I Became a Witch and Started an Industrial Revolution

【Our race will unconditionally accept all demands of the Alliance，including but not limited to sharing information on various Cutting-edge Technologies，Secret Arts，and Spells，and terminating all cooperation and assistance with the Allied Nations。】

【Open the market of the Kingdom of Shaluo and implement a Free and Open Trade Policy。Relinquish supervision over the Kingdom，and hand all rights over to the various races within the Kingdom to decide for themselves。】

“Brower，what you brought back is an Unconditional Surrender Treaty equivalent to defeat。”

Duke Brower nodded：“Yes，we’ve already lost。”

“This treaty is extremely humiliating，I cannot accept it。I believe perhaps we should give the other side a little Red Mist shock，when it comes to ordinary troop strength our potential has no upper limit，we can have as many as we want！”

“Yes，even if we don’t do that，we still need to let the Alliance see that we possess the ability to do so。”

“We can also win over more allies，the two branches of the Demon Race did not intervene in this war and still retain powerful strength，while those vermin of the Goblins have constantly been secretly researching the Alliance’s technology，and have already achieved fairly good results。”

“Add our Blood Race，and the intervention of three new forces would be fully capable of delivering a fatal blow to the exhausted Alliance，I believe that at the necessary moment the other races would also unite with us。”

Inside the Conference Room after hearing the Armistice Treaty Brower had brought back，the other several Blood Race powerhouses could not suppress the anger in their hearts，and with one speaking after another quickly and simply planned out their subsequent strategic direction，while the two Princes did not express any opinions。

The Blood Race had no King，or rather where there was the Blood Race there was no King，because they were a subordinate race formed from the spreading bloodline of the Blood Race Progenitor herself，and their Bloodline Concentration had an extremely precise distribution。

The population composition of the Blood Race was extremely simple，they were either Duke-ranked Half-Gods，or Count-ranked Saint-level beings，while Blood Race powerhouses whose combat strength surpassed others of the same rank and whose strength was greater would additionally be called Princes and Marquises。

However these two ranks had no difference in terms of Bloodline，but were instead recognition of their strength and status within the race。

The amount of Bloodline determined the upper limit of their strength，and relying on themselves to break free of this restriction was almost impossible。

Their obsessive fascination with the study of Blood was precisely because they wanted to find a method that could awaken the Progenitor while maintaining their own existence，but at present there had been quite a few byproducts，while progress toward the primary objective had been minimal。

Therefore the Blood Race adopted a Twelve-member Council System in which two Princes，six Dukes and 4 Marquises jointly discussed and decided matters，together determining the direction of the race。

Brower shook his head and repeated once again：“We’ve already lost，we’ve lost in every sense of the word。”

“An exhausted army？I estimated the Alliance’s troop deployment across the entire Front Line，altogether there are probably around 4 million First-line Field Troops，and this number is still increasing rapidly。”

“From the start of the war until now，the officially announced casualty figures of the Alliance Army are approximately 460000，they have not suffered too many casualties，and their combat effectiveness has not declined much。”

“A loss of one tenth cannot possibly be called seriously damaging under any circumstances，especially with the continuous Organization and Mobilization taking place within the other side。”

“And now that the wars of the Alliance’s two allied nations have ended one after another，the Alliance has been completely freed from its restraints，on the frontal battlefield our conservative estimate is that we will face tens of millions of Alliance Army Regular Troops。”

“Take note，when converted to the military strength of our Kingdom，those tens of millions would all qualify as Elite Troops，I do not believe that the strength of Corpse Beasts transformed from Ordinary People can defeat troops like these，and the more Corpse Beasts are transformed，the weaker our own Mobilization Potential will become。”

One of them interrupted：“Even if we cannot crush the Alliance through the Corpse Beasts，we can still rely on this threat to fight for better treatment，instead of only receiving this humiliating treaty。”

“Our strength still remains，on what grounds？”

Brower looked at him and asked in return：“Then is there a possibility that the prerequisite for this treaty to even exist is precisely because our strength still remains？”

‘What do you mean！’

“When I went to meet that person back then I had already disclosed most of the strength we possess to the other side，and only then did I obtain this treaty that you consider unequal。”

Brower lowered his head and stroked the paper as he continued：“Compared with those lambs awaiting slaughter among the Allied Nations，the only advantage we races possess is that we still have an opportunity to stop。”

An elderly Blood Race Prince said concisely：“Our strength still remains，most of the treaty appears to cause us considerable losses，but it is nowhere near the point of seriously damaging us。”

“If these were conditions personally proposed by the one you mentioned，then we truly have no room to object。While the other Main Gods are dormant and she remains awake，this war has already ended。”

Everyone immediately fell silent

And began reconsidering the feasibility of accepting that treaty

Although sharing the various technologies within the race would cause them to lose a certain degree of advantage，it was not as though they were opening them to the entire world，after sharing them they would merely be unable to use these against the Alliance，that did not mean they could not continue maintaining an advantage over others。

And granting independence to the Kingdom of Shaluo mattered even less，the Blood Race’s strength had not been damaged and plenty of people would eagerly volunteer to become their servants，so what loss was there to them？

Free Trade？What the hell did that have to do with them。

The nation was something they had created for fun to plunder Wealth and enjoy themselves，it did not mean they had to take responsibility for such an existence。

To put it plainly this was a Submission Contract，representing the Blood Race joining the Alliance Camp，a Token of Allegiance to the Empress，there was a degree of punishment but it was actually very low。

If one absolutely had to say what the Blood Race had lost，then it was that they could put away their idea of ruling the world，as long as the other side’s strength still remained they could not allow such thoughts to rise again。

The Blood Race was not the only one that came forward to defect，but they were the only race capable of finding Mitia herself and personally obtaining the Surrender Letters of the various races。

The Blood Race were experts among experts when it came to concealing and hiding Auras，Mitia’s method of changing her appearance had little significance to them，and she herself had not put much effort into concealing and shielding herself，after all she had slipped out to have fun，not to steal dogs。

Apart from the Blood Race，branches or even the main bodies of other racial forces had also made contact with the Witch Race，and the contents of the treaties they received were also largely the same。

Submit，open，sever ties。

War between nations was one matter，struggles between the various races were another，so naturally the postwar handling of the two sides would also be different。

Compared with the relatively mild treaties communicated internally between races，after the Allied Nations were defeated the Nobility within them would undergo an extremely severe Reckoning and Handling，after purging this Privileged Force the nations would be partitioned，and both Empires and Kingdoms would be dismantled。

It could be said that once these conditions were laid out they basically gave the Allied Nations no opportunity to negotiate a peaceful surrender，this was a Noble’s Last Will，if they dared sign it they would all be hanging from streetlamps tomorrow。

So no matter what they would continue fighting，the kind of final madness where they exhausted every possible method，it was merely that the things they relied upon behind them had all been removed by Mitia。

In a certain sense，the fundamental nature of the final solution was actually consistent，that was to reshape the World Order。

Some Classes would be erased，some Classes would rise，and the Magical Races of the Continent would be stripped of the right to determine the fate of Ordinary People。

Whoever disagreed，Mitia would not mind physically eliminating them either。

And the purpose of the Atomic Bomb was，after this round of planning was completed，to carry out a targeted Great Purge Technique against the opposition。
