”I, I, damn it! That stinking whore, that cheap bitch, actually dared to ignore me, Freud...”

Freud, still kneeling on one knee, was clearly stunned. His face turned impossibly dark as he couldn’t help but curse, his expression morose. He had never dreamed that the cheap woman, the stinking whore he had set his sights on, would be so shameless. After he had confessed so romantically and sincerely, she had just casually left with some random man, completely ignoring him.

It was as if a massive hand had viciously slapped him across the face, leaving his trembling cheek with a burning sting. Not to mention the gazes from the bastards enjoying the show; they felt like needles stabbing deep into his flesh, causing his entire face to flush crimson with humiliation. He couldn’t calm down. At that moment, Freud felt like a pathetic, laughable, and ridiculous clown.

”Mate, can we have a chat?” Just then, a tall Caucasian man approached and spoke in a hushed voice.

It was none other than Luo Bin, the Brit who had made a fool of himself on the plane and had then stubbornly clung to Corona’s side.

Hadn’t this guy just left with Corona? Why is he back here now?

”Piss off! Are you fucking here to laugh at me? Who do you think you are to me, Freud? Throw him out!” Evidently, Luo Bin’s sudden attempt at conversation wasn’t a timely rescue but salt in the wound for the deeply humiliated Freud. He assumed the man was there to gloat. He’s fucking asking for it... Freud couldn’t help but curse, ordering his bodyguards to toss the blind bastard out of his sight.

Immediately, several bodyguards in black suits with bulging muscles stepped forward, surrounding Luo Bin with stern expressions.

”Oh, no! Mate, I think you’ve misunderstood me! Please, believe me, I’m not here to mock you. I have a score to settle with that damn bastard, too,” Luo Bin said loudly, his face paling with panic.

”Wait.”

Hearing this, Freud froze. Then, with a somber expression, he waved his hand to stop his men. His eyes locked onto Luo Bin as he slowly asked, ”So what are your intentions, approaching me now?”

”Freud... I overheard your name. I assume I can call you that? To be honest, I was also humiliated and mocked by that yellow-skinned monkey on the plane, so I think I can understand how you feel right now. But are we just going to let it go?” In response to Freud’s question, Luo Bin gritted his teeth, a furious fire igniting in his eyes. As he recalled the unforgettable humiliation from the plane, his face twisted with anger and jealousy.

Seeing the sheer distortion on Luo Bin’s face, Freud found his words more believable. With a flicker in his eyes, he asked in a deep voice, ”You’re British?”

”Yes, I’m British, from London. I know you are too,” Luo Bin immediately nodded.

He then gritted his teeth again, a vicious glint in his eyes. ”We’re from the same country, so please, believe in my sincerity. The fact is, we have a common enemy now, don’t we? Some nobody from the East dares to run wild over the people of our Great British Empire? Does he have the right?”

”What are you planning?” Freud detected a hint of killing intent in Luo Bin’s fierce words. He grew alarmed and asked in a low voice, simultaneously signaling his bodyguards to close in and prevent anyone from overhearing them.

”I want to kill him.”

Luo Bin spoke through clenched teeth, his eyes blazing with murderous intent.

The memory of the scene on the plane felt like a knife twisting in his gut... It was too humiliating to accept. And if this had happened in the United Kingdom, in London, would that yellow-skinned monkey have dared to do such a thing to him? If he had, Luo Bin swore to God he would have made sure the bastard never saw tonight’s moon. Clearly, this man was no pushover; he was a member of a Mafia Family, involved in the London underworld.

With this thought, he looked up at Freud, whose expression had shifted slightly. ”Freud, I know you’re not an ordinary person either; otherwise, you wouldn’t have so many bodyguards. With your status, are you really willing to be insulted by that lowly Easterner? Don’t tell me you’ve never paid to have... that kind of thing... taken care of!” His voice carried a sinister tone.

”You’re a man of status. You shouldn’t be humiliated by someone so low, and neither should I. I want to teach him the consequences of offending the people of the Great British Empire. Are you really going to let yourself be humiliated and not fight back?”

