Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

In the train station, the rebel general, Alva, screamed. The situation in front was tragic. The government forces had mobilized their forces to attack directly. He already had a feeling that he wouldn’t be able to hold on for long.

Soon, even more tragic news was heard. Saiya Street was lost. Tanks passed through the buildings and came over. The howitzer blasted a bloody hole.

”Where are the mines? Damn it! Where did they place the mines?” Alva was no longer shouting normally. His eyes were ferocious, and his neck was thick and swollen.

No one knew why the mines didn’t explode. No one knew that the five people who laid the mines had been secretly killed.

The sunlight got brighter and brighter. When they walked under the sunlight, it was as if they had walked into a furnace. Their clothes that were wet became dry, leaving behind white salt stains. At this moment, Ye Jian and the rest had already passed through the park.

They were already very close to the Chinese peacekeeping camp. They had already reached the suburbs of Yeni.

At this moment, one hour and 15 minutes had passed since they came out of the warehouse.

They had taken 15 minutes longer than expected.

According to the original plan, they would walk out of the park within an hour. Then, they would have ten minutes of rest. But now… they couldn’t even have a minute of rest. No one stopped as they rushed toward the Chinese peacekeeping camp.

About three kilometers away from the camp, they heard gunshots from the direction of the Chinese peacekeeping camp.

Big Prawn contacted the camp through the satellite phone. The person on the phone wasn’t the squadron leader but a soldier.

The soldier had been holding his gun and waiting for the call. As soon as Li Jinnian reported his identity, the soldier immediately reported the current situation of the camp.

”The camp has been attacked by illegal militants and artillery. Four peacekeeping soldiers have been seriously injured. The camp is in a dire situation!” This was the latest news Li Jinnian received from the peacekeeping camp. Things were very urgent, and they needed rescue.

When Commissioner Miao knew that the camp was being attacked, he was worried about the soldiers. At the same time, he was anxious about the special materials that he had painstakingly refined. Ever since he was kidnapped, he hadn’t had a good sleep. Furthermore, he had been running around. At this moment, Commissioner Miao’s stamina was obviously weak. He even felt that his body temperature was abnormally high.

However, he didn’t say anything. He didn’t even say anything to the three students who were taking care of him. He said softly to Li Jinnian, ”Your marching speed is slowed down by us. It’s only three kilometers now. Hurry up and leave! Don’t waste any more time on us.

”We won’t follow you. If we go, we’ll only cause trouble. We’ll distract you because you’ll have to take care of us! We’ll find a place to hide first. We’ll go over after it ends!”

Commissioner Miao was worried about that batch of special materials. Even if he lost his life, he had to protect that batch of materials!

”Mentor!”

His decision caused the expressions of the three PhD students to change. The teacher meant that he would rather sacrifice himself to protect the materials!

Ye Jian’s eyes darkened. She said in a low voice, ”Teacher, we didn’t save you so that you would be in danger again. Your safety is very important. This is our mission in Libya. Hence, you have to follow us.”

They had to speed up their march, but they also had to protect Commissioner Miao and the rest.

Hence, the water ghosts of the Storm Commando Brigade were split into two batches. Four water ghosts were left behind to protect Commissioner Miao, the three students, and Yang Heng, the interpreter. The rest of them immediately went to reinforce the camp.

This was the decision made by the captain, Demon King Li. No one raised any objections.

Ye Jian didn’t stay. Earlier, Li Jinnian glanced at her and saw her nod. He knew what she meant.
