After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1215: Chapter 1219: Let Me Take Care of You, Okay?

”Both boys and girls are good.” Leng Lin pulled Luo Jun to sit beside him, ”The more the Leng Family thrives, the better.”

”Yes, yes, yes, more thriving. In our hometown, having a girl is considered welcoming a noble person, from today on, everything will go smoothly for our Leng Family. During pregnancy, we must enhance nutrition. Xiao Qian, just wait, I’ll make some orange juice for you. This is what Miss Tong brought back from Western New Zealand, purely green and pollution-free. You and Mo Mo, you both have a cup each!” Aunt Su said as she walked into the kitchen.

After a moment, Aunt Su came out with two glasses of juice. After mother and child finished their juice, Leng Zimo stood up from the sofa, ”It’s getting late, shall we go upstairs to rest?”

”Mo Mo, say goodnight to Grandpa and Aunt Su!” Luo Xiaoqian stood up.

Luo Jun obediently said goodnight to Leng Lin and Aunt Su, then bounced upstairs. Leng Zimo carefully supported Luo Xiaoqian’s arm and escorted her upstairs as if protecting glass.

”Look how happy Zimo is!” Aunt Su watched their figures disappear around the staircase corner, then looked at Leng Lin, ”Old Leng, why don’t I tidy up my room and let Mo Mo move in with me? It’s inconvenient for Xiao Qian to take care of Mo Mo while pregnant; let me handle this matter from now on?”

Leng Lin gently shook his head, ”Don’t worry about it, just let Zimo handle it.”

”I know you’re worried about me getting tired, but Mo Mo is so big now, it’s not exhausting. I’m just afraid Zimo might be too busy with work.”

Leng Lin stood up, ”Last time when Xiao Qian was pregnant with Mo Mo, he didn’t fulfill his responsibilities as a father. This time, let him make up for it.”

Aunt Su understood the meaning behind his words and nodded gently, ”I understand.”

...

...

The three went upstairs together. Leng Zimo first escorted Luo Xiaoqian back to her room and helped her to the sofa. Only then did he straighten up, ”You rest for a while first, I’ll go help Mo Mo take a bath, and I’ll come back to assist you afterwards.”

”Zimo,” Luo Xiaoqian smiled and tried to get up, ”I’m not in postpartum confinement, besides, when I had Mo Mo in the United States, I was up and about quickly. People abroad don’t strictly observe these things, and I’m just newly pregnant now...”

”No way!” Leng Zimo gently pushed her back onto the sofa and looked at her deeply, ”Honey, let me take care of you, okay?”

Meeting his eyes, Luo Xiaoqian suddenly understood and leaned back on the sofa, ”Alright, I’ll wait for you.”

”Good girl!” Leng Zimo smiled and gave her a light kiss on the forehead, ”Wait for me, I’ll be back soon!”

Walking out of the bedroom, he went straight to the room opposite.

This room was originally Leng Zirui’s bedroom. To conveniently take care of Mo Mo, the two bedrooms were swapped, so now it was Mo Mo’s room.

When Leng Zimo walked in, the little guy had already taken off his socks and was reaching up with his little feet, trying hard to grab the pajamas hanging in the closet.

”Come, let Daddy help you.” Leng Zimo hurried over, helped him take down the pajamas, ”Why so rush, are you sleepy?”

”The teacher said to do my own things. I’m going to be a big brother, so I need to dress myself.” The little guy said while unbuttoning his clothes.

”Mo Mo, you’re so well-behaved.” Leng Zimo bent down and picked him up from the ground, ”Let’s go take a bath.”

These days, spending time with the little one, he had become quite adept at taking care of Luo Jun. He quickly got the little guy cleaned and fragrant, dressed him in SpongeBob pajamas, then took him to give Luo Xiaoqian a goodnight kiss, before bringing him back to place him on the bed.
