I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

”Open your eyes!”

”My God! Is he not awake yet?”

”I really don’t know why such a thing would happen!”

The home fans in the stands were complaining, obviously, they hadn’t come to witness this scene.

Across the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, not even Villarreal’s fans expected them to be the first to score.

After all, who would have thought that Marcelo couldn’t hold his position at all, just running along and watching as Kane easily scored?

Marcelo’s growing long hair stuck to his cheeks, his face showed no emotion, just standing there with his hands on his hips, while other Real Madrid players looked at this genius Brazilian full-back.

His defense has been a topic of countless discussions.

On the sidelines, Mourinho scratched his head in frustration, but he quickly calmed his emotions and even took the chance to reassure Francisco beside him.

”Don’t worry, my friend.”

”I believe Chen can help us equalize the score.”

Mourinho spoke while looking at Cazorla, although neither the assist nor the goal was from Cazorla, he was the one initiating Villarreal’s attacks in this match, this unremarkable Spanish player.

Since Riquelme left Villarreal, Cazorla’s tactical status has increased significantly, now he’s the star player in the team, and many coaches wish to sign this Spanish player, among them, Pellegrini of Malaga and Wenger of Arsenal are the most eager.

Cazorla is gradually becoming at least a first-class midfielder in La Liga.

”By the way!” Mourinho’s eyes lit up, turning to Francisco beside him and asked, ”Has he had contact with Real Madrid, wanting to join the team?”

”I’m not sure about that.” Francisco paused before speaking, ”But no one can refuse Real Madrid.”

Francisco’s last sentence made Mourinho raise an eyebrow, after all, he was asked why he chose to coach Real Madrid and left Inter Milan, he said something similar.

In fact, Cazorla indeed had thoughts of joining Real Madrid, he had ”self-recommended” through his agent several times, but unfortunately, Real Madrid didn’t have a position for Cazorla, for players of this ”level” unless in some special situations, it’s hard to wear the white shirt.

Mourinho smiled and didn’t pay much attention to it.

Although, the Spanish nationals within the team might care whether Cazorla would join, for Mourinho, obviously, a player like Cazorla doesn’t fit into his tactical system.

Moreover, Cazorla isn’t the type of player Mourinho likes.

The match continued, although Real Madrid conceded a goal, and the players on the field had a fleeting impulse to ”internal strife”, after all, it wasn’t the first time Marcelo made such a mistake.

But Chen Zhong’s shout brought them back quickly.

Even when Marcelo was still in a funk, and Villarreal’s players were still celebrating, Chen Zhong specifically ran to Marcelo’s side, patting his shoulder, bending over to see his face.

”Keep your spirits up.”

”It’s just one goal conceded!”

”We have a saying where I’m from, to mend the pen after sheep are lost... well, forget it, to acknowledge mistakes and correct them, yes, know the mistake and correct it.”

At this moment, Casillas fetched the ball and walked over to hand it to Chen Zhong, Chen Zhong nodded at Casillas and then ran towards the center circle, other players were also returning to their positions.

When Villarreal’s players finished celebrating, what they saw was Real Madrid’s players ready and waiting.

This was like a bucket of cold water over them, bringing their once-excited emotions back to normal.

”Real Madrid’s players quickly returned to their positions.”

”It seems that after conceding the goal, they are not greatly affected.”

”The ball is in play, Chen Zhong receives it.”

”Real Madrid launches an attack.”

”Hmm? Benzema!”

The Real Madrid fans in the stands gradually calmed down, when they saw Chen Zhong tirelessly boosting the players’ morale, they also pressed down their inner frustration and loudly began to cheer and support the team.

”Rikam!” Chen Zhong shouted Benzema’s name loudly after receiving the ball.

Sometimes, Chen Zhong really wanted to take off his boots and hit this lazy French center forward on the butt.

After hearing Chen Zhong’s shout, Benzema started to fall back, the two of them made continuous one-two passes, Chen Zhong driving straight in, charging towards Villarreal’s penalty area.

”Stop him!”

Villarreal’s players called out loudly, and the Villarreal fans in the stands also shouted loudly, ”Watch out for his long shot, watch out!”

”No, also watch out for his through ball!”

”Damn! Also his insert! Insert!”

Everyone has their own Hamlet in mind.

The Villarreal fans have different images of Chen Zhong in their hearts as well, they shouted out their fears of Chen Zhong, but when everything was shouted out, they realized this all-around player is the most feared as long as he’s on the field.
