Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The sentence was brief and concise, but it made Yang Heng feel like he had found his home. At that moment, Yang Heng knew that he was saved.

Five minutes before they opened fire, the Chinese peacekeeping camp in Yeni received a warning from the illegal militants. They asked the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers to evacuate Yeni within two hours. If they didn’t evacuate Yeni within two hours, a peacekeeping soldier in charge of interpreting would die.

This interpreter was Yang Heng.

The members of the Storm Commando Brigade received a message from the peacekeeping camp and learned that Yang Heng was being controlled by illegal militants. If the Chinese peacekeeping forces didn’t leave within two hours, Yang Heng would be killed by the illegal militants.

Li Jinnian, who received the news, hid in a corner and aimed his rifle at the target who was trying to climb into the military vehicle and set up a heavy machine gun. He replied to the captain of the Chinese peacekeeping force who was talking to him, ”Give us five minutes to rescue Yang Heng.”

Within five minutes, Li Jinnian killed four illegal militants who tried to get close to the heavy machine gun that hadn’t been blown up. Then, covered by his comrades, Li Jinnian quickly approached the Jeep. He successfully rescued Yang Heng.

”Interpreter Yang Heng has been successfully rescued.” His cold voice entered everyone’s ears through the fair channel. Right on the heels of that, the scout, Sea Anemone, contacted the captain of the Chinese peacekeeping force and reported this news. The captain let out a long breath.

He thought that Yang Heng would be killed by the illegal militants. Now, he was saved!

The captain heaved a sigh of relief and said to a soldier beside him, ”Tell the country that Yang Heng has been successfully rescued!”

”Yes!” The soldier who had a look of awe on his face immediately contacted the country.

Ye Jian, who had already met up with Big Shark and the rest, was elated when she found out.

The sudden opening fire of the government forces could be said to have helped the Storm Commando Brigade, allowing them to save Yang Heng in the shortest time possible.

Since Yang Heng had been rescued, it was imperative to rescue Commissioner Miao and the three students.

”Commissioner Miao and three students are still in the bomb shelter of the train station. It’s located near the southwest corner. The bomb shelter is where food is stored. Commissioner Miao’s leg was injured by a stray bullet, so it’s inconvenient for him to move.”

Yang Heng, who was rescued, provided the latest news. Li Jinnian simplified this piece of news to his comrades. ”The illegal militants guarding Commissioner Miao and three students are waiting for the news outside. If the Chinese peacekeeping forces don’t retreat to Yeni within two hours, Commissioner Miao and the others will be killed.”

Hearing this, everyone was furious. They wanted to blow up the entire train station.

Amidst the gunshots, Li Jinnian’s cold voice entered the ears of every comrade. ”We’ll meet up now. Find the location of the remaining people immediately!”

This time, they had to bring Yang Heng along.

Li Jinnian passed a rifle that he had picked up on the ground to Yang Heng. This was Yang Heng’s self-defense weapon. He couldn’t be left alone, and the Storm Commando Brigade couldn’t leave anyone to accompany him. They could only let Yang Heng return to the hinterland of the train station with them.

Most importantly, Yang Heng knew where Commissioner Miao and the other three were being held.

The firepower of the government forces woke up the illegal militants sleeping at the train station. It also woke the rebel general, Alva, up from his dream. When he knew that the government forces had suddenly opened fire on them, Alva smiled coldly.
