The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 543: Chapter 543 Sword Points Break Innate_1

Alberto Reid and Tony Reid arrived at the Reid residence at the same time. After exchanging a glance, they entered together.

Oscar Miller let out a long breath of relief upon seeing them arrive. The last half hour had felt like the longest of his life!

Mary Jimenez effortlessly defeated the butler, a clear sign of her formidable strength. Although its extent was unknown, it was certainly enough to kill him.

Even though Dexter Reid was a Grandmaster, Oscar Miller didn’t believe he could stop Mary Jimenez.

He had never imagined that his life would one day be in the hands of Mary Jimenez, nor had he thought that he would ever feel so ill at ease in front of this woman, anxious and unable to find peace day in and day out!

Now, with two Innate Great Grandmasters from the Reid Family here, he refused to believe Mary Jimenez could turn the tables!

Since she had come today and had already fallen out with the Reid Family, it was the perfect opportunity to take her life. With this thought, a fierce killing intent flashed in Oscar Miller’s eyes.

Dexter Reid also sighed with relief; he had genuinely feared that Mary Jimenez would take drastic action and kill his entire family without considering the consequences.

If she had truly gone mad, who could stop her?

How the Reid family would retaliate against her was a matter for later, but the key issue was the survival of his own family.

Dexter Reid stepped forward, exchanged a few words with them, and the three men headed back to the living room together.

Mary Jimenez put away her cell phone and swept her gaze across the two Innate Great Grandmasters from the Reid family before landing on Dexter Reid, ”Just the two of you? Is there anyone else?”

Before Dexter Reid could respond, Alberto Reid scoffed coldly, ”You’re quite confident, young lady. It seems you have a significant backing. Speak up and let’s see if it’s someone the Reid Family should hesitate to provoke.”

Mary Jimenez spoke calmly, ”Indeed, I have support, but this is my personal vendetta that stops with me. If you have the means, you can kill me, and no one will trouble you.”

Tony Reid narrowed his eyes, sizing up Mary Jimenez, ”So, you mean to say you’re quite the fighter? I heard you were just an ordinary person six months ago...”

Mary Jimenez nodded, ”I’ll repeat it: I’m here to kill Oscar Miller. If you understand the grievances between him and me, you’ll know I have no intention of making enemies with the Reid Family. But if the Reid Family insists on protecting Oscar Miller, on fighting with me, you will bear the consequences!”

Tony Reid stroked his beard with a cold laugh, ”Although you’re young, you don’t lack spirit. Oscar Miller is just a son-in-law of the Reid Family—we don’t care much about his life or death. But since you’ve slapped the Reid Family’s face, this old man will have to deal with it.”

Mary Jimenez turned to look at Oscar Miller, her voice as calm as ever, ”I’m going to kill Oscar Miller now. Whoever stops me, I’ll kill them!”

Alberto Reid laughed in anger, ”Well then, I’d like to see how you plan to kill him today!”

Mary Jimenez stepped directly toward Oscar Miller.

Oscar Miller’s face turned pale, and he instinctively retreated backward. Despite the presence of two Innate Great Grandmasters, he found himself without the courage to face Mary Jimenez.

Quick as a flash, Alberto Reid blocked Mary Jimenez’s path, ”I’m standing right here. If you’ve got what it takes, try getting past me!”

Without stopping, Mary Jimenez approached Alberto Reid, her delicate white fingers lifted lightly, as she brought her index and middle finger together like a sword and thrust forward.

As she pointed out with her finger, the space around seemed to momentarily concave towards her fingertips. At that moment, those slender, beautiful fingers no longer appeared to be part of a hand but an irresistible sword of unparalleled majesty.

Alberto Reid’s face changed drastically, pupils dilating with a flicker of alarm in his eyes.

He stepped back, trying to create distance, but the seemingly slow thrust of her finger didn’t lose proximity despite his retreat, growing ever closer instead.

Unable to back away any further, Alberto Reid had no choice but to let out a low shout and throw a punch.

With that punch, Gang Qi surged like a torrent, filling the surrounding space.

Fist met finger.

The Gang Qi raged like a furious torrent towards Mary Jimenez’s slender finger, but the two delicate fingers, like a sharp sword, pierced through the wave, split it, and then harshly struck Alberto Reid’s fist.

Upon this contact, the flesh on Alberto Reid’s fist exploded, blood and viscera splattered, and multiple points of his bones became grotesquely visible.

The force of the finger didn’t stop there, traveling up Alberto Reid’s arm.

In an instant, Alberto Reid’s sleeve burst apart, his flesh undulated like waves, and his arm was marked by numerous bloody fissures.

The force continued up the arm and finally stopped at Alberto Reid’s shoulder.

Alberto Reid’s arm was so mutilated that bone jutted out horrifically, an utterly sorry sight.

As soon as the fist had exploded, Tony Reid had already reacted, lifting his hand and throwing a punch directly at Mary Jimenez’s back.
