The sun shone brightly, reflecting off the glistening sea.

With Jia Yan’s blistering speed, the distant straits seemed to approach rapidly.

However, unbeknownst to him, Jia Yan’s speed evoked a response on the surveillance radars that were already on high alert in the region.

In a monitoring station near the coast of the area, a peculiar signal alert suddenly appeared on their radar.

“Hmm?” After carefully scrutinizing for a while, the operator’s face turned serious.

Sea birds can fly up to a thousand meters already, with some spanning even more than two meters wide.

But the radar’s detection is based on computation of speed and other various factors of an object.

This peculiar reaction could just be a bird flying at high speed.

But the other readings for this ‘bird’ were definitely not ordinary!

The early warning surveillance radar has an automatic calculating mode to measure the various factors of the detected object.

All the data coming from this peculiar object was a tad unusual!

Anomaly detected in the early warning monitoring station!

The early warning radar system emits electromagnetic pulses which are reflected back, and the next pulse can only be sent after receiving the returning pulse.

If a new pulse is sent before the previous one is reflected back from a distant spot, then that area would remain undetected by the radar.

On the Huaxia mainland side, Jia Yan hadn’t been detected since he had taken off at low speed and altitude.

Radar detection usually needs a substantial height of at least several dozen meters.

By the time he gained height, he was already far away.

To avoid triggering the highly sensitive area, even if he was detected on the Huaxia mainland side, they had already decided not to pursue him.

Much of Jia Yan’s flight path the previous night had not been over strictly regulated areas, and on land, there are too many objects that could match his speed and radar signature.

The early warning radars aren’t only for domestic surveillance, so it was that Jia Yan managed to criss-cross the Huaxia State from north to south without getting noticed!

But the area was different; when Jia Yan flew over, they had to determine whether it was a ‘certain action’!

Jia Yan’s top speed of 200 kilometers per hour was perceived as potentially dangerous by the radar surveillance!

Suddenly, Jia Yan’s fast-approaching figure attracted attention!

“No mistakes.

This early warning system has been wrong so many times,” the staff in the monitoring station said, serious but not panicked.

The inaccuracies of the early warning radar are frequent, therefore the staff at the monitoring station wasn’t particularly worried.

However, as the object got closer and closer, it aroused a strong reaction from after extensive monitoring!

It didn’t look like a missile, but it clearly wasn’t a bird either.

The monitoring station attempted to use the radar’s ISAR imaging feature to project a rough image of the object, but it seemed as if the object’s surface had some special electromagnetic reflection.

Although the radar waves were not completely reflected away, it caused the ISAR imaging to be inaccurate!

Obviously it was not something natural!

At this point, the area’s military couldn’t stay calm any more!

Faced with such an object, the area’s military had no choice but to respond!

Whether it was a small unmanned drone or anything else, the objective was to intercept or drive it away.

Under serious circumstances, they were even authorized to shoot it down directly!

In less than five minutes, an F16 jet, the current mainstay fighter plane of the area, took off swiftly from a military airfield not far from the coastline.

Jia Yan, still unaware he had drawn the area’s military’s attention, continued at his current speed towards the area’s gulf line.

Rather than flying directly through the area’s island, he planned to skirt around the coastline in the correct direction and then fly towards the Wa Kingdom.

Jia Yan didn’t know much about military affairs in the past and didn’t understand the principles of early warning radars.

So he was completely unaware that he could be detected by the area’s radar.

He thought that since his physical size was no more than that of a bird, he wouldn’t be detected by the radar, right?

But this thought was completely wrong!

The radar can detect any object that can reflect radar waves, even small birds.

However, not all these data require the attention of the monitoring staff.

The judgment of whether a flying object is a bird or not depends on the software of the radar system.

For Jia Yan, whose flying speed and height are obviously different from ordinary birds, he would definitely be seen as a suspicious target in the radar monitoring software!

In a sensitive area like this, this suspicion will be magnified, and the other party will definitely want to observe it carefully!

Moreover, perhaps it was a special feature of Jia Yan’s Coagulate, but the radar’s electromagnetic waves were being interfered with!

This alone was enough for them to decide that this flying object was a special existence, warranting a jet to be scrambled for interception or driving it away!

Hummm, hummm, hummm!!——

Jia Yan was freely soaring in the sky.

Beneath him was a vast expanse of blue sea, while above him was the infinite azure sky.

