Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

That night, Major General Yang received a reply. Ye Jian told Major General Yang that the female soldiers accepted increasing the difficulty level. They would use their abilities to tell the chiefs that they could and would do better.

Major General Yang asked Ye Jian if there was any controversy when she knew that the headquarters wanted to increase the difficulty. Ye Jian smiled and told Major General Yang that her soldiers were all valiant. Their courage was not inferior to that of men.

Major General Yang was satisfied.

Whether it was male soldiers or female soldiers, they needed to be courageous. If they didn’t even have the courage of a soldier, why would they be soldiers? They should go home early and not affect the other soldiers.

In the following meeting, Major General Yang relayed the original words of the female soldiers. The chiefs of the headquarters laughed. A colonel smiled and said, ”We’re not afraid of them losing. We’re just afraid that they’ll be cowardly. If they admit defeat, no one will be able to help them up. It’s a good thing that they’re brave and dare to take the challenge!”

Another senior colonel smiled and said, ”These female soldiers all have a common goal. Now that the military has given them a chance to achieve their common goal, they naturally have to grab it. With their confidence now, I really feel that they can establish a female special forces unit.”

”The selected instructor is not bad. After half a year of training, we can see the improvement of the female soldiers. A good soldier has to be led by a good general. Without a good general, no matter how good a soldier is, they’ll be buried. They won’t even be able to fully unleash their potential. The instructor is not bad. She needs to be rewarded.”

The senior colonel’s words made the chiefs present nod. The instructor needed to be rewarded.

”There’s no hurry to reward her. Let’s look at the results of the female soldiers first. If all of them are outstanding, we must reward the instructor well.” A senior colonel sitting in the middle smiled and looked at Commander Xia. ”The instructor is not bad. Well, we’ll wait for March 21st. Commander, do you want to send a message to the northern military district in advance?”

Commander Xia, who was sitting at the head of the table, smiled and said, ”You came from the northern military district. Are you afraid that your former subordinates will underestimate their enemy and return to their hometown with disappointment?”

The atmosphere of this meeting was very relaxed. Commander Xia was usually a serious person. When he was angry, the soldiers below would hold their breaths and not dare to say anything. Now, he was relaxed and said whatever he wanted. Everyone was in a good mood.

The main reason was that everything in the military had been progressing very well recently. Naturally, he was in a good mood.

The smile on the senior colonel’s face got deeper. ”I just need you to understand it. You don’t have to expose me like that.”

The colonel sitting opposite the senior colonel from the northern military district teased, ”Are you thinking of leaking information? You’ve been moving around under our eyes for the past few days. I’ll call your wife later and tell her that you have to go on a business trip for a few days.”

”If he really calls the northern military district, wouldn’t he be telling all of us that he doesn’t have enough confidence in the northern military district? Staff Officer Liu from the northern military district will probably chase after him with a huge knife.”

The colonel’s teasing made the smile in Commander Xia’s eyes deepen. When the meeting ended, the chiefs were all smiling. It was obvious that they were in a good mood.

The guards couldn’t help but laugh when they saw this.

It had been five years since the proposal to establish a female special forces unit. In the 1980s, there was a female special forces unit. Later, it was disbanded for various reasons.
