Every time Lie Fan and Sun Jian separate Sun Shangxiang and Wannian to return home after playing, they throw tantrums and even try to sneak out of their residence, making Lie Fan and Sun Jian truly regret making the two meet, but they also like to spoil their sister and daughter so they extend Sun Jian’s return every time something like that happens.

Sun Shangxiang and Wannian become a duo of mischief, making their caretaker and personal maids have a headache in taking care of them, they only listen to Lie Fan and Sun Jian sometimes Lie Fan’s wives, while Sun Shangxiang’s brothers are ignored.

Sun Ce and Sun Quan were left by the Father to take care of Sun Shangxiang while he spent his time having numerous discussions with Lie Fan, sometimes Zhou Yu and Cheng Pu followed him one as an advisor and the other as a bodyguard.

Sun Ce was the oldest in the group amongst Wannian, Sun Shangxiang, Sun Quan, and the others so he was bored to death looking after this group of brothers and sisters, Sun Quan on the other hand had a happy conversation with Sima Yi, Zhuge Liang, and Lu Xun.

He feels that he finally found friends that have the same wavelength as him, at least in terms of intelligence and topics to talk about, this is the first time he was excited to talk with someone around his age.

Wannian was the happiest among all, she had new friends to play with not just Sima Yi anymore, but Zhuge Liang and Lu Xun who can be considered to be Sima Yi’s friends, and then Sun Shanxiang and Sun Quan.

Due to their presence, well mainly Wannian and Sun Shangxiang the Lie Clan residence was full of laughter and sound, the irony is the boys are much calmer than the girls, something that Cai Wenji as Wannian tutor ashamed of.

Lie Fan now is having a meeting with Jia Xu, Chen Qun, and Liu Ye to discuss a message that was sent to them by the Oriole, Yan Baihu the bandit leader residing at Wu is preparing for his separation from Liu Yao.

Yan Baihu is supported by Lie Fan anonymously, so he is much more powerful than his original counterpart and has the backing of Xu Gong the Prefect of Wu, and Chen Mu a bandit leader much earlier.

Yan Baihu’s plan to rise in Wu is much faster than anticipated, so Lie Fan has an emergency meeting with his top advisor excluding Xun You who right now should be on his way back to Xiapi.

Lie Fan: ”Yan Baihu’s patience is truly short, after amassing his support and receiving anonymous support from us, he wanted to raise his banner without any preparation.”

Jia Xu: ”It’s normal My Lord, he is originally a bandit leader albeit a powerful one, if he isn’t that powerful Liu Yao have eradicated him early on rather than allying with him.”

Chen Qun: ”This will bring instability to Liu Yao’s already not stabilized rule over Yang Province, which will be a perfect chance to attack Liu Yao My Lord, but Sun Jian is still residing here in Xiapi I’m afraid that we need more time which we lack off right now.”

Lie Fan: ”That’s right, Brother Wentai is still staying in Xiapi and it will be about a month that he is staying in Xiapi, I think it’s time for me to have him pack up and return to Yuzhang to prepare for our attack to Liu Yao.”

Liu Ye: ”I agree My Lord, I will have some servants prepare gifts for Sun Jian and his entourage, something for him to remember our kindness who knows maybe he decide to submit to you, My Lord.”

Lie Fan: ”Haha that’s a big dream to have, but I don’t think the Sun Clan will submit that easily, especially Sun Ce and Sun Quan they have an aura of a conqueror and a leader.”

Jia Xu: ”Nothing is impossible My Lord, but I agree that both sons of Sun Jian are talented in their own way, Sun Ce is very good at martial arts alongside leading an army and Sun Quan is good at domestic matters alongside internal management is true that the Sun Clan is a clan of great heroes.”

Lie Fan just gives a smile at the word of his advisors, the chance of the Sun Clan submitting to him is very low, Sun Jian at the helm maybe there’s a small chance but Sun Ce and especially Sun Quan at the helm there will be no chance.

Both of Sun Jian’s eldest sons have grand ambitions in their hearts, even if history has changed and Sun Jian is alive, Sun Jian has lost his leg meaning that he has a disability that holds him back.

Sun Ce and Sun Quan will never overthrow their father that’s without a doubt, but Sun Jian can delegate or even give his power to the two of them or Sun Ce in this matter since he is the eldest son.

Lie Fan thinking about this makes him have a headache, now he understands why Cao Cao could have many headaches even though his main problem is a brain tumor, scheming and plotting against the whole land is not an easy thing to do.

