Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 630: Chapter 444: The Mysterious Website

Valley Town.

A unique town full of Western Unova charm.

At a glance, rows of wooden cabins lined up in two columns, with the wide street resembling a Western Unova cowboy film set.

When Ash Ketchum and his group traveled here, a Lunatone, persecuted by members of the Incredible Pokémon Club—abbreviated as villain—barged in using its strange radio waves to manipulate all the townsfolk, including Miss Joy, turning it into a ghost town.

Fortunately, with the protagonist present, all evil schemes turned into illusions.

The villain was driven away, and the Lunatone returned to its original dwelling. Years have passed, and the town is peaceful and stable. It’s just uncertain how the Lunatone is doing now.

”Hmm...”

Baimu sat on a bench by the door of the Pokémon Center, next to him was Dragapult, less than a meter away, with its head lowered, lost in thought.

Neither spoke, and the area was quiet.

It had been half an hour since they went to the police station to provide their statement.

Officer Jenny, as expected, was sensible and promised him not to broadcast the issue of the Ancient Tomb, satisfying his personal desires and giving the wild Pokémon of that forest some peace.

The only thing to be cautious of is the information source concerning the three Pokémon Hunters. According to the lead hunter, he discovered it on a secret website where many people were searching for Legendary Pokémon and sharing the whereabouts of these Legendary Pokémon with each other.

These people initially had a sense of fortunate optimism.

Due to the upheaval in Pyrite Town, the Pokémon Hunters lost their primary safe dumping ground. The previously notorious Poaching Teams were now struggling, holding onto Pokémon but not knowing who to sell them to.

Some smart individuals opened new markets, while less intelligent ones tried but got caught.

The hunter circles were full of chaos.

Among the chaos, there were always one or two trying to rise, like the earlier group attempting to capture Lei Gong with ambitions of making a sensational impact; these three Pokémon Hunters had similar plans.

Of course.

If they didn’t find it, they would naturally turn towards the Hunting Zone, located tens of kilometers away, to capture enough wild Pokémon from there.

Who would have expected a dark horse to intervene and catch them all in one fell swoop?

Surprisingly, these three individuals were big names on the wanted list, notorious for their offenses across various locations in the Hoenn Region, which had long been a headache for the Hoenn police.

Therefore Miss Jun Sha arrived quickly once understanding the details.

Baimu wasn’t too concerned about the final fate of those three people; he was more curious about the so-called secret website, never thinking it required membership and an invitation to register and log in.

He could only let Porygon II try to bypass it, to see if it could open a back door.

Porygon II agreed to help, but unfortunately, there has been no response so far.

In the Pokémon Center, Blissey was helping Miss Joy and a group of Blissey with the work, while Aggron and the other Pokémon underwent routine check-ups.

Originally, Dragapult was included, but this guy was hiding and wouldn’t come out.

At first, Baimu thought its inner turmoil made it unwilling to go inside, pondering how to persuade it. Just as he sat by the door, the next moment, the guy appeared.

It appeared silently next to him, its triangular eyes barely showing any expression.

Yet even so, Baimu dared not move or speak.

Afraid of startling it, causing it to hide again.

The reason was simple.

It was too rare.

This was the closest he’d been to Dragapult since returning it to the Pokeball and distributing food; the opportunity was precious and must be cherished——

Thinking about it felt bittersweet.

The Pokémon at home were each more unique than the other. Leaving aside Blissey and Mawile, who had followed him since Pyrite Town, alone a lazy Corsola had taken much of his energy, and Milotic, without encountering a good place like Dragon Gate Waterfall, God knows how long it would take to evolve.

After much reflection, only Aggron and Hydreigon were the least troublesome, one loving its territory, the other always coquettish.

Now, having barely settled them, along came another ”problem child.”

No.

Three.

Fortunately, like Mawile and the others, his patience eventually brought the opportunity to strengthen their bond.

Currently, the subtle affection shown by Dragapult was naturally thanks to the Pokémon Hunters.

Thanks to his opposition and decisiveness against those guys, he successfully gained Dragapult’s favor, which in a game would be at least three pink hearts of friendliness, right?

Baimu thought so.

Thus he felt the opportunity was right in front of him; even though he didn’t yet possess the Dragon’s Heart, he couldn’t do nothing.

Regardless, he should strive to communicate with Dragapult!

His mind was set.

Unbeknownst to him, Dragapult beside him actually harbored similar thoughts.

Earlier it had already realized the human youth before it was different from the bad guys it had encountered before, and the recent battle further validated its thoughts.

Also, Hydreigon’s rescue made it quite grateful; its reckless charge into the woods in anger was indeed too rash. Upon retrospection, it felt so ashamed it went into hiding, afraid to come out.

If it weren’t for the absence of other Pokémon, Dragapult probably wouldn’t dare be so close to Baimu either.