”Of course not.”

A sinister light flashed in Freud’s eyes. He spoke slowly, ”Alright, I admit you’ve convinced me. That bastard dared to compete with me, Freud, for a woman—the audacity... So, what’s your plan? How do you want to do this?”

Seeing that Freud was finally on board, Luo Bin’s eyes lit up with excitement. He was just a minor Mafia boss; his power and influence were nothing compared to someone like Freud, who was always flanked by seven or eight towering bodyguards, a clear sign of his significant background. So, if he could just drag Freud into this with him, his revenge plan would be perfect.

”I can contact the Russian Far East Gang. You’ve heard of them, right, Freud? For the right price, they’ll do anything. The thing is, their minimum fee for a job is fifty thousand euros. I don’t have that much, so I was thinking... could we split it?” he proposed.

As he spoke, his eyes darted about. He wasn’t actually short on cash; he just couldn’t bear to part with it. After all, fifty thousand euros was a hefty sum, even for a minor Mafia boss like him. He would much rather find someone to share the burden... It was better for everyone that way.

”You can contact the Far East Gang?” Freud looked surprised, not expecting Luo Bin to have connections to such an underground Russian organization. No wonder he’s so quick to talk about murder.

In Europe, apart from top-tier, world-class assassin organizations like Crimson Fang, there were only a few other well-known outfits. The Russian Far East Gang was one of them, a notorious underground force in Russia that Freud was certainly familiar with. But those Russians have a reputation for having loose lips. They aren’t the best choice.

”I can split it with you. However, the Far East Gang has a poor reputation. Let’s use the Italians instead. I can give you the contact for the Blood Blade of Italy. Fifty thousand euros will be more than enough. You handle contacting them. How about it?” he suggested after a moment of thought.

”The Blood Blade of Italy? Great! No problem. As long as you’re willing to split the fee, I’ll take care of everything else,” Luo Bin replied excitedly. Italy was the traditional birthplace of the Mafia, so he was far more inclined to trust Blood Blade over the Far East Gang. The only reason he had suggested the latter was because he had no way of contacting the former. Now that a better option was on the table, he wasn’t about to miss it.

While they were finalizing their plan to hire an assassin from the Blood Blade of Italy to put a bounty on Chen Fei’s head, Chen Fei and Shadow Immortal Dance had arrived at the parking lot, stopping in front of a sky-blue Porsche 911. To Chen Fei’s slight surprise, Shadow Immortal Dance simply opened the driver’s door and slid inside.

”This is your car?” Chen Fei asked curiously as he got into the passenger seat.

”Yes, I bought it a few days ago. I got my license here,” Shadow Immortal Dance replied flatly. She had been waiting here for a month and certainly hadn’t been idle. She had found a driving school in Cyprus and quickly obtained her license.

After all, she and Chen Fei were the same kind of people. Their senses and physical reflexes were countless times sharper than those of ordinary humans, so learning to drive was as simple as learning to eat or drink. A bit of money expedited the process, allowing her to get her license quickly without the usual long wait.

As for money... Ancient Martial Artists were generally not short of it. And with a behemoth like Qingqiu backing her, she would never be in need.

”I see. Why didn’t you say anything to that guy earlier?” Chen Fei said, a flicker of understanding in his eyes, followed by a new wave of curiosity. She hadn’t said a single word to the curly-haired man from start to finish. Could it be she hasn’t spoken a single word to him in the last half-month?

”I don’t like talking to people I don’t like,” she stated plainly.

”Uh...”

Chen Fei was completely stunned. His eyes widened slightly before a faint smile finally touched his lips.

Well, he had to admit he was quite satisfied with that reason.

With that, the sky-blue Porsche 911 roared out of the Larnaca International Airport parking lot, heading toward Limassol on the southern coast of Cyprus. Evidently, that was where Shadow Immortal Dance was staying.

「Meanwhile, in Italy, a scene began to unfold within Blood Blade, the Brad Family’s assassin organization.」
