I Became a Witch and Started an Industrial Revolution

Environmental Protection Penalty【March 14，3272】No. 14550

Reason for Penalty：

Following a citizen complaint，reporting that the Kelado Town Chemical Plant under the Hal Chemical Group in Brenta City，Praven State discharged Wastewater during production，causing pollution to the surrounding soil and water environment。

Following an on-site inspection，it was confirmed that the unit had illegally discharged Wastewater and buried untreated Residue on-site，following an inspection of the soil and surface water outside the plant boundary by the Ministry of Health and Safety，the land contamination was found to severely exceed standards，and the facility is hereby banned and shut down according to law。

“Team Leader Luwak...I pulled the hospital records of nearby residents，there are 76 households within a 400m radius of the plant boundary，among the 62 resident households there are 70 relatives suffering from Major Illnesses...”

Taking the list of patients handed over by his subordinate，after the long string of names written on it each one had been annotated with a category of Major Illness，35% had already died from illness，the oldest had been no more than 50 years old，and the youngest only in their early twenties。

“Two years，it’s been shut down for two years？Then what are these things on the ground now？Only shut it down without cleaning it up？Anyone can see there’s a serious problem with this Water Quality so how did it qualify as up to standard！”

Luwak barely controlled his emotions：“Two things，first，submit an application to higher authorities requesting additional personnel for our Supervision Team，expand the investigation range from 200m to 2000m，as long as there are still similar cases of high-density Major Illnesses then continue expanding outward。”

With such an almost certain future big shot，anyone whose brain had not malfunctioned knew that at the very least they had to maintain superficial respect，offending him was absolutely something they did not dare do。

Forget offending him，what they feared most were people like this who were obviously politically impeccable and orthodox at a glance，because they had no taboos and feared no constraints，they had both the intention and the ability to get things done。

No one wanted the missile they launched to ultimately turn around and land on their own head...

During the subsequent search Taya gradually guessed in her heart what this strange Space actually was。

Although this place looked extremely vast and empty，in reality only the airspace of the anomalous building actually existed，other areas such as the sky，were more like shadows from another Dimension being projected here。

So barring any surprises，this was the secret territory where the group of traitors led by Arthur privately gathered to discuss all kinds of Human Traitor Plans。

This Independent Space might also have been bestowed upon him by the so-called Aliens，and the objective was extremely clear，it was aimed at cultivating traitors among Humanity。

On the door of the final room，Taya saw Adam Burton’s nameplate，pushed open the door and walked inside。

The furnishings inside were somewhat messy，they had probably successfully sold out Civilization later and followed their masters off to enjoy themselves，so they had left rather hurriedly。

Taya easily cracked the password of the Safe on the cabinet，and pulled out a folded letter from inside。

【Dear Adam】

“You and William are my last hope，tomorrow I will leave this world，the other members of the United Council have already resolved to eliminate me。”

“Actually I knew long ago that this day was unavoidable，I only wanted to buy us some time to complete the Guardian and the City Wall。”

“Now they can do whatever they please with this world，please do not disappoint me。”

【Vimond White】

At the final moment he was still thinking about the remaining Humans in this world，but unfortunately

Humanity never disappointed when it came to being disappointing。

Luwak barely controlled his emotions：“Two things，first，submit an application to higher authorities requesting additional personnel for our Supervision Team，expand the investigation range from 200m to 2000m，as long as there are still similar cases of high-density Major Illnesses then continue expanding outward。”
