These ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍people were either sons of powerful Local Lords or sons of the Empire’s pillar ministers，this force was the foundation upon which he ruled the nation，and these young Family Heirs would also become the core circle of the Empire’s future new Emperor。

Moreover ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍most of them were Royal Relatives by Marriage、with countless connections to the Royal Family，otherwise their elders could not possibly have entered the Empire’s central core of power。

When ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍Emperor Babak I was young the Kingdom of Britian had been right on the verge of falling apart，the various powerful Local Lords possessed extraordinarily formidable strength，almost reaching the point where they could cast Britian aside and go it alone。

And ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍the Throne Heirs backed by different Lords fought themselves into complete chaos，rather than saying the Princes were fighting over the throne，it would be more accurate to say the powerful Local Lords behind them were competing to install their own puppets。

At ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍that time Babak who was serving in the military befriended a group of Noble Youth。

No era ever lacked patriotic young people，if a nation could continue to exist，then somewhere there would certainly be a group of people working hard to protect it。

Through their discussions they reached a consensus，that no matter what they had to possess a powerful nation to rely upon，otherwise even if they were local emperors within their own territories，once the nation declined they would inevitably become meat on another country’s chopping block。

Since that was the case，they would hand over the military authority of the various regions and adopt a unified military system so that Britian would possess the strength to expand outward，using external expansion to alleviate the contradictions among the various regions。

And this would not prevent them from continuing to possess absolute Right to Shape Discourse in their own local territories，in reality they would not lose anything。

They mutually helped one another gain the upper hand in their family struggles，and later with the support of this group of friends Babak successfully ascended the throne。

Through their joint efforts，Britian completed its first reform of military centralization，Local Lords and Lord Nobility no longer possessed the qualification to command organized armed forces and train Private Troops，all military authority was transferred to the Emperor。

Citizens who met the age requirements all had to participate in military training，directly enlisting when the nation required them，obeying summons in wartime，farming in peacetime。

In addition a Professional Army directly subordinate to the central government of the Kingdom was separately established to specialize in training and combat，directly supported and armed by the Kingdom’s finances。

Ordinary soldiers integrating military service and farming at the local level were used to maintain garrisons and local public order，while the primary elite forces were all Kingdom troops directly subordinate to the central government。

Using a Professional Army that trained year-round and possessed excellent armor and weapons to bully the Private Troops of Local Nobility was basically crushing them，naturally forming a governance model that relied upon a powerful army to drive and restrain the Local Lords。

The more authority that was reclaimed and concentrated，the larger the number of Professional Soldiers that could be supported，and the stronger their combat effectiveness became。

This allowed Emperor Babak I in his early years to hold every advantage while expanding territory abroad，almost no enemy Lord could withstand the iron hooves of Britian’s great army。

It also allowed Britian to completely overturn its former weakness，successfully rise within several decades，and complete its magnificent transformation from a Kingdom into an Empire。

Meanwhile the group of Noble Youth who had once stood together with Babak voluntarily surrendered their absolute authority as powerful Local Lords controlling all local finances，allowing Britian to reach its peak while they themselves also smoothly completed their transformation。

Whether among the Local Garrisons of the various regions，or within the elite Central Regular Army，they occupied the primary commanding positions，the two sides intermarried with one another until each existed within the other，and their families completely merged with the Empire。

Back then it had been their fathers’ generation that found a way to put Babak on the throne，Babak had never expected that their next generation would also want to influence the succession of Imperial Authority。

With the foolishly crude methods of these inexperienced brats，it was equivalent to shouting loudly in an open-air square，it was absolutely impossible that their Family Elders did not know，yet they had deliberately allowed them to continue fooling around，clearly they also had other considerations。

Anger，dissatisfaction，Emperor Babak I certainly felt both，but if he truly wanted to intervene，he did not quite know where to begin，deep in his own heart he was also wavering in contradiction。

Not only regarding the future of the Empire，but also uncertainty over the choice of his Successor。

The Alliance’s overwhelming strength left him unable to breathe，the riots throughout the Empire’s territories caused by the damned thing Ardashir had used were already showing signs of shaking the foundations of Britian’s rule，which also left him extremely dissatisfied with his son’s shortsightedness。

And although these damned brats had heads full of all sorts of chaotic ideas，their loyalty to the Empire，and to him，was beyond doubt，many of these children had grown up under his watch，that kind of worship and fanaticism could not be faked。

His age was what it was，even if reforms truly happened they basically would not have much to do with him，that would be a test for his Successor。

Babak could only comfort himself this way，their birth determined where their ass sat，but sometimes an ass could also appear on one’s neck~

Dennis’s plan was very simple，that was to organize the National Salvation Alliance，find a way to change absolute monarchy into constitutional government，Imperial Authority would no longer stand above everything，instead the nation would be governed strictly according to a constitution。

Following the three core principles of Equality，Fraternity，Justice，abolishing the Slave Act，eliminating racial divisions，and reshaping the Empire’s system of legal justice。

If these three points could be achieved，then the entire Empire would naturally burst forth with entirely new vitality。

They did not want to do anything to the current Emperor Babak I either，having grown up immersed in Emperor Babak I’s glory since childhood，they naturally would not develop hostility toward Emperor Babak I。

Before Babak they were the most loyal Royal Guard Soldiers。

But the Empire had already reached a precarious point where change had to be sought，so they placed their target on the next new Emperor，before this they had all been united around Ardashir，but now they had new ideas。

Previously the one most likely to inherit the throne had been Ardashir，he disliked studying but was extremely enthusiastic about military affairs，and while serving in the military he had already demonstrated his cruelty and rationality more than once。

Noble Youth born into Military Nobility families would naturally prefer a leader like this，the preferences of a Throne Heir in a certain sense also represented the direction the nation would take after he succeeded to the throne。

Next in line was Second Prince Vologases，who diligently handled governmental affairs within his territory in ordinary times，when the wave of industrialization had only just begun he had already purchased large numbers of primitive Steam Engines for territorial production，and in order to bring out the efficiency of the machines he had even carried out certain reforms，showing that his thinking was relatively enlightened。

If back then they had still believed that the Britian Empire was at the peak of its rise，and precisely needed a powerful Emperor capable of expanding territory and giving them opportunities to establish achievements。

Then after being repeatedly hammered by the rebellions and riots throughout the various regions as well as failures in external wars，they now felt that a reformist Emperor capable of stabilizing social order and ensuring the Empire completed its reforms was more suitable。

Without even looking far away，the Roshek Tsardom had been one of the old rivals they had always suppressed，they understood the Roshek Tsardom extremely well，but were extremely unfamiliar with the newly born Ernesto regime，at first their contempt toward it had only remained on the surface。
