I Became a Witch and Started an Industrial Revolution

They ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍had no subversive power，so they could only obediently remain loyal lapdogs，and at this moment Mitia gave them another opportunity。

During ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍the first large-scale war between both sides，the Allied Nations sent out large numbers of their Regular Army Main Forces on an expedition，more than half of their domestic resources were consumed on this expedition，yet the war was about to end in defeat。

Now ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍the second round of emergency domestic conscription was calling up reserve troops to fill the gaps caused by defeat，which meant another enormous outpouring of resources，with only expenditure and no income how could the lives of Ordinary People possibly be good？

Surely ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍no one genuinely thought these resources would be paid for by the nobles themselves right？What did privileged nobility mean？What was yours was mine，what was mine was still mine。

Use ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍your money，your life，your everything to create benefits for me，while I give you nothing in return，these were all things you were supposed to do。

When external war ended in failure and produced no benefits，they could only continue squeezing internally，shearing wool by repeatedly targeting the same group of people over a short period of time was something no one could endure。

Moreover two rounds of large-scale mobilization and conscription squeezing actually consumed an enormous amount of national potential。

As industrialization advanced，any able-bodied adult with functioning hands and feet became a soldier once they picked up a gun，although such a low threshold unleashed the nation’s maximum potential，it also indirectly proved just how thorough this exploitation was。

The Regular Army was the foundation that allowed a nation to remain stable，while the reserves were that nation’s war potential，once even the reserves had been trained、armed and deployed outward，then what could possibly remain domestically？

So the Allied Nations had now reached their weakest point internally，saying everything was outside would be an exaggeration，but there was absolutely no joking about the fact that 70% of the Allied Nations’ resources were on battlefields fighting the Alliance。

External war had failed，internal exploitation had reached its peak，military strength was stretched thin，domestic resentment was overwhelming，so the timing for Capital to rise had naturally matured。

The composition of the mobs was itself the nation’s final reserve manpower pool，the more people they incited，the weaker the nation’s strength would become。

And this was also why Mitia had always been waiting for Capital to make its move，right now she still could not stir up unrest across an entire region like they could while simultaneously understanding the state of the country，covering every aspect of another nation。

Rather than that it would be better to let them rise to power，let Capital step onto the stage。

The Alliance’s current Productivity had not reached the point where she could plant her influence throughout the entire world，the rapid iteration of specific industrial foundations still had to be done by local Capital。

They needed profit so they would create everything that served profit，although this enemy was terrifying and extremely difficult to deal with，no matter how rotten they were they were still more advanced than the noble system。

At the very least these people cared about profit，and as long as both sides shared common interests there was room for cooperation。

Wait

Could she perhaps also take a share of the benefits from this wave raised by Capital？Thinking of this Mitia narrowed her eyes slightly，and began considering the specific possibilities。

The outcome of this war had already more or less been decided，if the Alliance could not eliminate the Allied Nations’ armies then they could not withdraw，and if they forcibly withdrew it would prove that this war had ended in complete failure，what awaited them afterward would not be any good ending either。

In a certain sense，the Alliance and the Capitalists within the Allied Nations had placed the Allied Nations over a fire to roast，both sides had set out their plates and were waiting to divide the meat。

Capital could use this incident from behind the scenes to push the people into attacking the various nations，forcibly compelling princes and nobles to compromise with the people，or even directly overthrow the authority of Kings and other Great Nobles and imitate the Alliance’s system，using this to break free from the shackles restricting them above their heads，then begin madly sprinting down the road toward becoming oligarchs and other gigantic predators。

The Alliance meanwhile would use this war to completely establish its dominant position in the world，then rapidly recover through various compensation acts，dismantle the various nations and reshape the international alliance structure，obtaining the authority to formulate rules that it desired most。

But there was one greatest problem in all this，namely that the Alliance had contributed the most，yet the ones obtaining the greatest benefits were not the Alliance，but the Capital groups that had suffered almost no losses。

How could that be acceptable？

But in order to maintain its transcendent position as the Lighthouse，the Sun，and even the World Police of the postwar world，there were many things the Alliance could not do，outwardly it had to constantly maintain the image of a righteous and gentle Big Brother，and it seemed as though these benefits really did have to be swallowed with gritted teeth and handed over for them to eat。

Then if they had to be divided anyway，could this portion be eaten by her instead？

In other words，could she walk both the Capital and Social paths at the same time？

Mitia immediately sat up from Anna’s embrace。

She felt that her thinking might have been shackled before，she had always believed Capital was dangerous，and needed to be guarded against。

There was nothing wrong with that。

However，she could actually use her own mature Capital Operating System to dominate the advancement of Capital throughout this world，and carry out a Dimensionality-reduction Strike against these rookies。

If she operated it well，then one day two poles might appear in this world，and both of them would have been created by her，that scene...

Mitia pulled a sheet of paper from the table and began writing and drawing。

Commerce、Medicine、Finance、Military、Education、Technology。

With the Alliance as the backing providing technological input from behind，and the immeasurable amount of wealth currently in her hands~

During the postwar reckoning with the Allied Nations she could completely demand that several sectors of every nation be fully opened，while the companies she established would be hidden among them。

Combined with splitting and carving them into multiple small countries，multiple shell companies under multiple political systems could each specialize in one field，creating the appearance of competition to reduce their visibility。

Each shell company would specialize in one or two fields within one country，then under cleverly devised pretexts establish multinational joint supply chains and joint cooperative manufacturing，multiple entities combining into a systematic framework specializing in one field and forming a Trust Monopoly。

Following this pattern，an alliance between countries would then form a new collective，with the Board of Directors integrating six into one and assembling them into one enormous Corporate Consortium。

No one would think they were a single enterprise，they would only believe this was a cooperative enterprise pieced together jointly by multiple countries。

If she could reach this point，then regardless of whether the Western Continent remained one large loose mass，or gathered together into a new Super Alliance，she would be able to occupy a pivotal position within it。

She had even already thought of the name，she could simply take it and use it。

ATLAS-Giant God

Right now Capital expansion in the world was still in a disorderly state，Industrialists whose enterprises had only been born a few years ago almost never considered such distant matters，let alone those nations，which had even less awareness in this regard。

And if the Alliance now promised that absolute Free Markets would be implemented throughout the future Allied Nations regions，the Capitalist Entrepreneurs within the Allied Nations would absolutely become ecstatic，and contribute their final Gold Coin to the Alliance’s war effort。

They would believe that nothing could ever constrain them again in the future。Then，she could let them properly experience the cruelty of the Free World。

And right now was undoubtedly the best opportunity，she had broken free from the restraints of being the Alliance Empress and was now personally free，just in time to have both the time and energy to stir up trouble within the Allied Nations~

In the future the Alliance would inevitably face challenges from Capital，both internal and external，if external Capital came under Mitia’s control，then she could restrict this competitive challenge within a threshold where both sides competed against one another while advancing together。

The longer this kind of healthy competition lasted，the greater the benefits。

Both sides would inevitably need to prove whose system was superior，then the opinions of Ordinary People would become especially important，and they would also be caught in the middle and receive the greatest benefits。

The path was a little unorthodox，but it really did seem workable？

Mm...

Mitia tapped her cheek with the hand holding the pen，if she actually succeeded in doing this，then it seemed like she would have stacked every Buff to the maximum？
