”The Saint Laurent Group, Italy? Isn’t that... I understand. I’ll inform him.”

Upon hearing this, Luo Yuanzhi was slightly taken aback. Given his identity and the special nature of his position, he was naturally well aware of the so-called Saint Laurent Group, Italy. Isn’t that the money-making machine controlled by a European Mafia Family? And Italy… isn’t that where the boy is right now?

Thinking of this, he immediately hung up on Huang Tao’s call and then promptly commanded the Member of Flying Leopard beside him, ”Notify our people in Rome, Italy, to check where Chen Fei is. If they can make contact, do so immediately.”

”Yes, sir!”

The Member of Flying Leopard nodded firmly and turned to leave.

After a short while, he returned, but this time his expression was somewhat strange. He said, ”Chief, our people in Italy say that Chief Instructor Chen seems to have entered the Brad Family Castle. They can’t get in and are unable to contact him.”

”The Brad Family, Italy?”

This time, even Chief Luo Yuanzhi was dumbfounded.

The Brad Family, Italy was recognized in their national intelligence as a powerful Blood Clan family, no less formidable than a top-tier Assassin Organization like Crimson Fang. In fact, its influence had already spread throughout Europe. Even the so-called Mafia Family behind the Saint Laurent Group seemed utterly incomparable.

But now...

”What exactly is this boy up to?” Thinking of this, even Chief Luo Yuanzhi couldn’t help but scratch his head in confusion. Could it be... is he planning to ally with the Brad Family to take on Crimson Fang?

It seemed Chief Luo didn’t know that Crimson Fang had already been destroyed by Chen Fei and no longer existed. If he knew, he would surely be shocked speechless.

After all, it was the fourth-ranked terrifying Assassin Organization in the international assassin world.

Seeing that the lead had gone cold, Chief Luo Yuanzhi rubbed his temples and thought hard. Suddenly, he recalled that Chen Fei’s trip to Italy seemed to be related to the vast dark organization in Hong Kong.

”Contact our people in the Hong Kong Black Market for me. Tell them I have some questions for them about that boy, Chen Fei,” he ordered again.

”Yes, sir!” The Member of Flying Leopard acknowledged the order and left once more.

This time, after waiting for nearly half an hour, the Member of Flying Leopard returned with a special military-grade phone. He handed it to Luo Yuanzhi and said, ”Chief, it’s Yama, one of the three deputy heads of the Black Market.” His voice was heavy with gravity.

An existence like that, a deputy head of the Hong Kong Black Market, was rumored to be on the same level as Director Wang and Chief Instructor Chen! An Innate Ancient Martial Artist!

”Yama, one of the three deputy heads?”

Hearing this, Luo Yuanzhi couldn’t help but look startled. He picked up the phone and said slowly, ”Hello, this is Luo Yuanzhi from Flying Leopard.”

”Hello, this is Yama from the Black Market. Are you looking for Chen Fei?” Yama’s voice came from the receiver.

Evidently, he had already left Italy and returned to Hong Kong. Now that Crimson Fang was annihilated and given Chen Fei’s current strength, he no longer needed Yama’s protection from the shadows.

”Yes, that’s right. You see, our side...” Chief Luo Yuanzhi began to explain slowly.

”The Saint Laurent Group, Italy?”

After listening to Luo Yuanzhi, Yama let out a soft exclamation of surprise, his expression turning strange and even a little disdainful.

The Saint Laurent Group, Italy, was nothing more than a money-making puppet put forth by the Saint Laurent Family. And that second-rate Blood Clan family, which barely ranked at the bottom among the eleven seats of the Dark Council... for their little puppet to be so confident, so bold as to demand that monster Chen Fei make a personal house call. Weren’t they overestimating themselves and the Saint Laurent Family just a tad? But principles were principles, and complaints were complaints. He knew such matters were not his to worry about. After all, the boy had his own social circles; perhaps he was actually quite willing to go?

With this in mind, Yama nodded slightly and said, ”I understand. I can get in touch with him. I’ll contact him directly and relay the message.”

”Good. Thank you very much,” Chief Luo Yuanzhi said and hung up.

Meanwhile, Yama dialed the number of Old Brad, the current Clan Leader of the Brad Family in Italy. Once the call connected, he said immediately, ”Hey, Old Bat, it’s me. Is that kid Chen Fei with you? I can’t reach his phone; have him take this call for me.”

”Is this Mr. Yama?”

Receiving Yama’s call, Old Brad was clearly stunned for a moment before promptly responding, ”Are you talking about Sir Chen? Alright... I understand. He is indeed resting here with the Brad Family. Please hold on, I’ll go inform him.” He then hung up and headed toward the luxurious duplex suite where Chen Fei was staying.

