Myriad Heavens: Rise of the Rune God

Chapter 204: Chapter 204: The Circle of Perfection & Reunion (Very mild R18+)

Runar sat cross-legged in the endless, quiet white void of the Comprehension Space. The grueling decades of soul tempering were finally over. He took a slow, deep breath, feeling the profound and permanent transformation within his spiritual sea.

’I pushed my soul to the absolute limit,’ he thought to himself, reflecting on the long, arduous journey. ’The pain of shattering and reforming, the endless cycles of cutting and healing... it was all worth it. I am no longer just trying to balance my power; I have transcended the very concept of imbalance.’

He examined his internal state with perfect clarity.

His physical body was forged from fused Rule-light, making it indestructible.

His dantian was a thriving micro-universe, holding infinite potential.

And his soul, after surviving the brutal soul bomb metamorphoses, had finally reached the Early Quasar realm.

The three pillars of his existence were no longer separate entities fighting for dominance. They were perfect equals.

As he focused his mind on this profound harmony, a beautiful visual phenomenon began to manifest in the empty space directly behind him. Three distinct points of starlight erupted into existence, arranging themselves into a perfect triangle.

The bottom left point glowed with a dense, golden-silver radiance, representing his indestructible Rule-light body. The bottom right point swirled with a deep, cosmic blue and silver light, embodying his vast and sharp Quasar-realm soul. The top point blazed with a bright, white-gold light, representing the infinite energy of his Universal Seed dantian.

Runar watched the triangle with quiet fascination, his mind completely calm. ’This is it,’ he thought, feeling a deep sense of anticipation. ’The final step to true perfection.’

He did not force the energy to merge. Instead, he gently invited the three pillars to align with one another. Slowly, the edges of the three starlight points began to shift. Thin, glowing lines started to emerge from the outer edges of each point. These lines did not shoot out in straight, rigid paths. Instead, they extended slowly in a smooth, curved manner, like vines of pure light reaching out to embrace one another.

The golden-silver line from the body point curved upward and inward. The cosmic blue line from the soul point curved gracefully across the bottom. The white-gold line from the dantian point curved downward to meet them. The tension in the air grew thick with anticipation as the curved lines stretched closer, leaving faint, glittering trails of fractal light in their wake. Runar held his breath, watching the delicate process unfold with absolute focus.

Finally, the curved lines met. They did not clash or fight for dominance; they blended seamlessly, like liquid silk weaving together. The triangle smoothly transformed into a single, seamless, rotating circle of multi-colored starlight. This perfect circle symbolized the absolute, unbreakable fusion of his body, soul, and qi.

’It is done,’ Runar realized, a deep sense of satisfaction washing over his entire being. ’There are no longer three separate pillars. There is only one unified, self-sustaining loop of power.’

The moment the circle closed, a profound wave of pure harmony rippled out from his body through the entire Comprehension Space. It did not break or destroy anything; instead, it made the void feel more complete and ordered. Runar realized something incredible about his newly perfected cultivation technique. It no longer required his active, strenuous effort to maintain. It had become like breathing. It was automatic, infinite, and constantly refining him even when he was just resting.

’I have finally perfected my foundation,’ he thought, marveling at the effortless flow of energy coursing through his being. ’The bottleneck is completely gone. I am no longer just preparing to return to the academy; I am returning as a being who has mastered the very essence of cultivation.’

With his foundation perfectly secured, Runar knew it was time to leave the Comprehension Space. ’Time to come home,’ Runar thought, a faint smile touching his lips.

Runar opened his eyes, ready to step back into the world, fully in control and more powerful than ever before.

Runar’s consciousness fully settled into his physical body in Suite 4701. To the outside world, zero seconds had passed since he activated the World Hopping Gate, but inside, an eternity of growth had just completed. He took a slow, deep breath, feeling the absolute, flawless harmony between his body, his energy, and his soul. The Infinite Stellar Genesis Method was already running perfectly in the background, his Divine Eyes on low settings to see through the world and comprehend his 3,333 Rules without him needing to lift a finger. He was completely synchronized.

Runar opened his eyes.

In the past, opening his eyes after comprehending the Principle of Genesis would have torn reality apart and scared everyone in his direction his eyes were face shitless, because the sheer weight of the Principles would have leaked out and caused chaos. But now, his control was absolute. He had merged his old Runic Omniscient Eye with the new power, forging a single, perfected ability: the Myriad Genesis Eye(Bad name I might change it later, leave your ideas down in the comment section).

