After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1213: Chapter 1217: Do You Want a Little Brother or a Little Sister?

Leng Zimo got out of the car and opened the door on her side, ”Wait in the car, I’ll go get Mo Mo.”

”I’m fine.” Luo Xiaoqian extended her leg, wanting to get out of the car.

Leng Zimo raised his hand to hold her face, ”Be good, Mo Mo and I will be right back, then we’ll go to the hospital for a check-up. After that, we’ll go eat.”

His eyes were full of care and affection.

”Alright!” Luo Xiaoqian could only agree with a smile, retracting her leg back inside the car.

”I’ll be right back!” After closing the car door for her, Leng Zimo waved gently at her through the car window, turned around, and jogged into the nearby kindergarten building. Before entering the door, he did not forget to turn back and wave at her.

A moment later, his figure reappeared at the entrance, holding the hand of Luo Jun, dressed in a kindergarten uniform. The big and small man both had smiles on their faces.

Seeing the two approaching, Luo Xiaoqian immediately pushed open the door and got out of the car, ”Mo Mo!”

”Mom!” Seeing her, Luo Jun immediately ran over, wanting to leap into her arms.

Before he could jump on her, Leng Zimo quickly took two steps forward and picked him up from the ground, ”Mom has a baby in her tummy now, so you can’t let her carry you anymore.”

”A baby?” Luo Jun looked curiously at Luo Xiaoqian’s belly, ”Is it true?”

Luo Xiaoqian smiled and kissed the little guy’s face, ”Mom isn’t sure yet, but it’s very likely.”

”That’s great.” Luo Jun immediately cheered. In the United States, the neighbor had a baby who just turned one year old, and he really liked him. Now, hearing that his own mom is going to have a baby, he is naturally happy, ”Is it a boy or a girl?!”

This question couldn’t be answered right now.

Luo Xiaoqian laughed and stroked his soft hair, ”Do you want a little brother or a little sister?”

”Of course, a little sister, I can protect her when she grows up.” Luo Jun replied immediately.

”Let’s get in the car; we’re going to the hospital to get mom checked first.”

Leng Zimo opened the car door, settled the little guy into the child seat, then helped Luo Xiaoqian to the backseat, fastened her seat belt, and closed the car door for them before starting the car again.

This time, Leng Zimo took Luo Xiaoqian directly to a high-level maternity and child hospital.

Since visiting Ailin before, he had been to this hospital and knew it was a specialized maternity hospital with an excellent environment.

The three of them received warm reception. As the hospital is private, the service was excellent; even things like picking up and delivering lab reports were fully handled by the nurses.

Soon, a female nurse returned to the waiting room with a smile and handed a lab report to Leng Zimo.

”Congratulations, Miss Luo is indeed pregnant.”

Before the two could react, Luo Jun already asked, ”Nurse Auntie, is my mom having a little brother or a little sister?”

”Little friend, you’ll have to wait a few more months until your mom gives birth to know.” The nurse stood up with a smile, ”We have already scheduled a prenatal ultrasound for Miss Luo, drink some more water to prepare, and once ready, I will take you to the ultrasound room.”

”Okay.” Luo Xiaoqian nodded in agreement, and the nurse left the room.

Leng Zimo naturally raised his hand, gently stroked her hair, ”This time, I must take good care of you, never letting you suffer even a bit!”

The last time, when she left with Luo Jun in her belly, it had always been a regret in his heart.

This time, Leng Zimo had made up his mind to take care of her personally and not miss the growth of their second child.
