Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 604: Chapter 431: Gourmet Captive 3

”If there’s no reservation...”

The woman in the dress looked quite troubled, ”I’m sorry, the rooms are all pre-booked and can’t be used randomly.”

”It’s okay, does your hotel offer lunch? I can borrow the kitchen too.” Baimu smiled, it was too wet outside to start a fire, he had planned to eat the emergency dry food in his bag.

”Of course you can borrow the kitchen!”

The woman in the dress nodded immediately and led him to a spacious and bright kitchen, ”Feel free to use the ingredients here as a small compensation for the inability to stay. If you have any questions, you can come to me, I’m called Emily.”

So generous?

Baimu nodded knowingly, ”Thank you, Miss Emily.”

Though he had collected quite a few mushrooms and wild vegetables along the way, cultivated fruits and vegetables have a different quality.

Let me cook a masterpiece to capture Dragapult’s heart!

He put on an apron and decided to make a meal that would move that creature to tears, tackling it from multiple angles!

After a short while.

An enticing aroma wafted from the kitchen, echoing in the nearby corridor.

A passing Shuppet was tempted by it, flew directly through the kitchen door, and immediately saw a stranger standing at the stove, two Pokémon with peculiar looks surrounding the pan, drooling with anticipation.

”Hmm? Attracted by the smell?”

Baimu turned his head and, seeing it was a Shuppet, smiled and said, ”Want me to give you a bowl later?”

”Boo!”

Shuppet nodded frantically and flew off outside.

Hmm?

Gone?

...Could it be going to bring other partners to share?

Baimu felt uneasy, and soon this unease became a reality, Shuppets of varying sizes emerged from the walls, numbering over a dozen, making the kitchen ceiling filled with their flying figures.

As expected.

He sighed.

Sister Dragapult watched these Shuppets cautiously, while Brother Dragapult dashed over and joined in the play with the Shuppets, the former didn’t manage to grab it, and rushed in with a furious expression to catch that creature.

”What a carefree kid...”

Baimu thought to himself but thankfully he had its sister, sparing him some worries.

The disappearance of Shuppet quickly caught the attention of the person in charge, Miss Emily, who arrived at the kitchen, also soon enticed by the overwhelming aroma.

”Eh? Smells so good!”

Another one!

He bared his teeth and said to Emily, ”Would you like a bowl too?”

”No... No need to trouble you!”

Emily’s nose twitched, but her words suddenly took a turn.

Half an hour later.

Baimu, forced to double the quantity of lunch he made, looked at the group of cheerful Shuppets and the delighted Miss Emily and finally, his gaze fell on Dragapult.

This creature refused to eat the food he provided two days ago, declined for about a minute, and quickly gobbled it away when he turned his head.

But its mouth wasn’t agile enough, so when Baimu turned his head, he just caught it chewing fast while dropping food.

The scene was awkward for a moment.

Luckily Dragapult had thick skin, though feeling a bit humiliated, it chose to follow its most primal craving.

Therefore, now he could see it scarfing down the food with an unhappy face, displaying the contrast between its mouth being picky and its body being honest.

Cluck, cluck, cluck.

Let’s see how long you can hold out!

Baimu had great confidence in the tempting power of his luminous cooking.

Suddenly.

He saw beside him a Shuppet with its single horn glowed red, followed by a red light flying out from Dragapult and constantly entering Shuppet’s body.

”This is Shuppet’s Special Ability, they feed on various negative emotions. Our hotel is popular because it allows Shuppets to draw travelers’ negative emotions... Your Pokémon seems to be in a bad mood? What’s wrong with it?”

Emily explained in time, adding a puzzled inquiry.

Baimu responded, ”I just captured it not long ago, this guy is a bit disobedient, no big deal.”

”I see...”
