Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

The modified Wuling Hongguang stolen from the arms dealer!“Where is the War Titan?”

Lin Feng continuously scouted the military base using his Eagle Eye skill.

This military base hadn’t been completely destroyed; it was only a semi-ruin.

There were still many intact buildings.

This meant the War Titan should be inside one of the buildings.

Checking the time, Lin Feng decided to return to his Villa first.

He would come back early tomorrow to see if he could sneak into the military base and find some high-damage weapons.

Just as Lin Feng was about to leave, a heavily modified, wasteland-style Wuling Hongguang minivan passed on the road behind him.

On the most prominent part of the minivan, two lines of striking red text were spray-painted:

[Wasteland Arms Dealer]

[Supports orders, offers various weapons and equipment, including anti-armor rocket launchers and other powerful weapons.]

......

“Arms dealer?”

He was afraid it might be a trap. Forget it, he didn’t have anything valuable to buy anyway, so he should just go back to his Villa.

After the minivan left, Lin Feng also departed.

He hoped that the minivan was indeed a legitimate arms dealer, but Lin Feng didn’t dare to gamble.

With his current self-preservation ability, if a few fully armed burly men got out of that minivan, he might not even have a chance to struggle.

After quickly returning to his Villa, Lin Feng collected all his valuable items.

Ten bottles of high-end wine.

A ham, and a hand-crank generator.

These were his most valuable items at the moment.

In the wasteland world, the value of drinks like wine shouldn’t be low, right?

The hand-crank generator should also have some value.

After eating ten slices of ham and drinking half a bottle of water, Lin Feng rested for the night.

The night passed without incident.

The third day arrived.

The weather outside today was not good; a sandstorm had picked up, and visibility was less than five meters, clearly not suitable for going out.

Pulling back the curtains to look outside, Lin Feng’s face instantly fell.

However, he had no good way to deal with the harsh weather and could only continue resting in his Villa.

Screech!!

Just then, a braking sound came from outside the Villa.

Lin Feng, on the second floor, heard the sound and sprang up like a carp, pulling back the curtains to peek outside through the gap.

“Isn’t that the minivan from yesterday?”

Soon, two humans wearing Exoskeleton Armor got out of the minivan.

The Exoskeleton Armor here was not like Lin Feng’s.

They wore simple Exoskeleton Armor that had no bulletproof capability but could only enhance strength and running speed.

Seeing there were only two people, Lin Feng slowly placed his hand on his weapon.

The thought of killing them for their goods flashed through his mind.

However, what came out of the minivan next made Lin Feng abandon this idea.

Two tracked combat robots slowly rolled out from the minivan’s back seat.

The firearms on their heads were much larger than 101’s, and the robots themselves were also significantly larger than 101.

“Mr. Lin Feng, these are tracked combat robots. Their combat capability is excellent, and the machine gun they carry has a caliber of 12.7 mm.”

12.7 mm.......

Lin Feng swallowed, “You call that a machine gun?” With this lineup, he definitely couldn’t win.

He just didn’t know if these people were friends or foes.

Now, he could only hope they wouldn’t come up.

Click!

The gate was pried open, and a group of people walked into the Villa, then locked the door again.

One of them looked around the Villa and was about to lie on the sofa when another person stopped him.

“Wait, someone has been living here recently.”

The other person picked up an empty can on the ground and said.

Then he scraped the remaining tomato juice from inside the can with his hand and put it into his mouth.

“Fresh, opened no more than three days ago.”

“Number One, Number Two, go check the second floor. If you encounter any humans, do not engage.”

“Understood.”

After receiving the command, the two robots’ tracks began to deform, eventually changing into a shape capable of climbing stairs.

Lin Feng, on the second floor, also heard what the two people downstairs said.

“Could they really be legitimate merchants??”

Lin Feng truly didn’t believe that in this environment, there would be legitimate merchants, and arms dealers at that.

However, hiding like this definitely wouldn’t work. Lin Feng looked at the car parked downstairs and took a deep breath.

He now had two choices: one was to get acquainted with this group, gamble that they were legitimate merchants, and then buy weapons from them; the other was to jump from the second floor and drive away directly.

Don’t forget that Lin Feng possessed a god-tier driving skill; even without a key, he could start a car within five seconds.

As a cunning individual, Lin Feng quickly made his choice.

Picking up 101, Lin Feng opened the window and leaped from the second floor.

The ham and other food were in his backpack.

He only regretted leaving the wine downstairs; Lin Feng only took two bottles and put them in his backpack.

Due to the heavy sandstorm, the two people in the Villa did not see Lin Feng jumping from the second floor.

Fortunately, the height of the Villa’s second floor was not very high, and Lin Feng was not injured. After opening the door and getting into the car, Lin Feng quickly glanced at the heavily modified minivan.

“Holy crap, are you flying a plane?!”

Looking at the various colored buttons on the center console, Lin Feng was dumbfounded.

The gauges showing speed, fuel, and water temperature on the dashboard were gone, replaced by a machine gun.

That’s right, according to Lin Feng’s experience, the pull tab exposed on the dashboard was for controlling the machine gun.

Pulling it down would fire bullets.

Without time to carefully examine the interior of the minivan, Lin Feng quickly tried to start the engine.

To his surprise, these two people hadn’t even removed the key.

The car was in good condition and started on the first try.

Accompanied by a series of tractor-like noises, Lin Feng successfully drove the minivan away.

“Our car’s been driven away! Damn it!”

“Don’t worry, the storm outside is so big, he definitely can’t drive far. We’ll go look for him after the storm ends.”

The person called ’Boss’ said calmly. Visibility outside was less than five meters, and the road conditions were very complex. If one drove recklessly, there would only be one outcome: a car crash and death.

“That person must be the one living in the Villa. Let’s look for anything else useful.”

............

“Boss, I found several bottles of wine! They’re quite old, and there’s also a hand-crank generator.”

“Wine?”

When the Boss saw the wine that had been found, he immediately burst into laughter.

Just as Lin Feng had guessed, these wines were indeed quite valuable.

Especially the rich people in the safe zones would be very willing to pay a high price for these wines.

“Boss, these wines plus the generator should be enough to cover the cost of our car and the arms inside it, right?”

“Hmm, more or less. We might lose a little, so in that case, let’s not go looking for him.”

The Boss nodded and said, then took out a communicator and called for another car for himself.

That’s right, they really were legitimate arms dealers. They never engaged in robbery; they only did legitimate business, although the prices might be on the higher side.