And so, after passing through countless intermediaries in a roundabout way, the message was finally about to reach its destination. Chen Fei received Yama’s call.

”Hello? Uncle Master Yama, are you looking for me?” After resting all night, Chen Fei had just woken up and his voice was still groggy.

”It’s not me. An acquaintance of yours from Italy is looking for you. Why couldn’t I reach your phone?” Yama asked.

”An acquaintance in Italy? Who?”

Chen Fei’s expression suddenly turned strange. Since when did I have acquaintances in Italy? Could it be Apel? No, that’s not right. If she wanted to find me, she could have just come directly to Brad Castle. Besides, given her connections, how could she possibly get in touch with someone like Yama?

This line of thought only made him more perplexed, but he still explained, ”My phone was completely destroyed during that big battle a while back. The SIM card and everything else are gone.”

”Oh, I see. I heard it was someone from the Saint Laurent Family, a man named Tucci... It seems he wants to ask you to come and make a house call in Italy,” Yama said, the realization dawning on him, before adding with a teasing chuckle.

”Tucci? A house call? What’s going on? Do you know the details?” Chen Fei asked, his expression turning slightly more serious.

He certainly remembered the portly foreigner, Tucci. The man had given him a lot of face and helped him twice. Of course, that wasn’t the main point. The point was that Tucci would go to such lengths to ask him to personally travel to Italy for a consultation... It seemed the situation was extremely serious.

”What? You’re really planning to go?” Hearing the tone in Chen Fei’s voice, Yama was taken aback and seemed surprised. He’s actually considering it?

”Of course.”

Sensing the doubt in his uncle master’s voice, Chen Fei smiled and said, ”Uncle Master Yama, aside from being an Ancient Martial Artist, I am also a bona fide practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine. While I may not be able to achieve something as noble as healing all of humanity, I certainly can’t stand by and watch someone die. Besides, I believe there’s a certain karma to these things. Saving a life is more meritorious than building a seven-story pagoda.”

”...Is that so? Well then, I’ll hang up now. They seem to have already been delayed quite a bit trying to contact you,” Yama said after a brief silence, then hung up with a chuckle.

’Healing all of humanity’? ’Saving a life is more meritorious than building a seven-story pagoda’? I never thought this kid had such a side to him. Truly, you can’t judge a book by its cover. After ending the call, Yama recalled the stubborn, crazed, and murderous side of the boy he had witnessed in the Great Rift Valley of the Alps. He never would have thought that, besides that, he also had such a compassionate side. Indeed. A healer has the heart of a parent; saving a life is more meritorious than building a seven-story pagoda.

Meanwhile, Chen Fei had found a way to dial Tucci’s number.

”Oh, dear Chen! Is that you? I’ve finally received your call! I really need to hear your voice right now,” a hurried voice exclaimed the moment the call connected.

”It’s me, Mr. Tucci. Sorry to have kept you waiting. My phone was broken until just recently,” Chen Fei explained.

”Is that so? How unlucky, but that’s not important anymore! Dear Chen, where are you right now? Huaxia? I don’t know if you could come to Italy. There is a critically ill patient here. She is Miss Luo Sha, the wife of our Saint Laurent Group’s big boss, Pierce Earl,” Tucci said quickly.

”Mr. Tucci, don’t worry, just speak slowly. I think it’s more important for me to first understand her exact condition. Also, I’m not in Huaxia. As it happens, I’m currently in your capital, Rome,” Chen Fei replied calmly.

”Oh, my God! Did I hear you correctly? You’re in Rome? That’s wonderful! Where are you? I’ll send someone to pick you up immediately! We’re at the Saint George Ruarg Hospital in Florence right now,” Tucci exclaimed, thrilled by the coincidence that Chen Fei was already in Italy.

”I’m at the Bra... Mr. Tucci, you should probably tell me about the patient’s condition first,” Chen Fei said, stopping himself mid-word and changing the subject.

He was about to say he was at the Brad Family Castle in Rome, but on second thought, that seemed inappropriate. The Brad Family’s status within Italy was rather extraordinary, after all.

”Oh, yes, yes... let me tell you about Miss Luo Sha’s condition. Hey, you, come here for a moment...” Tucci calmed down slightly and called over one of the doctors in the room, asking him to relay the specific details to Chen Fei.

”Could you use English, please? I don’t understand Italian,” Chen Fei interjected. The person on the other end hastily switched to a doctor who could speak English.

In this way, Chen Fei finally learned some of the specifics.

Malignant arrhythmia, acute left heart failure, aortic dissection... These are all world-class medical challenges. Old Tucci really holds me in high regard. he mused to himself afterward.
