Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 493: Chapter 343: Two More Added to the List, Strategy Release_2

But at least, both he and Ji Chaoyang have not discovered any other way to reach the peak.

Perhaps it’s because too few people are climbing; if more try, there might be some new discoveries.

Wang Lei: ”Wow, we’re going rock climbing soon, I’m so nervous. Sister Fei’Er, aren’t you nervous?”

Lou Fei’Er: ”I’m fine, I have strong resistance to both low and high temperatures, and mutant creatures don’t attack me.”

Wang Lei: ”What?! That’s awesome...”

Zhao Xiaochuan: ”Don’t panic, we’ve all climbed once before; the temperatures aren’t particularly extreme. Just go all out and climb up.”

He and Wen Guixin climbed at the perfect time; the temperature was much more comfortable than what Xu Xin experienced.

Ji Chaoyang: ”Everyone, I have an idea. Why don’t we share the information we’ve gathered on the snow mountain with other regions?”

Oh? Xu Xin raised an eyebrow; Ji Chaoyang’s ideas always seem to coincide with his.

Wen Guixin: ”Why though? Isn’t that increasing other regions’ capabilities?”

Ji Chaoyang: ”Well, that’s true, but...”

He explained the reason, which basically aligned with Xu Xin’s thoughts.

Now the leaderboard has added two people, one of whom isn’t particularly strong. As more people reach the peak, this information is very likely to be leaked by others; it would be better if they shared it and gained some goodwill.

He also felt that in the future, this array might achieve inter-regional connectivity; they might even transmit between regions through it.

If an external region hasn’t activated the Transmission Array before the event ends, it would be inconvenient, as those still owning the main treehouse are potential allies who deserve some protection.

Of course, those who have been parasitized can only leave it to fate.

Moreover, as more people climb, more information about the snow mountain will be available, and they might actually find a shortcut to the peak.

Xu Xin: ”I support Ji Chaoyang’s approach; I’ve considered this too. Releasing the information has more advantages than disadvantages.”

Wen Guixin: ”I think what you guys are saying makes sense, so let’s share it.”

Zhao Xiaochuan: ”Isn’t anyone asking for my opinion?”

Qin Yunlong: ”What do you think then? Do you disagree?”

Zhao Xiaochuan: ”I totally agree!”

Qin Yunhu: ”...”

Wang Lei: ”Then why bother saying anything!”

With everyone’s agreement, Ji Chaoyang called Xu Xin.

”Xu Xin, messages on the world channel are all anonymous, so they can easily be overlooked. Why don’t we sell iron tools again? Our transactions will be pinned on the world trading platform, and as long as we put what we want to say in the remarks, people will naturally help us spread the word.”

Xu Xin’s eyes lit up.

This is indeed a good way to speak using their own identities.

However, this method is only limited to people like them who rank high on the leaderboards, whose transactions get pinned once released.

Considering the sheer number of transactions on the world trading platform, it’s impossible for ordinary survivors to have their trading information seen if not specifically searched for.

Even searches may not show them given the large quantity of similar items being traded.

”Alright, let’s do as you say. Are there still iron blocks?”

”There are some left from last time, enough to spread the message. You pair with me on this.”

”Okay.”

The two quickly uploaded hundreds of iron tools and conveyed the information about the snow peak in the remarks.

The world channel erupted again.

”Whoa, the big shots have released a guide! Damn!”

”Ah? Where, where? Where’s the guide?”

”Trading platform, big shots’ remarks, go see! Otherwise, you won’t see it once bought out.”

”Is this how they’re solving it? The big shots are incredible!”

”Wow! Minus fifty degrees cold, plus sixty degrees heat! Who can withstand that?”

”No wonder even someone in the top ten of Region 1 died...”

”Let me see... who the heck is this jerk who bought out the weapons the big shots put up? How are we supposed to see the guide?!”

”Don’t worry, I copied it, take a look:...”

Right after, countless people started sharing this info, and Xu Xin and Ji Chaoyang’s guide was instantly broadcasted by many in the world channel, visible for all to see.

”Extreme environment, there’s actually an extreme environment!”

”Forget about extreme environment, I can’t even rock climb, I give up completely.”

”I’m afraid of heights, I gave up long ago, Xu Xin and Ji Chaoyang are awesome, my wish is to join Region 188 and let the big shots lead me soaring!”

”I feel like I have a chance...”

”At the right time... maybe I’ll try!”

”I’m not questioning the big shots of Region 188, but... are snow peaks in different regions the same? Even each snow peak might not be the same, right?”

Some lay flat early on the world channel, some completely gave up, some were full of fighting spirit, and some were cautiously skeptical. Meanwhile, top players from other regions were surely plotting in private.

Xu Xin and his team’s purpose was also fulfilled.

At this time, another transaction got pinned, it was Shi Wanyun’s trade, she’s the third on the leaderboard, so her transaction naturally got pinned too.

She didn’t sell iron tools but chose to sell plain blue-grade fruits.

She also mentioned in the remarks that the snow peak she encountered had identical conditions to Xu Xin’s side, even the trials and their height positions were completely the same, creating a sense of assuredness.

Following her, Fang Tianyang from Region 23 also came forward, even flaunting wealth by selling several blue-grade iron tools, although priced too high for anyone to afford, seemingly showing off.

He also stated in the remarks that the snow peak’s environment is identical, so everyone can rest assured.

It seems these people have independently come to the same idea.

And clearly, they do not wish to see Region 188 garnering crazy goodwill; they want a share too.

”Wow, Shi Wanyun came forward!”

”And Fang Tianyang too!”

”Looks like different regions’ snow peaks don’t have any differences; I feel capable again!”

”No difference, but I still can’t climb...”

”Cheer up everyone; even Dong Erbao, ranked over a thousand, managed, surely we can too!”

”Forget it, I’ll stay down; big shots, go ahead, I support you~”

Xu Xin grinned slightly.

They’ve done what needed to be done; now it’s just a matter of letting things unfold.

He glanced at the time.

Making iron tools and releasing the information took quite a while; it’s already past nine in the morning.

The sun has completely risen, and the snow temperature is gradually rising.

”Xu Xin, Master!”

Suddenly, Lou Fei’Er’s voice was heard below his treehouse.

”Eek!” Keke jumped out from his arms, onto the window ledge, looking outside.

He also walked over to the window.

Below, Lou Fei’Er wasn’t riding her snow wolf, but was sliding on a snowboard, clad in blue-grade steel armor with goggles, a concealer cloak, and a snow fox scarf around her neck, fully armed.

Seeing Xu Xin peering out, Lou Fei’Er looked up, pointed toward the snow peak saying, ”I’m heading there now to have a look; I’ve never been that way, going to get familiar first.”

”Alright, go ahead, remember to start climbing around ten.”

”Okay, I’m off!”

Lou Fei’Er turned and skated away on her board.

[Explorer] Informed everyone, Wang Lei also announced his departure.

His treehouse isn’t close to the snow mountain, indeed needing early departure.

The third persons of the two snow peaks have set off towards the snow peak.

If both succeed, they can unveil part of the mysteries of the snow mountain, most importantly, achieve genuine communication between the two sides!

If all goes well, today should be the day it happens.

Imagining it, there’s a bit of excitement.
