail had unleashed her Dragon Might without any restraint.

Under the suppressive Spiritual Light of Dragon Might, people from afar had already fled in terror, not even knowing what had happened, but in extreme fear, all they could do was escape. Although there were some Sanctuary Knights trying to rush in to block Red Ponytail’s group, they either fell unconscious halfway or went mad.

This is the true power of Dragon Might.

Red Ponytail didn’t even need to do anything; just circling around the city could drive most of its people to madness or delirium.

As the group reached the cathedral door at the heart of the religious district, they finally saw a figure, a young man in his twenties with dazzling blonde hair, wearing a holy robe and standing there with a smile.

”That is the current Romanian Pope, Saint Aegis XXXII, His Holiness Vettorio.”

Henrietta whispered to Red Ponytail, who nodded and looked at the Pope before her.

”Are you the Pope?”

”Indeed, Divine Envoy from Another World, for your first visit you take such actions, might you not fear the repercussions?”

Although the blond man appeared relaxed with a smile, Red Ponytail could clearly sense that he was barely managing to stand, relying completely on some miraculous artifact by his side to keep calm under her Dragon Might.

But that’s all there was to it.

”Repercussions? The moment I arrived, I was met with drawn swords. Were you not intending to confront me?”

”Of course not, we merely invited you to attend a meeting... could you please retract this pressure? Divine Envoy, if this continues others might not withstand it.”

”Heh.”

Red Ponytail giggled, watching the Pope silently.

”.........”

”Heh.”

”......”

Finally, the Pope couldn’t hold out anymore and collapsed to his knees with a ”thud”.

It was only then that Red Ponytail was satisfied and withdrew her pressure.

”Since you’re so sincerely pleading, I’ll agree to it.”

Saying this, Red Ponytail squinted and glanced inside the cathedral, while the Pope, looking a bit bitter, said nothing more, rising again as if nothing had happened, and motioned for them to follow.

”Please follow me.”
