Chapter 1328: Chapter 569: Tamu Khan!

An endless storm rages on the corrupted lands, if the Kurgan Steppe ever had a beautiful history, it is now a thing of the past. Now, all that remains for everyone to see is the land turned desolate by Chaos Corruption, the steppe is still a steppe, but it has long become a land of beacon fires, where all the tribes of Chaos belief are madly attacking each other in chaotic slaughter.

Now, in front of a Chaos Rune Stone, the Norsca people, the Mongolians, and the Kurgans are preparing for a grand battle to attract the attention of the Dark Gods, because at this moment, the Evil Moon Moslib is hanging high in the sky, and the power of Chaos is ushering in a new tide.

Now is the best time to win the notice of the True God!

The traveler listened to the tales of the Kurgan Rider and let out a sharp laugh, his body shaking all over with the laughter, which seemed to be filled with a peculiar emotion: ”I know, I know where that is, it’s Kadasha, a place where a Demon Prince ascends.”

The Chaos Rune Stele is left in place after the ascension of a Demon Prince, recording its great and legendary story. Ascension is the highest reward given by the Chaos Evil God to its followers.

But the traveler seemed unconcerned about this reward: ”A bunch of fools whose minds are confused by power, once they ascend, they forever lose themselves, their lives and souls become the toys of the gods, and these idiots think they’ve gained much, but they’ve lost even more.”

”Hmph~ hmph hmm hmm~” The traveler’s tone was indifferent, as if contemptuous of the highest reward of ascension.

This enraged the Kurgan Rider, and the camps immediately turned from wary companions to enemies. The Kurgan Knight drew out his Longsword, his overly strong and bloated body not moving fast but possessing immense strength. He cursed at the traveler: ”You understand nothing! Fool! This is blasphemy! You do not understand the mercy and love of the True God for us, die! For the Father’s love!”

”For the Father’s love!” A thousand Kurgan Riders immediately went into combat mode, their faces filled only with frenzy and bloodlust, their War Axes and Longswords slashing without hesitation at the followers of the traveler.

”...Indeed, this way is the simplest.” The traveler grasped his Longsword at his waist: ”The Woe of Kings!”

The Longsword, burning with raging Fire of Chaos, was unsheathed, stained with the blood of over twenty human kings.

Five minutes later.

Nearly a thousand bodies of Kurgan Riders lay scattered across the steppe, the fragmented faces of the Kurgans still showing deep fear. If their life was the pursuit of the Chaos Evil God’s attention and blessings, they had surely obtained them, for this brilliant battle had caught the fleeting glance of the Evil God, and in the roaring wind over the Kurgan Grassland, there was only the sound of the Evil God’s satisfied laughter.

They got what they wished for, at the cost of life.

Just moments ago, the once-arrogant Kurgan Rider who had spoken such arrogant words to the traveler now knelt before him, the scorching Fire of Chaos on the blade of The Woe of Kings burning his body and soul. His shoulders were pressed down by this terrifying Magic Sword, extreme fear and suffocation filled his heart, and his words became intermittent: ”I... you... no, don’t kill me! No!”

”Submit, or die.” The traveler’s words were equally intermittent, or rather, his attention was hardly focused on the person before him at all.

He felt it, the unending storm, that world of energy known to people as the Realm of Chaos began greedily expanding and transforming. Under its influence, the entire Northern Lands trembled and shifted amidst mourning, like a sleeper turned and whimpered in nightmares, and the graves left by war spewed forth the restless dead from the earth. All female creatures and human women carrying fetuses received the filthy yet abundant blessings of Chaos, and everyone understood all this heralds an impending great change.

The Evil God is calling, the stage for the performance is set, a grand show is about to begin.

”No, you can’t kill me! You don’t dare kill me!” The Kurgan Rider continued his pitiful struggle, as if relying on some assurance, he tore open his clothes and shouted loudly: ”Look at this?! This is the proof of the Father’s love for me, the great, supreme Master of Plagues! Nurgle! He...”

With his shirt torn open, there was indeed a ”品” shaped mark, with three circles on the Kurgan’s chest, undoubtedly the blessing from Nurgle.

Before the words were finished, The Woe of Kings swiftly thrust forward, and a fine head hit the ground on the spot.

As soon as this Kurgan Rider chief uttered the Evil God’s name, the traveler immediately focused his attention on him, a flash of extreme hatred and venom crossed his crimson eyes, without any hesitation, The Woe of Kings lightly thrust, ending the man’s life.

This Kurgan Rider had considerable strength, and if he hadn’t sought to use the Evil God’s blessing to plead for his life, the traveler might have spared him.

However, the fool’s ignorance made the traveler lose interest.

”Foolish Kurgans.” The traveler sheathed The Woe of Kings, sneering incessantly: ”Be loved?”

The Evil Gods never love any mortal.
