The ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍slogans differed from one another，but without exception they all pointed their spearheads at the currently reigning Emperor and the entire noble system，and they were also spreading toward neighboring countries at an extraordinarily exaggerated speed。

When ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍the Emperor of Britian received the news in the Royal Palace he smashed several cups in succession，immediately ordering the nobles everywhere to execute on the spot all rebels within their territories who attempted to oppose the Empire。

But ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍what they had not anticipated was that after these demonstrating untouchables suffered one round of Bloody Suppression by the territorial armies，they instead completed the transformation from unarmed untouchables into armed uprising mobs practically overnight。

Large numbers of Britian standard-issue Bolt-action Rifles appeared in their hands，these firearms modeled after Seris rifles performed extremely well，and the parts they required were not as precise as the Alliance versions either，so their production technology was extremely widespread。

Because of this they were unable to prevent weapons like these from circulating everywhere on the market，causing tremendous difficulties for their suppression operations。

Whenever Britian soldiers were patrolling they would frequently be sent to their deaths by bullets fired from streets and alleyways，and during subsequent searches it was also very difficult to catch the true culprit，they would even suffer additional losses along the way，even if they caught one untouchable and shot him a hundred times they would still be the ones losing out。

As for using heavy weapons，without large concentrations of armed mobs they could not use them either，accidentally injuring innocent civilians would purely be drawing hatred toward themselves and delivering even more Fresh Reinforcement Forces to the other side。

So the Bloody Suppression clamored for by the Emperor of Britian did not successfully contain the gradually deteriorating situation，instead it allowed all sorts of chaotic mob groups to establish a firm foothold。

A major reason for this was that the quality of the Britian soldiers currently maintaining stability was itself extremely low，they were basically all young and able-bodied men who had been rearmed over the past few months。

Meanwhile the genuine Regular Army units and thoroughly trained reserves were currently all on external battlefields，and fundamentally could not be transferred back within a short period of time。

Relying on their familiarity with their homeland they broke themselves into smaller units and began conducting Guerrilla Warfare against the territorial armies，when large-scale armies arrived they fled，when small-scale forces appeared they attempted ambushes。

Scorched-earth clearing operations did not achieve much either，they seemed to lack neither guns and ammunition nor necessities for survival，and the Empire was also thoroughly investigating these abnormalities。

However it seemed as though an invisible hand was always deliberately disrupting the Empire’s deployments at various critical points，either newly appointed officials and nobles were robbed by bandits halfway to their destinations，or some plantation was completely burned down by a single fire。

Or military camp arsenals were blown sky-high，or poison was put into meals，in any case they did whatever was most disgusting，yet the mastermind behind it could never be found。

There were even regiment-level soldiers among the reserves stationed not far from the frontline who raised the slogan ‘Turn Your Guns Around’，instantly transforming themselves into uprising rebels and launching attacks upon and occupying their original garrisons。

For a time the fires of war rose everywhere throughout Britian，and the operation of the nation fell into a semi-paralyzed state。

“They’re not our people，then it means they’ve made their move。”

Mitia flipped through some photographs of the demonstrations taken within Britian，Panos State was the most severe，the scenes in the photographs were too horrible to look at，beside corpses covering the ground were troops continuously firing finishing shots。

However according to the intelligence Anna handed over，they had later suddenly received large quantities of weapons aid，and were now directly fighting the local armies。

And since the Alliance had no hand in this，while the nobles could not possibly create trouble for themselves，the force backing them from behind naturally became obvious。

“Tsk，these guys are still as shrewd as ever。”

Mitia tossed the document aside，rested the back of her head directly against Anna’s chest and completely gave up trying：“Just keep watching them，we won’t interfere，let them do whatever they want。”

Anna gently held Mitia and quietly said：“This is the Capital you were talking about？Is it really fine to leave them alone，they’re somewhat terrifying like this，pervasive enough that they’re hardly any worse than our intelligence agents。”

“There’s nothing wrong with it，deal with enemies one at a time，at least for now our objectives are aligned，so they count as half an ally。”

“As for what you called terrifying，that’s even more normal。”

Mitia wriggled around and found a comfortable position：“If they’ve assembled a united circle，then the combined fields they can cover are too numerous to count，basically encompassing every aspect of the nation，how is that any different from our intelligence network？”

“What we need to do is help them all the way to the end，urge the General Staff more to hurry up and determine the location of the Allied Army’s Main Force on the Subcontinent，then wipe them out in one wave。”

Capital could have acted long ago，but they had remained inactive all this time，was that not precisely because they were waiting for the Alliance to continue increasing the external pressure on the Allied Nations，thereby indirectly offsetting the pressure on themselves。

The dispute between the Allied Nations and the Alliance ultimately still originated from the illegitimacy of Mitia’s accession，firstly she had no noble royal bloodline when she proclaimed herself Emperor，secondly she had not received recognition from the royal families and nobles of other nations。

Her rise to power and vigorous appointment of Ordinary People along with opening up education had destroyed the Closed Loop through which the entire noble system operated。

If she could become Emperor，then why couldn’t anyone else？

If you could become an official or a general，then why couldn’t I？

She had made the hearts of the exploited people who under the noble system should have remained beneath others for all eternity，the untouchables who should have accepted their fate，grow ambitious。

So no matter what they had to destroy this target，thereby providing sufficient political soil for the emergence of the Allied Nations。

As for the danger of her ideology，naturally it would dissipate along with her disappearance。

But the harm posed by Capital was very difficult for them to see。

Because Capital obtained the soil for its birth from the wars between them in every field，war consumed every kind of resource on an astronomical scale，so if they wanted to sustain it，large-scale、centralized、large-machine production inevitably had to emerge。

And with the enormous increase in Gross Production Value，even if an individual received only a small portion of the profits，the absolute production efficiency could rapidly cultivate an enormously wealthy individual。

And by this point they would begin wanting even more things，Mitia’s existence provided them with an extremely good example for comparison。

In the eyes of the nobles her existence was sinful，in the eyes of the common people her existence was the sun，then in the eyes of Capital her existence was a Guide。

This was not a joke in the slightest，because Mitia’s State Capital was actually an alternative path for Capital，to them as long as they replaced this State Capital with their own personal Capital，would that not become a road leading straight to the heavens？

They could incorporate everything belonging to a nation into their own scope of production，they could establish all kinds of companies to obtain these projects and make money，it was merely disguising a company as a nation，what was so difficult about that？