Since the matter can’t be held back because Yan Baihu has become an uncontrollable chest piece, Lie Fan after ending the meeting meets up with Sun Jian who is flanked by Zhou Yu and Cheng Pu heading toward Lie Clan’s estate to pick up his kids.

Lie Fan and Sun Jian walked together, in this short walk Lie Fan expressed his intention to attack Liu Yao as soon as possible, possibly this year which surprised Sun Jian and Zhou Yu.

Sun Jian asked him why Lie Fan suddenly changed his mind to attack Liu Yao as fast as they could, Zhou Yu who was on the side thought the same thing and opened his ear to eavesdrop on the conversation.

Lie Fan then explained how he got information from merchants who had just returned from Wu, that a group of bandits and the Prefect of Wu were working together to raise a banner at Wu County, declaring a new force under the leadership of a bandit named Yan Baihu.

Sun Jian and Zhou Yu were surprised as they didn’t expect that such a matter could happen, not weren’t a fool and knew that this was a perfect chance to attack Liu Yao, now that he would be facing Yan Baihu and Sheng Xian together.

Knowing that this was a perfect chance, Sun Jian agreed to attack Lou Yao as fast as they could, Zhou Yu on the siagreedree that this was a perfect chance, but felt that they shouldn’t decide this rashly.

Sun Jian of course doesn’t know about Zhou Yu’s thoughts, when they arrive at Lie Clan estate Sun Jian tells all of his children that they will return to Yuzhang the day after tomorrow.

This surprised everyone present, Wannian and Sun Shangxiang who knew that they would be separated began to throw tantrums and even cry, Lie Fan and Sun Jian set aside their personal feelings hearing the cries of their pearl.

In the blink of an eye, two days passed by, and Sun Jian and his entourage were ready to leave Xiapi and return to Yuzhang, a farewell banquet had been held for Sun Jian and his entourage.

Wannian and Sun Shangxiang said goodbyes to each other with tears in their eyes, promising to visit each other soon after receiving permission from their respective Brother and Fathers.

Sun Quan also said his goodbyes to the Three geniuses of Xiapi’s Academy, while Sun Ce and Cheng Pu said goodbye to Chao Bai who had grown closer to them due to their same brash nature.

Sun Jiana and Lie Fan said goodbye, promising to send letters to each other to coordinate the attack against Liu Yao, after saying their goodbyes Sun Jian and his entourage began to head toward Guangling to board their shops that were docked there.

Sun Jian’s return to Yuzhang needs about 1 to 2 months, which can be said to not be a long time but unfortunately, time is precious right now, and when Sun Jian boarded his ship on Guangling, Yan Baihu began his revolt and raised his banner at Wu.

The entirety of Wu County soon declared their support for Yan Baihu, and with this support, Yan Baihu’s control over Wu was ironclad, with the help of the Oriole stationed there, many bandits flocked to Yan Baihu’s banner.

Yan Baihu who originally had around 30,000 men became around 50,000 men due to many bandits and rebels that hid in Yang Province flocking toward him, making Yan Baihu proclaiming himself as the Benevolent King of East Wu.

When the matter reached Liu Yao’s ear who was celebrating that he managed to take a county from Sheng Xian, all of the things at his table were thrown out, he never expected that while handling Sheng Xian and being afraid of Lie Fan and Sun Jian’s attack, a lowly bandit could scheme the entirety of Wu Province out of his hand.

If this matter was known to the whole land, he would become a laughing stock and join Liu Yu and Liu Bei as the failed Imperial Scion of Han, showing that he is inferior to Liu Yan and Liu Biao.

In a moment of anger that clouded his judgment, he ordered all of his army to halt attacking Sheng Xian, who had the advantage and upper hand over Sheng Xian’s armies, to split themselves and attack Yan Baihu whose domain adjacent to Sheng Xian in the North.

This received much protest from his generals and advisors, Yu Fan and He Qi who argued that they should subjugate Sheng Xian first before then changing their target to Yan Baihu as they had the upper hand against Sheng Xian right now.

Liu Yao became further angered by Yu Fan and He Qi’s words, he told them to shut up and that his decision was final. Yu Mi and Hua Xin who have a rivalry with Yu Fan and He Qi give their support to Liu Yao, further alienating Yu Fan and He Qi in Liu Yao’s mind.

Liu Yao who was supported by Yu Mi and Hua Xin was satisfied and elected them to lead the army that would attack Yan Baihu, thinking that this was an easy way to gain merit as Yan Baihu’s army should be easy to handle, they excitedly agreed and promise to defeat Yan Baihu in a short amount of time.
