Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

The main focus was on promoting the achievements created by Lu Bai, along with some earlier contributions from Psychics during the initial stages of the war between the Empire and the Mechanical Race that were not disclosed.

Of course, the Empire did not directly refer to them as Psychics; they merely announced the names of those who made significant contributions and their accomplishments.

However, Chen Ming could tell that roughly half of the disclosed achievements were made by Psychics.

The Empire’s intentions were clear, with many messages being directly released to the public.

After all, combat with the Mechanical Race in the rear doesn’t require strict confidentiality, and the results can be announced quickly.

These messages can alleviate some of the pressure within the Empire.

Chen Ming has recently noticed a significant increase in the transaction volume of various spacecraft, especially in the market near the border of the Edge Star Realm.

There is also a noticeable rise in the circulation of materials and fuel markets, with a certain benign inflation in the prices of various items.

Evidently, quite a few people have noticed what is happening in Galor, discovering something from the Empire’s propaganda stance.

Thus, they have the idea of seizing this opportunity to do business.

This, precisely, is what the Empire wants to see.

Only a market that is not stagnant can provide economic support to the Empire.

This is only the change Chen Ming has perceived in the field he is familiar with.

The entire Empire is gradually improving with this war.

However, these moves by the Empire have also raised many voices of doubt.

Because many of the things that the Psychics achieve are beyond the capabilities of ordinary people.

Especially a few days ago, during Lu Bai’s involvement in the battle with the Mechanical Race Mother Ship.

He alone destroyed the Mother Ship’s signal network, ending a battle that might have been prolonged in just a few minutes.

Even if the disclosed information is slightly embellished, it can’t hide the objective fact that one person made a significant contribution to the outcome of the battle.

Does this seem normal to ordinary people?

Of course, there will be doubts.

Though some of the people questioned are indeed ordinary people, they have still achieved remarkable feats akin to those of Psychics.

This also serves as recognition of their abilities.

This is also part of the Empire’s media strategy.

When the concept of Psychics is revealed, all voices of doubt will vanish.

However, Psychics cannot be directly disclosed; there needs to be sufficient groundwork.

According to Bai Quan, rumors about Psychics have already begun to circulate.

Chen Ming also heard some whispers from Old Wu’s channels.

The effects should be visible soon, allowing the Empire to execute its plan step by step.

Of course, these matters currently don’t have much to do with what Chen Ming has to do.

His real concern is constantly trailing the Mechanical Race.

There lies the strongest and most important existence in the Mechanical Race Star Realm, which is Chen Ming’s target.

Only in recent days, there has been no military activity from the Mechanical Race’s rear.

Chen Ming’s Insect Race is developing.

The only thing the Mechanical Race is doing is accelerating the development of resources on planets that Chen Ming’s Insect Race previously contacted, striving to extract as many resources as possible in the shortest time.

And the Destruction Carrier has had no action whatsoever.

At least the monitoring devices Chen Ming left in the information exterior haven’t detected signs of Star Gate activities within the Star System, nor any traces of the Destruction Carrier having left its position.

The Destruction has indeed been guarding this area vigilantly.

It might even be serving as bait to lure Chen Ming over.

Regardless, Chen Ming definitely plans to target the Destruction.

He even entertains the idea of pinning down the Destruction in the Mechanical Race’s giant shipyard or some Star Port to directly control it.

But that’s clearly not feasible.

Because Chen Ming only left behind Insect Race eggs in other places.

Even if these eggs developed into Insect Race under the Insect Queen’s rapid construction of biological structures based on Chen Ming’s new ideas, with a terrifying development speed and the construction speed of Insect Nests being equally impressive.

However, the highest tier of battleships that could hatch would only be Cruiser level, barely posing threats to colonies, and incapable of pinning down a Mother Ship.

Not to mention one that carries the Destruction.

So he can only try other methods to target it.

Nearly a week has passed since the last Insect Race invasion of the Mechanical Race.

All the Insect Nests have almost developed without any interference, and it’s about time to start the next phase of operations.

If Chen Ming plans to act, then the Black Mist Prosthetic is due to make its appearance again.

The last operation by the Black Mist Prosthetic was near the border, with the Imperial Fleet nearby, and certified by the Empire.

However, the Empire couldn’t verify whether the Black Mist Prosthetic was destroyed by the Destruction or if it slipped away.

They can only continue observing, then raise their defenses against Zuo Jing forces reigniting.

But if the Black Mist Prosthetic doesn’t appear subsequently, its importance will diminish.

Thus, it must appear near the Border Star Realm.

And Chen Ming must make some appropriate moves to coordinate with the Black Mist Prosthetic, proving its danger.

Of course, this is not the main focus.

The Black Mist Prosthetic merely serves to attract the Empire’s attention.

Chen Ming’s true concern lies solely in the Mechanical Race’s logistic area.
