Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chapter 488: Chapter 165 Implosion_3

He had some knowledge of Chen Ming’s spiritual energy and knew that Chen Ming could control spaceships.

So those spaceships assimilated by him

are the root of these foreign objects.

But just now, the three spaceships he absorbed clearly had no spiritual energy fluctuations, no traces left by Chen Ming.

He even used spiritual power to thoroughly cleanse the spaceships from inside out before feeling secure to absorb them, and during the process of absorption, even crushing the spaceships into powder did not reveal any anomalies.

What is going on?

The face of the Steel Psychic was as dark as ink.

He knew he was in trouble today. First, he didn’t expect Chen Ming to have an extra three cruisers at his disposal.

Later, he didn’t anticipate that Chen’s spiritual energy would leave no trace on the spaceships he influenced, causing him to make a mistake.

But he still didn’t want to die here; he wanted to keep struggling.

As long as he could get back to those three cruisers still engaged in a firefight with the Space Station, he would still have a chance to escape.

At the moment when he attempted to raise the Steel Spear to throw it into the distance, he suddenly realized he couldn’t move.

Foreign objects inside him were affecting his spiritual energy performance, affecting the Steel Giant’s movements.

He immediately tried to use the internal metal flow to try and expel the foreign objects that Chen Ming had transformed.

But it didn’t work.

As soon as he expelled a little, more foreign objects appeared inside the Steel Giant.

Moreover, these foreign objects were forming irregular compartments, gradually partitioning the interior of the Steel Giant.

Without this Steel Giant, he would find it challenging to move quickly in space and unlikely to escape the pursuit of the cruiser.

The Steel Psychic continued to expel towards the outside world relentlessly.

Yet the more he expelled, the more bloated the shape of the Steel Giant became.

It’s important to know that Chen Ming is currently using all the materials that can be used among all the resources he moved from a total of six colonies to manufacture extremely powerful explosives under the Zuo Jing brand inside him.

Even though these materials account for only a small part of the colony materials that Chen Ming moved, when these materials, which should have been applied to industrial facilities, are applied to an individual.

It’s no small matter.

And if it were just ordinary explosives, that would be fine, no penetration, all damage would be zero.

But Zuo Jing’s self-destruct expertise and the critical internal explosion opportunity induced by Chen Ming now are what’s truly lethal.

For Chen Ming, losing these resources is okay; he can buy more. Money is gone, but he can earn more.

But the chance to completely kill a Psychic who is on the same level as his boss, an enemy of his, is only available today.

There shouldn’t be anyone giving him such a good opportunity again in the future.

The body of the Steel Giant continued to deform and expand, with more things still appearing inside it.

This is an extremely aggressive way Chen Ming’s spiritual energy can ignore the limitations of space and exert itself.

In the blink of an eye.

At the moment when Chen Ming’s Dusk temporary station left only a small amount of basic materials for maintaining the Dusk’s dormancy routine.

Chen Ming activated the extremely potent explosives that nearly enveloped the Steel Giant and completely filled its interior.

The Steel Giant’s body instantly turned red from the inside out and gradually shifted towards incandescent white.

Its metal was melting, its body was being destroyed.

The explosive with terrifying yield almost erupted with a stellar-like brilliance in a short period.

As if all the light within the star system was overshadowed by it for a moment.

The things Chen Ming left inside the Steel Giant were obliterated along with the explosion, unable to be sensed again.

And the Steel Giant also exploded into droplets of molten iron in this weapon-annihilating explosion,

the extreme high temperature remained and fierce flames had not yet extinguished.

Yet Chen Ming’s Torrential Rain and Warrior Transformations had already rushed into the burning fireball following the explosion at the first moment.

The outer molten liquid metal was gradually dispersing due to weightlessness, but the internal metallic liquid remained barely cohesive.

However, they also completely dispersed under the collision of the two ships activating their shields.

Afterward, Chen Ming found his target.

He found the core of the Steel Giant.

Here, Chen Ming saw a humanoid creature with a metal exterior.

He was none other than the Steel Psychic.

He couldn’t completely protect himself under such a powerful explosion, resulting in him losing half of his body now.

His right arm and right leg had disappeared without a trace, and a small half of his abdomen had also vanished into space.

Yet, even missing so many body parts, he still survived in space.

His metallic body emitted strange metallic hues, clearly indicating he had strengthened himself using various materials before, which is one of the reasons he is still alive now.

This is the ability of a top-tier psychic.

The boss can take down an entire Dusk Main Battlecruiser fleet in one encounter.

And he can withstand the explosion of Zuo Jing’s special-made explosives with immense yield, which an offensive may not endure.

Even though he lost consciousness, he was still instinctively absorbing surrounding metal materials to repair himself.

As long as given some time, he could complete his self-repair.

So Chen Ming thought for a moment and then actively disassembled a part of the metal materials from his two ships, throwing them to the Steel Psychic.