Below and beside him, the broad expanse of island scenery and the tiny houses and cars that looked like toys dotted the ground.

The oncoming sea breeze was gentle; it was a very nice day.

Jia Yan, in control of his body, was freely soaring between heaven and earth.

But at the moment when Jia Yan was continuously turning in the air…

“Hmm?

What’s that!”

Suddenly, a silver figure appeared in Jia Yan’s greatly enhanced vision, its shadow discernible!

This silver figure was incredibly fast and suddenly emerged from somewhere on the island, giving chase towards Jia Yan!

“Damn!

It’s a fighter jet!”

Jia Yan’s heart thumped heavily!

He had just realized that he must have been detected by the military!

Otherwise, why would a jet be here to intercept or attack him!

“Run!

Hurry up!”

He could hardly believe it.

He was just a tiny mosquito, so how could they have detected his presence!

But the reality was, even though he saw himself as merely a tiny mosquito, once he achieved this size, flying freely under the surveillance of all sides from humans was actually just a wonderful dream!

Of course, having a wingspan of two meters wasn’t particularly extravagant.

Unless he arrived in some sensitive areas, he wouldn’t have been detected so easily.

But it was too late for all that now!

The silver jet was just too fast, so fast!

He didn’t even know how much faster it was than him!

It was like a flash of lightning, racing from behind to capture him!

He couldn’t hear the roar of its engine.

The jet’s speed suddenly surged, emitting waves of sonic booms, and then it supersonic!

Pursuing the desperately fleeing Jia Yan!

In truth, while Jia Yan could see the enemy, his silhouette hadn’t yet been picked up by the jet’s onboard radar.

After all, such a small flight body had no good way of being detected by the fighter’s onboard radar.

Even though it could be detected with high precision, there were birds everywhere.

How would the software differentiate?!

The pilot could only radio the ground control station, and under their guidance, pursue Jia Yan!

Jia Yan began a swift descent!

When diving, his speed even increased, to the extent that he suspected his descending speed in an instant could well exceed 350 kilometers per hour!

But it was useless.

For a jet that could break the sound barrier, it was nothing.

The only method Jia Yan could think of was to descend as fast as possible and stick close to the sea level!

In this way, even if the enemy could see him, they wouldn’t dare to get too close.

After all, operating a fighter was not like his flight.

They could not fly as freely as Jia Yan!

Fly too low, and they might plunge into the sea!

“They actually sent a fighter jet to meet me!

But I won’t go down without a fight, so come and get me if you dare!”

Although Jia Yan was incredibly shocked that there was actually a modern jet coming to meet him, he wasn’t going to give up easily!

Before his rebirth, perhaps he was just an insignificant college student!

But after rebirth, his mind, tenacity and courage all became extraordinary!

Time and time again he challenged those far more powerful than himself, faced danger again and again!

And every time, he survived on his own strength and became even more powerful!

So even in the face of humanity’s most powerful flying weapon, he wouldn’t give up!

Instead, his fighting spirit was soaring!

“You think you’re so great with your fighter jet, don’t you?

Come on then!”

Jia Yan shot up until he was only thirty-four centimeters above the seawater, with his rapidly flying body almost skimming the surface of the sea!

The gust of wind generated by his wings flapping made the sea choppy, continuously splashing water up.

Jia Yan’s plan was firstly, the enemy wouldn’t dare to fly so low close to the sea level.

Secondly, if the situation was wrong, he could dive straight into the sea!

He did not believe that after so many mutations, he who was born from the water, would become a duck out of water!

And just as Jia Yan made all necessary preparations!

The swiftly flying fighter jet finally arrived in the sky!

The pilot in the cockpit spotted Jia Yan’s figure, sticking closely to the sea level and flying desperately, for the first time!

“What on earth is that!?” the pilot exclaimed.

“Such a big mosquito!”

End of the fifth update!

Last night, relatives came over to my house.

After chatting for a bit, I ended up not having time to update.

I didn’t even have dinner until midnight.

Ah, despite working so hard, over fifteen thousand words for the five updates today, yet the subscriptions are still poor…

But I can’t blame you guys.

There are so few bookmarks and even with the explosive updates, there’s no chance of a resurgence.

But I won’t give up.

I will now return to the regular updating schedule, 6000 words a day!!

I hope you will continue to subscribe and support.

Thank you!