He looked at his reflection in the dark window of his suite. His irises no longer exploded with chaotic, fractal geometries. Instead, they looked like deep, calm, starry voids. They were mesmerizing and profound, but perfectly contained. He could toggle the Principle vision on and off at will, reading the source code of reality without leaking a single drop of world-breaking pressure. For the first time since his breakthrough, he did not need a blindfold.

He reached out through the soul link and felt Celestia’s presence in the adjacent suite. Even though he had experienced everything alongside her through the clone’s shared consciousness, it was not the same. The clone was just a vessel, a temporary bridge, and right now, Runar missed her with an intensity that no spiritual link could satisfy. He needed to see her, to hold her, and to feel her warmth with his own hands.

Without a second thought, he folded the space around him and stepped through the void, appearing instantly outside the heavy metal door of Suite 3905. He reached out and pressed the doorbell, listening to the soft chime echo from inside.

A few moments later, the door slid open, and Celestia stood there. She was dressed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothes, and her silver hair was slightly messy from a long day of academy classes. When she saw him, a bright, teasing smile immediately spread across her face.

”Oh, I didn’t know you were back,” she said, leaning against the doorframe with a playful glint in her violet eyes. ”Didn’t you have a mission to go to? Oh, and when did you become more handsome...”

Her words trailed off and paused mid-sentence as she truly looked at him. Her Spiritual Sense suddenly flared to life, brushing against his aura. The hollow, carefully controlled feeling of the clone was completely gone. In its place was an overwhelming, perfectly controlled cosmic presence that made the very air around them feel heavy and alive. She felt the deep, steady rhythm of his Quasar-realm soul, and she knew with absolute certainty that this was the real Runar.

She didn’t wait for him to explain. She reached out, grabbed the front of his shirt, and pulled him forcefully into the room. She kicked the door shut behind them with a solid thud, sealing them off from the rest of the academy. Before he could even speak, she wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, burying her face into his chest.

”I knew you could do it,” she murmured against his skin, her voice thick with emotion and relief. ”I knew you would come back to me.”

Runar let out a long, shaky breath and wrapped his arms securely around her waist, holding her just as tightly. He buried his face in her soft, silver hair, breathing in her familiar scent, and all the exhaustion of his decades-long subjective cultivation finally melted away. He tilted her chin up, and she met his gaze with tears of joy shining in her eyes. He leaned down and captured her lips in a deep, passionate kiss that poured out all the longing, relief, and love they had been holding back for what felt like an eternity.

The kiss deepened, shifting from desperate relief into something much more intimate and heated. Clothes were discarded carelessly onto the floor as they moved toward the large bed in the center of the room. When their bare skin finally met, it was like two halves of a perfect whole finally snapping into place. Runar’s Rule-fused body was incredibly gentle yet overwhelmingly powerful, and he worshipped every inch of her with a devotion that made her shiver. Celestia met his passion with equal fervor, her ice and void affinities melting into a warm, welcoming fire that wrapped around his soul. They moved together in a slow, rhythmic dance of pure harmony, their breaths mingling and their hearts beating in perfect sync. For the rest of the night, the outside world, the academy, and the looming threats ceased to exist, leaving only the two of them, completely united in body, soul, and spirit.

***************************.

Later that morning, as the soft light of the academy’s artificial sun filtered through the curtains, a sharp, clear chime echoed through the suite. A holographic projection materialized in the center of the room, bearing the official seal of the Prime Origin Academy.

”Attention, Apex Class students,” a calm, authoritative voice announced. ”This is a priority directive from the Headmaster. In three days, Supreme Void-Walker will be visiting the academy. He has personally requested to hold a private Dao discussion and combat evaluation with the top-ranked geniuses of your class. Attendance is mandatory. Prepare yourselves.”

The projection faded, leaving a brief silence in the room.

Celestia, who had just woken up and was resting her head against his chest, looked up at Runar, her expression turning serious. ”A Supreme. They are coming to teach us.”

Runar looked at the spot where the hologram had been, and a slow, genuine smile spread across his face. A Supreme was coming to teach him about the Dao. A being who had lived for millions of years, who was currently struggling to grasp the very Principles that Runar now held perfectly contained within his own eyes, was coming to give him a lesson.

”It is finally time to discuss the Dao with a Supreme one,” Runar thought, a spark of genuine amusement lighting up his starry eyes. ”This should be very entertaining.”
