Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 192: Chapter 189: The Mountain-Seeking Journey (49/55)

Before long.

The villagers of Agate Village gradually returned home.

They really weren’t good at town reconstruction work, so they simply bid farewell instead of staying to waste rice.

Moreover, they hoped to actively prepare for the upcoming League Conference and Champion Alliance, although nothing was set in stone yet, but as those who came from Battle Mountain, they were infinitely yearning for it.

Baimu took the opportunity to learn from them and discovered that these people were indeed among the best Trainers in the Ore Region, and despite having two Pokémon at Level 60, he seldom won.

Being stunned, he couldn’t help but feel that the world was indeed vast, and even the remote Ore was filled with strong individuals; there must be even more powerful Trainers out there in the world.

Not just Gym Leaders, Celestial Kings, and Champions.

Those former tournament champions, Gym Leaders not in the games but existing in the animations, and even many reserve Four Heavenly Kings all should be surpassed by him.

After the villagers of Agate Village left, Leo and Mire also rushed back to report to the international police organization.

Baimu had met the latter a few times, and their personality had quite a discrepancy compared to the game; he wondered whether it was due to marriage or the influence of otherworldly counterparts.

On the other hand.

Flop received from the international police numerous methods to handle former members of various major forces, as well as those who had committed many crimes—

Redemption through labor.

According to the crimes they confessed and verified, they were assigned the work of rebuilding Pyrite Town and even the entire Ore.

Except for those truly unforgivable for their heinous crimes, most people’s small goal for the future was to make the area around Pyrite Town green, and only when the south of Ore was green, would their punishment be considered over.

This was equivalent to an alternative imprisonment.

However, this was also inevitable, as there were simply too many people who had done bad things in Pyrite Town and Silicon City; many of their deeds weren’t sufficient for them to be executed on the spot, and the international police couldn’t just end thousands of lives.

Utilizing work to reform them was inevitable.

The international police also considered the possibility of these guys rebelling; it’s just that ideological reform was a long road, but with N and his Pokémon around, it should be much easier.

In the end, it came down to this—saving Ore was a formidable and long-term task.

——

After the Dragon Tamers left, Wu found a place to stay on his own, Da Wu was lost in mining, and N and his two sisters had yet to return.

The Baimu Family finally became quiet.

The Aggron and its companions were incredibly grateful and cherished the current peaceful times.

Especially Aggron, since many of the Pokémon saved by N were temporarily housed there, it resulted in it only being able to defend its two most treasured trees, while everything else alternated between total chaos and flourishing foliage.

Why say it like that?

Because there were quite a few Grass Attribute Pokémon who mastered powers that could make plants thrive.

They could often be bribed with the small snacks Baimu made.

Therefore, in Aggron’s eyes, the non-family Pokémon were divided into two types:

Good Pokémon that could make plants thrive, and bad Pokémon that only wrecked plants. It was extremely eager to see the former increase and the latter decrease.

Of course.

This referred to their numbers within its territory.

On leisurely afternoons, Steelix roamed the sky joyfully, showing no signs of being a Ground Attribute Pokémon.

Earlier, the battle with the Shadow Team enabled it to realize the move [Electromagnetic Levitation] before Aggron, and now it diligently practiced it without complaint.

Baimu was very puzzled as back then, Steelix clearly had never flown up into the sky, and only used moves that drilled into the ground, why did it suddenly realize [Electromagnetic Levitation]?

N later told him that Steelix had a keen desire to fly and had mastered the airborne advantage from earlier when it bullied the Toxicroak team; this allowed them to accomplish their heart’s desire.

It was child’s play.

However, this child’s play was very common in the Pokémon World, not to mention Bagon; many scholars believe that the reason this Pokémon evolves into Salamence is due to its yearning for the sky.

Thus, after two evolutions, it successfully obtained wings.

There are numerous such examples afterward.

The questions Baimu asked Dr. Kukui earlier also received a response.

”Learning moves partly comes from years of training, and partly from the Pokémon’s desire to change themselves; the arrival of crises and challenges accelerates their understanding, so slow move learning progression under ordinary circumstances is quite normal. Emotions are engrafted within moves.”

The Doctor also attached a video clip—

In the video, he caught a Braviary’s Brute Force with his bare chest while shouting, ”Personally experiencing a Pokémon’s moves allows you to understand their emotions, although I recommend taking protective measures!”

He was then sent flying by the Braviary.

How bold!

By the floor-to-ceiling window.

Mawile sipped tea and sunbathed, and it’s now realized its dream of being a gang leader; in the Rainbow Team’s turf, everyone held it in high regard.

It also relied on its strength to gain numerous Pokémon followers under N, and with a rallying cry, an untold number of Pokémon would respond.

It was delighted.

Chansey continued to assist Miss Joy, and recently, it returned home at night after heading out during the day, sharing its day’s experiences with everyone, occasionally working night shifts.

Baimu once considered letting it avoid the two-way journey by staying at the Pokémon Center temporarily, but Chansey insisted on returning and firmly declined the suggested trip to the hospital.

No need for parents to pick up their children from school!

Given its unusually determinate attitude, Baimu could only acquiesce.

Deino...this little fellow remained carefree and heartless as ever; usually, it either basked lazily in the sun or nibbled on Baimu’s hand.

Its obedient demeanor gradually gained Mawile’s approval—it was initially the pickiest now allowed Deino to sleep near its princess bed.

That’s considered progress.

As Baimu brushed Deino’s fur, he marveled, ”It’s truly a time of peace...”

It would be even better without the background music.

”Roar! Roar! Roar!”

”Alright, alright, I get it, understood, stop shouting!” He stood up helplessly, gazing at the extremely excited Aggron.

Although Baimu never agreed with it, the latter strongly believed that once the Ore region was liberated, it would own a mountain all to itself.

Though the house was quiet, it was too small, and despite the vastness of the Rainbow Team’s territory, there were too many people.

Aggron’s ideal territory was in a place of magnificent mountains and waters, allowing access only to those it permitted.

And since Ore lacked such a condition, it could create one itself—after all, there were plenty of unwanted mountains outside, any problem if it occupied one?

Aggron saw no issue, N saw no issue, Shanren expressed approval, and Liu Ge even nodded.

Now, much of Ore was undeveloped wilderness, if Aggron desired it, why not?

So.

Baimu had no choice but to accompany Aggron to leave Pyrite Town in search of its chosen mountain.
