Surviving The Fourth Calamity

Chapter 1663: Chapter 241: The Proud Sky Alliance Dreads Meetings Most

”By the way, Old Dog, why is Rose being so cooperative?” ’Cunlü’ asked curiously, ”Although one might say she wants to exchange information with us, I just feel she’s overdoing it.

Seeing her smile at me on the road gave me the creeps.”

”I’ve thought about this too.” ’Snow Cloud Peak’ said lazily, ”Thinking it over, the biggest possibility is she has her sights set on that underworld prison assimilated by Hell from the Greek gods.

Of course, I’ve considered other possibilities, but when our Undead Tribe does things, we first have to think about Coron, we can’t do things targeting the Elves.

And as for the Shadows... we’re even less likely to mess with them, or William would kick us offline.

So it’s very likely Rose plans to go after that prison... although it sounds a bit ridiculous, the hellish prison of the Greek gods is said to lead straight to the eighth layer when you enter Hell.

There’s even a rumor that it was originally on the ninth layer, but Asmodeus knocked it down to the eighth layer for his own amusement.

If she could open an Abyssal Gate there, Rose might immediately go from Spider Lord to Spider Princess.

Even the Demon Prince would worship her.”

”Where did you hear all this anyway?” ’Perfect Bald’ asked a little unnerved, ”Have conspiracy theorists extended their reach to even demons now?”

This info sounds like something only a Duke of Demons would know!

”As soon as Toril opened, all sorts of bizarre characters rushed in.” ’Snow Cloud Peak’ said without blinking, ”And where do you think these outsiders are most interested in?

It’s naturally Edna’s Grand Library in Naish where you can freely read the scrolls!

However, Edna’s library manager is fond of doing things on a whim and doesn’t mind grudges, so casting a Confusion Array on an Evil Faction is a minor matter.

But the Silver Dragon rarely acts against the Undead Tribe.

Especially those who have been reading in the library since it opened; most have some relationship with Edna.

So helping someone find their way is naturally a small matter.

Besides earning a bit of guide money, they’ve also made connections with many quirky characters, and at least can ask some inconsequential questions.

For demons, the information they buy with money is the cheapest.

So they’re willing to trade some info that even Bone Demons know for some convenience in the library.”

”What is a Bone Demon?” ’Young Master’ suddenly asked, ”Could you put it in terms a normal person can understand?”

’Snow Cloud Peak’ rubbed his forehead and sighed: ”Haven’t we dealt with demons and devils for quite some time?

It’s understandable for ordinary people, but you guys are management; at least remember a little... forget it...”

’Snow Cloud Peak’ looked at the bewildered faces and gave up lecturing, instead turning to ’Susu’ behind him: ”Susu, do me a favor and compile a chart of the basic knowledge for them.

Thanks.”

’Susu’ nodded: ”Got it.”

Then ’Snow Cloud Peak’ glared around the crowd and said seriously: ”Once the document is sent to you, put it on the most visible spot on your tablets!

Don’t come running to me when family members ask you!

Then don’t blame me for speaking harshly, understand?”

About a hundred obediently nodding heads only made him sigh heavily again.

”So, what is a Bone Demon?” ’Battlefield Lightning’ scratched his head, ”If you know, just say it! Nobody else is around right now.”

The grandeur ’Snow Cloud Peak’ had just established instantly dissipated, but ’Battlefield Lightning’ is his longest-standing and most loyal companion, even though he sometimes lacks a mind.

Despite having Road Eunuch to share some of the burden, ’Snow Cloud Peak’ could never completely set it aside.

”Demons are divided into three tiers, Bone Demons are at the bottom of the High-level Demons.” He had to swallow this frustration himself, ”The information they know is basically no secret.

Rose probably has some ties with certain Dukes of Demons, so she must know.”

”Weird, shouldn’t the Greek gods go to the Abyss according to attributes?” ’Perfect Bald’ asked puzzled, ”Does Hell only look at the name and not the attributes when devouring things?”

”Back then, Hell hadn’t become the realm of order demons yet.” ’Snow Cloud Peak’ tilted his head a bit, ”Or rather, before Asmodeus ruled Hell, that place lacked everything.

Their Greek Titans, no matter what, had enough power, and Hell, even lacking its own consciousness, understood what’s a great supplement.”

”Then between us and Rose, at least in this world, there shouldn’t be much conflict, right?” ’Mobi Chenxin’ asked inquisitively, ”So...”

”You, and your family members, best not engage with Rose’s people directly, and if forced, let others handle it.

Usually, it’s best to have Luximar relay your speech and actions.” ’Snow Cloud Peak’ said solemnly, ”Don’t forget, in Toril, there’s still a Chosen of Elisui waiting for you.

