Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

But the Insect Race Fleet in Phase Space compensated for this.

Even though the Mechanical Race also had means to enter Phase Space and possessed modified battleships capable of fighting within Phase Space, the Mother Ship that previously carried the Destruction was also sent into Phase Space again.

But this was meaningless.

The power of the Mechanical Race in Phase Space was simply too weak compared to their power in the normal universe.

Without the Destruction, the standalone Mother Ship no longer possessed destructive strength for the Insect Race.

Instead, under the heavy siege of the Insect Race, the Mechanical Race Mother Ship in Phase Space became the first mother ship to be sunk in this outbreak taking place in the core star system of the Mechanical Race.

With the loss of the Mother Ship, everything of the Mechanical Race in Phase Space was eradicated, and all facilities and devices that could help the Mechanical Race observe Phase Space were completely obliterated.

Only the Insect Race could continue to remain in Phase Space, occupying an absolute advantage.

And when the Mechanical Race lost control over Phase Space.

The battle completely turned one-sided.

The Insect Race fleet, under the overall command of the Insect Queen, displayed coordination between their battleships in the normal universe and Phase Space that exceeded Chen Ming’s expectations.

Especially on such a large-scale front now.

Insect Race biological battleships occupied their advantage in Phase Space, destroying the Mechanical Race fleet just like the Mechanical Race’s Destruction previously destroyed the Insect Race fleet in Phase Space.

Those enemies invisible from the Mechanical Race’s perspective seemed to engage in unilateral slaughter.

No matter how powerful the Mechanical Race’s mother ships were, it was meaningless; they could not prevent the Insect Race in Phase Space, unable to be observed, from launching attacks from any angle upon their battleships.

They could only continuously shrink their defenses, continuously compressing their active space, attempting to rely on the effect of mirrored normal universe existing in Phase Space to hinder the Insect Race fleet’s capabilities.

But it was of little significance.

Because Chen Ming’s objective was never to rely on Phase Space to completely eliminate the Mechanical Race.

It was for the Destruction Core on the planet.

No matter how fierce the battle in space, it didn’t matter; even if the Insect Race lost in the end, it didn’t matter.

He just needed to send things influenced by his Spiritual Energy to the planet.

Whether in Phase Space or the normal universe, it was the same.

The Mechanical Race could notice aircraft falling from space but couldn’t notice metal atoms falling from space.

If the Mechanical Race could monitor the atoms of a planet, this level of technology would have long since defeated the Empire.

And when the war shifted from the empty areas within the star system to the skies above the planet, when it had turned to require the Mechanical Race to rely on orbital defense facilities to fight, the outcome was actually already predetermined.

The metal liquid composed of Silent Alloy influenced by Chen Ming’s Spiritual Energy smoothly fell to the planet’s surface,

During its gradual approach to the surface, Chen Ming suddenly discovered that he could very clearly, very distinctly sense the location of the Destruction Core.

Even though he hadn’t seen it with his own eyes, even though he didn’t even know what state the Destruction Core was in just now.

But he could just feel it.

This meant that the Destruction Core was now being activated, causing the spiritual energy fluctuation after activation to be perceived by Chen Ming.

This was not good news.

No matter for what reason the Mechanical Race activated the Destruction Core, he had to immediately rush over.

Chen Ming used the properties of Silent Alloy to cover all spiritual energy fluctuation it emitted and swiftly headed towards the clear destruction fluctuation trail.

He could observe the surrounding environment starting to collapse influenced by the appearance of the destruction fluctuation.

The Mechanical Race seemed to have started self-destruction again.

Chen Ming once more accelerated the movement of the metal liquid, finally arriving at the source of the destruction fluctuation before the influence of the destruction fluctuation was truly released.

It was a platform hovering in mid-air by some kind of force field, located at the center of the Mechanical Race colony.

The platform itself appeared to be made of some exceedingly solid, specially-grade material with spiritual energy properties.

Capable of maintaining its structure under the influence of the destruction fluctuation.

And aside from the protective structure composed of layers of transparent Silent Alloy material, there were various densely arranged devices capable of absolute monitoring of the platform and its surrounding area.

Thoroughly protecting the entire platform.

And on that platform was a special engine supplying power.

It was called special because the fuel this engine used was antimatter.

This was an antimatter engine; the device utilized antimatter to function.

The Mechanical Race swiftly employed the leaked antimatter technology from some individuals.

In hindsight, it was expected; the Mechanical Race should have mastered these technologies beforehand. They didn’t need to start development anew, only needed to inherit past legacies.

The use of antimatter technology was typical.

But this doesn’t mean devices requiring antimatter power were typical.

Destruction Core paired with antimatter doesn’t absolutely conjure any normal applications by the Mechanical Race.

The base of the device powered by antimatter appeared to Chen Ming like some kind of teleportation device.

Connected to a certain coordinate.

And at the top of this device, a spherical object constrained at the apex by some force field.
