Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 492: Chapter 343: Two More Added to the Rankings, Strategy Released

Xu Xin observed outside for a while longer, and only after confirming that nothing unusual appeared did he breathe a sigh of relief.

In the current situation, with such thick snow layers, if the beast tide comes again, he and the survivors with blue-tier treehouses might be okay, but those living in low small treehouses will find it very distressing.

No, they need to clear the snow layers around the treehouses.

Holding Keke, and sitting back on the couch, he spoke out in the regional channel.

”Everyone, the snow layer outside your treehouses must be over two meters thick by now. You must have all bought snow suits, right? When the temperature rises at noon today, everyone needs to clear the snow layer around the treehouses. If the snow layer is too high, snow creatures will be able to attack more easily.”

Immediately, a group of people responded in the regional channel.

”Got it, Boss Xu!”

”Haha, I’ve been clearing the snow layer around my treehouse every day; the snow around hasn’t piled up at all!”

”Hehe, I killed a snow fox during the beast tide and made a snow fox scarf; don’t need to wait till noon, can go out to clear snow now!”

”Boss, what’s the purpose of the snow mountain? We still don’t know...”

”Boss will surely tell us when the time comes!”

”True, anyway, I can’t climb myself, just waiting to sip Boss’s leftover soup.”

”Ah, being from area 188 is so nice! In other areas, they say they’re sipping soup, can’t even smell a taste.”

Regarding the information about the snow mountain, Xu Xin felt that the news could be released now, but it still needed some discussion.

”Hey, hey, look quickly, two more people just appeared on the rankings! Just now, two people appeared one after another, with less than thirty seconds in between!”

Oh?

Upon seeing this message, Xu Xin immediately opened the rankings.

At this moment, on the ranking list, as the person just mentioned, there were two more people, making it seven.

Someone really climbed at midnight?

Ranked sixth was a person named Fang Tianyang from area 23, a name that had appeared in previous rankings.

Ranked seventh was a person named Dong Erbao from area 1.

People from different areas, with significant distances apart.

It seemed that even though these two successfully climbed at almost the same time, there wasn’t any connection between them.

But...

”Who is this Dong Erbao?” Xu Xin was a bit puzzled.

On the rankings, there had never been this name Dong Erbao before.

Opening the world channel, he found that even the survivors in area 1 were shocked by someone named Dong Erbao.

Though Zhao Xiaochuan also just appeared on the rankings, he’s a member of the [Explorer], making it unsurprising, even expected, but Dong Erbao is different.

”Damn, what’s with this guy? Previously, he ranked beyond the thousand mark on the list, how did he succeed in climbing?!”

”Huh? Damn, beyond a thousand? We don’t even have a thousand people in our area...”

”What the hell?”

”So, even without being a boss, can one complete the activity? I feel tempted...”

”Forget it, so many people have died, even area 1 lost a top ten boss, it’s not so easy.”

”Could it be that he got help from Boss Shi Wanyun?”

”It’s definitely Boss Shi Wanyun who gave him the strategy!”

”Isn’t that obvious, how else could someone beyond a thousand rank climb to the summit! Even the top ten in the area have died, okay!”

”Damn, bosses, please share the strategy, why aren’t they releasing it!”

”Why are you all discussing Dong Erbao? Didn’t you see our area 23 Boss Fang Tianyang?”

”Would you dare climb with the strategy?”

Despite Boss Fang Tianyang from area 23 ranking higher at sixth, there was barely any discussion. Everyone was engrossed in discussing Dong Erbao.

After all, if someone at this rank and strength can climb the peak, that means, with help from bosses, they can too!

Xu Xin frowned slightly.

He also felt that this person’s summit had much to do with Shi Wanyun.

After all, Shi Wanyun has climbed Xue Feng and surely knows that each snow mountain requires three survivors, so helping other survivors near that snow mountain climb is very possible.

But... how did she help?

Getting someone ranked beyond a thousand to the summit...

Others may not know, but he, who has climbed before, knows the difficulty of climbing the snow mountain.

Even if the snow mountain environment is shared with others, most can only sigh in admiration.

On their side, when Lou Fei’Er and Wang Lei, top ten in the area with special abilities, attempt to climb, everyone is anxious.

There’s quite a buzz among the Explorers now.

Wang Lei: ”Heartbroken, two more people added to the list, I’m tearful, can I still make top ten? Top ten rewards differ from those below, right...”

Wen Guixin: ”They really climbed at night? Able to succeed too...”

Ji Chaoyang: ”That person from area 1 is peculiar, even with Shi Wanyun’s help, unless he’s exceptionally talented in this area, he must have used a special climbing method.”

Ji Chaoyang’s words made Xu Xin’s heart stir slightly.

It’s quite possible.

Maybe there are ways to reach the summit besides climbing.
