I Became a Witch and Started an Industrial Revolution

【No matter which of the two nations speaks first about wanting to purchase Atomic Weapons，you can agree directly，but only the right of use may be sold。】

Only selling the right of use，in other words it was equivalent to having the other side spend money to tell the Alliance whom they wanted to attack，and leaving everything else to the Alliance to handle。

But did anyone even need to think about whom Suria and Ernesto most wanted to attack？Without question they would definitely drop it directly on the head of the Britian Empire，there could not possibly be a second choice。

But the Alliance’s previously designated First-round Strike Target was the Britian Empire...

So she even wanted to earn this money back too~

Coy returned to the two of them and asked somewhat hesitantly：“Uh...respected King Bratt，are you certain you want to buy this kind of weapon？”

Without even thinking Bratt replied：“Of course！！！Just tell me how much！Oh Goddess above！Even in my dreams I want shells to smash down onto the Britian Emperor’s head！”

“Um...being your younger brother really is miserable。”

Kate’s lips were covered in sugar residue，she cast Mitia a sidelong glance and then left her only the back of her head as she continued holding up the Cotton Candy and gnawing on it。

Wasn’t he miserable indeed，even the dogs at home had long known Mitia was alive and kicking and running around everywhere，yet only Coy her own younger brother did not know，and had even been depressed for quite some time，he did not even smile outside anymore。

Especially the seemingly consolatory Transfer Compensation from the Alliance Government，moving him from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Prime Minister，had made the thoughts in his heart feel even more certain。

“I still don’t want him to know right now，it isn’t specifically aimed at him，the main reason is that the fewer people who know about this the better the effect，it’s just that this time I can’t accurately estimate how much impact the Atomic Weapon will cause so I need to intervene a little。”

Mitia put down the Communication Stone and shrugged，taking advantage of her height advantage to bend down within Kate’s greatly enlarged？field of vision and take a huge bite from the Cotton Candy in her hand，leaving only a few wisps of residue wrapped around the little wooden stick。

Kate immediately could not hold it together，her large eyes stared at the stick with tears welling up，her pink little mouth tightly pursed。

Mitia whose cheeks were puffed out saw Kate’s expression that seemed to say I’m going to cry for you and was startled too：“You...you’re not dead right。”

She was somewhat awkward

As her strength regressed and her physical form reverted，Kate’s mental state also slowly began adjusting in a direction more consistent with her body，in other words little girl，the child part was the key prerequisite。

What she had done was purely bullying a child。

Fortunately making amends was simple，Kate was held in Mitia’s arms while wielding two sticks of Cotton Candy and licking them from both sides，occasionally letting out a neither large nor small sobbing hiccup。

“Not angry anymore？”

‘Hmph！！！’

‘Seriously don’t know why you went through all this unnecessary trouble，just to make a little more money？’

Kate changed the subject which counted as letting Mitia off，and Mitia followed the opportunity to explain：“Making money is incidental，the main thing is to leave some room for future Public Debate，hehe。”

Although Kate had witnessed the terrifying power of a Nuclear Explosion，she still had no intuitive impression of exactly what kind of effect it could achieve。

A Nuclear Bomb，or rather even a Low-purity Nuclear Bomb did not even need its explosive power mentioned，the damage from Light Radiation alone was many times crueler than a Solidified Gasoline Bomb。

According to the Alliance’s plan if they truly dropped a Nuclear Bomb on the Britian Capital，then for a hundred years the area around the Capital would have to remain a Barren Land，and whether the contamination from Radiation to the surrounding Water Sources、plants and animals could ever be reversed was unknown。

And the Deformed Children produced afterward would be an even greater psychological torment for those still alive。

A hundred years later，the current war might already have been forgotten by people，but the damage caused by the Atomic Bomb would forever be engraved in the deepest parts of their souls。

Perhaps it could be said that they deserved it，that they should spend the rest of their lives atoning for this war，but at the very least，their descendants should not have to pay such an enormous price for it。

Mm，the above was the argument Mitia constructed from their perspective~

So she had the Alliance sell the right to use the Atomic Bomb，turning a one-sided Public Debate into a three-way free-for-all and muddying the waters。

Yes，she was already considering the negative consequences after a Nuclear Explosion，not whether there should be a Nuclear Explosion。

Not only did she intend to detonate one，she intended to detonate several，if she did not truly beat them until it hurt and frightened them，then dismantling their influence afterward would become extremely troublesome。

She wanted the Alliance to push the Allied Nations citizens’ fear beyond the Threshold in one stroke，transforming their hatred and fear of the Alliance into dissatisfaction and resentment toward the ruling Nobility。

Making them feel that the source of all their suffering was those Noble Lords who had stirred up trouble for no reason in the first place，only for them to ultimately pay the devastating price，laying the groundwork in advance for what she wanted to do afterward。

Bared Port

Aldahir commanded the assembled elite forces of his Headquarters in fierce battle around the Portal，trying to rescue the remaining army cut off on the other side by the Corpse Beast Tide，this army was something he could not afford to lose no matter what。

Not only did the Allied Army itself need a group of veterans as reinforcements，he also needed to keep a large army in his own hands as his source of confidence。

To put it somewhat pessimistically，even if the war ultimately failed later，as long as they had an army of a million，they would at least still have some confidence at the negotiating table。

And deep in his heart there was also some unease，his intuition told him that holding an army in his hands would be of great use in the future。

But preserving this army was somewhat difficult for him now，because the Corpse Beasts that had previously seemed utterly mindless instead now appeared to have a Commander，and had begun possessing a certain degree of Combat Coordination Ability。

For example during the Great Retreat a Corpse Beast Tide had unexpectedly cut the army’s withdrawal route in half，and only after Aldahir retreated to the rear did he discover that more than half the army had been unable to withdraw and had been blocked back。

Meanwhile Mitia who was wandering around was currently having her path blocked by an Uninvited Guest。

Although he was stopped outside by the guards，the smile on his face did not diminish in the slightest，remaining gentle and courteous：“Respected Divine Emperor Your Majesty，your beauty and strength have left my race utterly captivated，please allow me to express my deepest apologies to you for the disrespectful actions committed by myself and my people。”

Hearing the words of the person before her，a sharp glint flashed through Mitia’s pitch-black pupils，while the petite and adorable Kate in her arms lightly snorted and leaned close to Mitia’s ear to whisper：

“The Blood Race，a bunch of fellows who only know how to change with the wind，they’re useless at everything else but their eyes really are viciously sharp。”

Mitia could not be bothered to continue pretending ignorance either and said coldly：“A few soft words cannot erase the damage the Blood Race caused to the Continent。”

The Blood Race member smiled：“Of course！My race would never harbor such a naive thought，we merely hope that you can grant our race an opportunity to turn over a new leaf，we will give you a satisfactory answer。”

This person was precisely Duke Brower，after discovering the abnormal calm within the Alliance and the meaning hidden behind the declaration of the Sera Announcement，his intuition told him it was time to make his final bet。

If the owner of that Energy was the Alliance，then the Allied Nations were in for a very entertaining time，if he did not run now when would he？

The Blood Race was extremely sensitive to Energy Auras，and they also possessed absolutely loyal Blood Servant Puppets，it could be said that when it came to Intelligence Capability，if the Blood Race claimed to be second，no one dared claim to be first。
