The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 532: Chapter 532: Rushing Over, Isn’t This Asking for It?_1

”I thought that once Gunner Tate got word of me, he’d come to kill me himself.”

Carson Flores figured out why he had been staked out and sized up Abel Compton. If someone could boldly come alone to stake out and try to kill him, then there was no doubt, Abel Compton must be an Innate Grandmaster.

Abel Compton said coldly, ”You’re not worthy of the Sect Master’s personal effort.”

Carson Flores laughed, ”Maxton James said I wasn’t worthy, and he swaggeringly came to kill me, only to end up killed by me; Shane Fox said the same, and I beat him until he fled like a rat. Shane Fox learned his lesson, resorted to despicable methods, and kidnapped my woman, calling upon five Peak Great Masters to help, only for all of them to end up dead. Now you come saying I’m not worthy...”

Abel Compton sneered, ”You just reached Great Grandmaster two months ago, and you talk about killing Maxton James? Driving Shane Fox to flee like a rat? That’s quite the tall tale. If it weren’t for an Innate Grandmaster covertly helping you, Maxton James alone could have easily killed you.”

Carson Flores was stunned for a moment. Did the people of the Five Dragon Sect not know the truth?

Carson Flores suddenly remembered what Shane Fox had blurted out after being defeated by him, ”Maxton James was killed by you,” and he quickly snapped back to reality.

He had killed Maxton James, and when Shane Fox heard of this, he might have guessed that it was the Innate Grandmaster by Carson Flores’s side who had acted. It wasn’t until Shane Fox fought with Carson Flores himself that he realized Carson Flores’s strength had already reached that of a Peak Great Master and that Maxton James had died by his hand.

Shane Fox knew the truth but had also faced defeat. In order to save face, he didn’t report to Gunner Tate but instead directly gathered five Great Grandmasters to ambush Carson Flores.

Shane Fox was very cautious. He kidnapped Samantha Tate and assembled six Great Grandmasters to kill Carson Flores alone; it was supposed to be foolproof, but he miscalculated again.

Leah Frost was an Innate Grandmaster!

With all six people including Shane Fox killed, the truth was completely buried, creating the illusion that Carson Flores had just become a Great Grandmaster two months ago and was no match for a Peak Great Master, surviving only thanks to the mysterious Innate Grandmaster with him, managing to first kill Maxton James then Shane Fox and the others.

Carson Flores couldn’t help but laugh.

”Gunner Tate is really such a kind person, afraid that I’m too weak and might accidentally get killed by you all, so he sends his men one by one to deal with me. It’s as if he’s playing a game, sending little monsters for me to level up...”

Carson Flores mocked, then immediately asked, ”I wonder, what strength has the one coming to give experience this time? A Peak Great Master?”

Abel Compton sneered, ”Worried that there’s an Innate Grandmaster hidden by your side, how would we send a Peak Great Master to die? You wish!”

Carson Flores laughed, ”That said, are you an Innate Grandmaster?”

Abel Compton glanced around, ”There’s no one in sight here. Even if you have an Innate Grandmaster with you, hiding somewhere in Dingburg, it would take at least half a minute to reach here. Half a minute is more than enough for me to kill you ten times over!”

Carson Flores said with a smile, ”I just love the unfounded confidence you people have. So guess why, knowing you’re an Innate Grandmaster, I can still smile so easily, so happily?”

Abel Compton sneered, ”Are you trying to tell me there’s not just one Innate Grandmaster in Dingburg, perhaps even watching over here, and that even if I take you down, I won’t be able to escape?”

Carson Flores shook his head, ”That’s not it at all. The four Innate Grandmasters I dealt with from the Vasquez Family are still in Xijin, it’s just me here.”

Abel Compton narrowed his eyes and stared at Carson Flores, then suddenly sneered, ”Then do tell me, what are you relying on, if you’re not afraid I won’t kill you?”

Carson Flores intertwined his fingers and flexed his wrists, a smile filled with mockery and smugness surfaced on his face, ”What if, just what if, I’m not afraid of you because I myself am an Innate Grandmaster?”

”You? An Innate Grandmaster?”

Abel Compton laughed as if he’d heard the biggest joke, ”What, are you saying that after two months in Mount Kahdas you’ve become an Innate Grandmaster?”

Lilly Compton, who had been silent all along, suddenly showed a very strange look on her face, her gaze at Abel Compton filled with empathy.

Poor old man!

Thinking Carson Flores was a Great Grandmaster and feeling sure of victory, he hurried over as soon as he saw Carson Flores leave Mount Kahdas.

After two months of cultivation, she had advanced from Inner Qi to Great Grandmaster. Carson Flores was surely more formidable, so how great must his progress have been?

This old man had been staking out who knows how long, rushing over to deliver himself?

Carson Flores watched Abel Compton with a restrained smile, not saying a word.

Abel Compton looked at Carson Flores’s smile, then at the strange color and empathy in Lilly Compton’s eyes, and suddenly felt a thud in his heart.

No way, is this kid really an Innate Grandmaster?

A 27-year-old Innate Grandmaster was unheard of; it was simply impossible!

A fierce light flickered in Abel Compton’s eyes. Was he an Innate Grandmaster? There was one way to find out!

Abel Compton stepped forward, instantly crossing the snowy ground of four or five meters, appearing in front of Carson Flores, and threw a punch.