Rose isn’t someone everyone can handle, don’t end up gaining little here in Aesces, only to repay it a hundred times over in Toril.”

’Mobi Chenxin’ widened his eyes slightly, then quickly nodded: ”I understand, I’ll try to avoid dealing with Miss Ruth.”

’Snow Cloud Peak’ nodded, then earnestly instructed those seated in the small plaza: ”You all do the same.

Consider carefully where your family intends to stay in the world.

Is Aesces just a fleeting visit for you, or a long-term stay?

The first thing to remember is that we cannot affect Teraxil, which is the starting point, the hometown... No one wants to play for a while only to find their home gone, right?

Even in the game, it’s the same.

Although William will make that Fire Wall, we also need to be quite clear.

Secondly, prioritize correctly.

For example, Black Rose and Baldy, you’ll undoubtedly find it hard to discover worlds more beneficial than Bitoryl... right?

So it’s crucial to remember, when you find these worlds potentially interconnected, don’t lose sight of the big picture for the sake of a few tasks, affecting relationships with Toril.

As for other families, either be like Doomsday and have the money to establish upscale bases anywhere, or decide where your investments should go for your best interests.

Don’t want everything, you won’t even dream about it.

Even I haven’t considered having a stake everywhere like the Proud Sky Alliance, you single families shouldn’t even dream of it.”

He let out a long breath: ”Alright~ I’ve said my piece, I surely won’t nag anymore.

Handle your own affairs!

We’ve already discussed the battlefield arrangements, each family’s area they clean up themselves, don’t wait for me to clean up!

If anyone lets Moon Clan trash into the city again, whoever does it will tell the entire Alliance a hundred times ’I’m a worthless piece of trash no better than a pig or dog’!

Meeting adjourned!”

The crowd in the small square scattered instantly like birds and beasts.

Even before discussing Rose’s attitude, they’ve been scolded alive for over an hour... A Moon Clan elite squad nearly climbed into Cain Town from a cliff.

The coastline with a cliff-like mountain range, resembles a crescent moon with the lower side flattened.

The command platform of ’Snow Cloud Peak’ lies in the middle of the crescent.

The left curve is guarded solely by Black Rose, while the right is defended by several other families united.

Cain Valley’s entrance is on the right... a long river flows from the flattened underside to the sea, forming a small plain, this is the area defended by Doomsday and Wenjian.

But the inner side being valley-shaped naturally means the seaside cliff-like mountain is actually majestic, and the mountaintop area is substantial.

Besides, people need to go down to fight at sea.

The Proud Sky Alliance claims tens of thousands of people, but excluding those fighting at sea, they don’t have enough patrols for the mountains.

While defending in the mountains, most families have one squad defending a region.

Normally, that should be a regiment’s task.

So, among Moon Clan’s elite warriors, it’s common to find a small path after losing lives to explore the terrain.

Though whether their luck was good or bad, they indeed found their way to the mountain center, directly hitting the carefully hidden ’Snow Cloud Peak’ command center.

Moon Clan undoubtedly knows what ’Snow Cloud Peak’ looks like.

Seeing him squatting there alone, fiddling with a tablet, who wouldn’t take action!

The Moon Clan folks were eager, only wishing to strike swiftly!

Then, just drunk on a Natural Elixir full of impurities, an intoxicated Lily of the Valley sent them flying.

Frightened ’Snow Cloud Peak’ naturally unleashed Fury of Thunder, directly pulling all family managers over for a grand meeting.

Proud Sky Alliance dreads battlefield meetings... mostly it’s about scolding and suffering together.

Besides, Old Dog usually talks to people individually about matters without affecting other families rushing for Military Exploits.

When Snow Old Dog’s scolding words flow endlessly, it’s truly a weight beyond human endurance.

If not for Lucimar coincidentally sending a message, distracting Snow Old Dog’s attention, their ears would likely suffer more pain... Otherwise, clan leaders aside, those managers wouldn’t discuss the Greek God System.

For most PVP players, fighting is life; the task party is just nonsense.

Surveying the whole scene, Hill on the cloud platform deliberated seriously.

Luciella, it can be said, is Gaia’s embodiment formed from the remnants of the Goddess of Love and Beauty, hence compared to Lucy, this girl is undoubtedly more suitable as Cronos’ mother.

Except the paternal side is slightly inferior to Lucimar.

Yet somewhat offset... Therefore ’Snow Cloud Peak’ judges Gaia won’t possibly choose another female mage with an identity similar to Lucy as the mother.

Only Luciella holds that value.
