Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 160: Chapter 157: Taking Over the Turf (33/49)

”The electromagnetic jammers have all been dismantled...”

Baimu keenly noticed that the devices used to shield the hover vehicles were all destroyed, no wonder these people could fly around here without a care.

Luckily, they had already considered this point before coming and had new ones sent over.

”Let’s drive this person away first and find a way to locate those from the Crystal Team.”

He turned and said to the crowd.

The Quicksand Team members responded immediately, and after a moment of hesitation, the Evil Dog Team members nodded in understanding.

These people found it hard to adapt to their change in status. How could nothing be dealt with, and just after being captured, they were expected to work for the Quicksand Team?

Even though this was a done deal, everyone knew the Evil Dog Team Luo Qi Team was truly gone, which left them feeling a bit chaotic.

But seeing Baimu’s young and energetic face, they felt it wasn’t too bad to follow such a promising leader.

At the very least, he was generous and daring, crucially, he would lead by example, unlike other bosses who sat back and let those under them risk their lives.

The Evil Dog Team members persuaded themselves, clutching the Pokémon returned to them, glanced at each other and had already made up their minds.

At the same time.

Baimu charged at the middle-aged Ghost Fire Cyan members with Mawile.

Knowing things wouldn’t end so smoothly, he had consciously reserved the energy of Aggron and others to avoid such situations.

Or in case someone suddenly attacked.

He was well aware that the Quicksand Team occupying the Evil Dog Team’s lair was a very unstable situation, and in the struggle between the two sides, it could easily lead to a scenario of mutual destruction and someone else reaping the benefits.

The third highest-ranking officer of the Evil Dog Team had defected to another organization. Although affected by the earthquake, the situation was worse than the Jiama Team.

But he did not lose any manpower in the mine battles; his forces were abundant and could strike at any moment.

It must not be ignored.

In the distance.

The middle-aged bosozoku of Ghost Fire Cyan spotted the approaching Baimu and others.

But who knows what they were thinking, maybe they had gained something from the Crystal Team, as they didn’t immediately rush into the blocks for a street fight.

Instead, they quickly organized a seven-person motorcycle team, yelling and rushing towards them boisterously.

”So aggressive? Do they have backing?”

Baimu gripped a Pokeball, reminding the Mawile in the sidecar, ”Be cautious! First target the one in the middle of their formation! He should be the leader!”

”Mawile!”

Mawile stood up, pushed off from the sidecar’s edge with some force, and shot forward like lightning!

Its speed of eruption had significantly improved from the first day it arrived at the Baimu Family, and juxtaposed against the bosozoku’s desperate charge, they couldn’t react at all.

They only heard a whooshing sound, a sharp wind passed by their ears, and then a scream came from behind.

”Ah!”

As they looked back, they saw a hover motorcycle rolling endlessly on the ground, various parts rapidly falling apart, becoming a pile of scrap metal.

The bosozoku on top, a middle-aged man with fluorescent tattoos, lay unconscious on the ground with his Pokémon, completely unconscious.

What just happened? What was that?

While they were shocked, Mawile, who had attacked one of them like lightning, had already turned back to chase them again, its speed not as fast as when it first burst out.

Taking advantage of their turning back.

Otsuka’s Donphan roared, transforming into a solid tire, rushing towards an oncoming motorcycle, completely ignoring the poisonous smoke sprayed by Koffing on it, directly smashing the front of the motorcycle to pieces!

Boom!

The bosozoku was still holding a bottle, and when it shattered, the sparks from the friction directly ignited the poisonous smoke sprayed by Koffing, causing a violent explosion!

Bang!!

The small fireball affected several nearby motorcycles, and the bosozoku on top also holding glass bottles caught fire before they could throw them at Baimu and the others.

Bang bang bang!!

This immediately led Baimu and the others to brake, speechless, as they watched those motorcycles fall apart, with the bosozoku lying on the ground, screaming continuously.

The remaining minor figures were so frightened by this scene that they turned around and sped away.

The middle-aged Ghost Fire members in the distance, upon seeing this, panicked and hurried into the alleyways, muttering something frantically.

”Is this a joke?”

Baimu was a bit speechless and turned to look at Otsuka and the others, ”I thought they had some trump card, but it turned out they destroyed themselves. Otsuka, your Donphan did a great job this time.”

”Hehehe...”

Otsuka scratched his head awkwardly, proudly patting Donphan’s head when it rolled back to his side, ”A stroke of luck, a stroke of luck.”

The Quicksand Team members were fine, while the Evil Dog Team members were astonished, never imagining so many people could be dealt with so smoothly, like a hot knife through butter.

They looked at the returning Mawile in awe, clear that if it hadn’t taken down their leader in the first wave of attacks, it wouldn’t have gone so smoothly thereafter.

”Clean up the battlefield, capture whoever needs to be captured, and contact the Crystal Team inside to come out and explain the situation.”

Baimu turned and said to a Quicksand Team member.

”Understood!”

——

In fact.

Before Baimu received the assignment to come support, the block under the Crystal Team’s responsibility had already been swept by many small organizations.

They held off the first wave but couldn’t withstand the second and third waves.

Because they didn’t have strong enough combat power.

The Sand Group managed to insert Baimu with manager-level strength and seven or eight Squad Leaders into the ground forces, while the Crystal Team, trying to control more Underground City resources, only sent three Squad Leaders to oversee the ground blocks.

It was understandable.

The block assigned to them was the poorest in the Luo Qi Team, with little profit, sending three Squad Leaders was already commendable.

Usually, it would have been enough.

Unfortunately, after the earthquake, during the internal chaos, those small organizations dared to keep coming to pick up bits and pieces.

The Crystal Team people couldn’t hold on anymore.

What’s more laughable was that after asking for help, even the manager level of the Crystal Team didn’t want to come, and the Stone Team was busy with their own problem, forcing them to borrow manpower from their arch-rivals, the Sand Group.

Quite ironic.

And when Baimu met with the Crystal Team people, only one of those three Squad Leaders was still standing, while the other two were down, and many of the official members were also injured.

The surviving Squad Leader’s face changed upon seeing Baimu, ”Why is it you?”

”I’m the only one available, your own people didn’t want to come.”

Baimu gave him a glance, ”A dirty look? Then I’ll just leave now, and you guys can continue being worn down here, doesn’t matter to me if you get worn out to death.”

Saying this, he turned to leave.

”Wait, wait, please, Brother Baimu, save us.” The man bowed his head awkwardly; the Crystal Team had old grudges with Baimu, but given the current situation, they had no choice but to rely on his strength. So he didn’t hesitate much before showing a low posture.

Baimu nodded in satisfaction, ”That’s better. What’s the situation in the block now? Where are the people who are still resisting, and which areas have been occupied by the foreigners? Cutting water and power? Get the loudspeakers for surrender out, you better have those...”

The barrage of questions left the man dumbfounded.

”Could you slow down a bit, please?”

”I’ll put it simply, from now on, I’m taking over here.” Baimu looked at the man and said, ”If you have any objections, you can contact the higher-ups.”
