Outside the factory, in the jungle.

Two young university students, a man and a woman, both heard the intense gunfire!

“Ladies and gentlemen, can you hear it?

There’s gunfire over there!

Something must have happened!

Such intense gunfire!” Ye Tongyu was practically babbling, her face pale.

Luckily, she still remembered to keep up the commentary.

The camera lens, due to the cameraman’s nervousness, was shaking up and down incessantly!

Accompanied by sporadic gunfire.

Wooooooooooooo!!——

A loud noise erupted directly from the open area outside the factory buildings!

At the same time, the sound of gunfire suddenly escalated!

Pop!

Pop!

Pop!

Pop!

Pop!!

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!!

It can be said that hundreds of firearms were booming and blasting towards their target!

“Can everyone hear?

This….

This is practically a war!

What on earth happened over there, um!”

Ye Tongyu’s commentary suddenly paused!

“Look!” She exclaimed with surprise!

The camera lens shot straight up!

A gigantic flying monster, clad in metal armor, flapped its wings, making a deafening noise.

It took off from between the factory buildings like a nine-headed dragon soaring into the sky!!

Woooooooooo!!

Countless bullets streamed past its body while some even hit the monster directly in flight!

But all the attacks seemed to leave it unharmed!

If one were to have excellent eyesight, they would see crystallized droplets emerging like a stream from the body of the metallic monster!

These liquid like substances, although not yet solidified, already possess extremely high defensive power, as bullets could not penetrate through them!

Wooooooooo!!

The giant monster bolted straight up into the sky at a perfect right angle!

Countless bullets either brushed past it or hit it directly!

But not a single one could pose a threat to it!

The monster in the camera lens seemed to be telling the world in this way!

I have arrived!

“Big Mosquito!”

The male and female university students outside the camera lens almost simultaneously let out horrified screams!

They came because of the rumored Big Mosquito, its typical appearance had appeared in their dreams multiple times.

Now, seeing this metallic monster, whose shape is not easily recognizable, they instantly recognized it as their target— the mutant giant mosquito!

The camera lens is aiming at the soaring Big Mosquito; the mosquito, wearing an absolutely formidable-looking black metal exoskeleton, is now spreading its wings and flying amidst the rain of bullets!

Wooooooooo!!

Its roar is like a dragon’s scream piercing the sky, and it continues to fly higher, shooting up to two hundred meters in the sky!

When it spreads its wings, its wingspan is nearly a meter wide.

Its speed is extremely fast, almost rivaling the maximum speed of a small airplane!

Buzz!

Buzz!

Buzz!

The gunfire became sparser and finally ceased when the flying monster had already disappeared from people’s sight!

Subsequently, the metal monster landed somewhere in the distant mountains and disappeared completely….

The scene in the camera lens was continuously following, and only when the flying metal monster disappeared did it shift to the factory buildings!

The soldiers there were all dumbfounded.

Even though they were elite warriors, they could not remain calm in front of such an invincible flying monster!

The scene with the monster soaring into the sky like a dragon, and the soldiers on the ground, armed with advanced firearms, but could only watch it fly away helplessly, formed a sharp contrast!

The man and the woman in the bush were so excited that they could barely contain themselves!

They came back to this border city, came back to the jungle where they had had a narrow escape.

What was their purpose?

It was this Big Mosquito!

As their life-saving benefactor, and being so mysterious, one of the students aspired to be a journalist, and the other a biologist, there’s no reason for them to miss this opportunity!

So this time, the two borrowed filming equipment from their school and came to this place at their own expense, hoping to get some meaningful news.

However, they hadn’t expected to come across the real thing, and there were so many soldiers performing some activities, even attacking the Big Mosquito!

This is absolutely headline news!

However, these two people weren’t overly excited.

Ye Tongyu’s face changed when she saw a troop of soldiers with police dogs searching the bushes.

She quickly pushed Zhang Shiming.

Immediately after, the two of them quickly left the bush and ran for their lives in the direction they came from!

The two students had no idea of the commotion their video would cause!

Jia Yan flew through the air, with brisk air rushing past him!

The air was incredibly cold, Jia Yan did not know how fast he was going, but he felt that he could certainly go faster!

Faster and faster!

But the emergence of his mutated body forced him to stop, Jia Yan felt his body constantly shifting and twitching, these transformations forced him to halt his flight!

“I’m here!”

When he persisted in flying to a certain zone, Jia Yan’s eyes lit up!

He began descending.

The terrain beneath him was near a small village, and there was a deserted cliff with a dark tiny cave halfway up.

Jia Yan darted into the small cave in a blink!

The cave was filled with a laptop and scattered equipment; anyone who didn’t know what was going on would definitely think it was the work of humans.

But who could imagine that this was actually the secret base of a giant, flying mosquito?

Jia Yan didn’t have the energy to examine the equipment strewn about the ground.

As soon as he entered the cave, he landed on the ground and began to curl up!

It hurt!

The Mysterious Liquid was causing severe pain to his body for some unknown reason!

Coagulated fluid kept emerging from the gaps in his metallic exoskeleton, spilling out and gradually wrapping around his entire body.

“What’s happening!”

A look of horror flickered within Jia Yan’s compound eyes!

He tried to remove the metal exoskeleton, but couldn’t!

Jia Yan’s mind was filled with sheer terror, if the mutation proceeded while he was shackled by the metal exoskeleton, he could not avoid being violently torn apart as a result!

With each experience, the Mysterious Liquid enlarged his size, but that was not the full extent of the mutation.

But if he can’t take the metal exoskeleton off because it is glued with condensed fluid, his internal body, which grows within the exoskeleton, would surely meet a tragic end!

You can imagine the outcome of his body expanding while the metal exoskeleton restricts his growth- he’ll suffocate to death!

“Why did this happen, why can’t I remove the metal exoskeleton?!” Jia Yan was in a panic.

He looked down at his body, and noticed that the coagulated liquid was continuously seeping out from the gaps of the exoskeleton, seemingly attempting to coagulate further on his body surface!

This condensed fluid couldn’t have come at a worse time.

It had previously helped deter several bullets, but now, it was causing the metal exoskeleton to stick to his body, making it impossible to remove!

“I can’t bear it, I can already feel my body swelling…

what…

what should I do!”

Jia Yan felt his body, encased in the metal exoskeleton, slowly expanding while the exoskeleton was putting compressive pressure on his body, he began to feel uncomfortable from the inflation!

What Jia Yan didn’t realize was the coagulated fluid, after penetrating the metal, was slowly wriggling within the spaces of the exoskeleton!

They behaved like highly corrosive sulfuric acid, rapidly breaking down the metal material of the exoskeleton!

Within a short period, the metal material was dissolved and entered the condensations.

Then the condensations propagated through the connection with the organs in Jia Yan’s body, and entered it directly!

Within just a short while, Jia Yan’s body not only contained the mutated material but also the metallic substance!

All of this was happening without Jia Yan’s knowledge.

Even if Jia Yan did nothing, the coagulated fluid would eventually dissolve all the metal in the exoskeleton.

However, by that time, a substantial amount of metal will have fused into Jia Yan’s system, and given the mysterious liquid’s general propensity to enlarge the body without causing excessive mutation, it will be up to fate whether Jia Yan could survive with so much metal integrated into his body.

Jia Yan was still in the dark about all this.

His mind was solely filled with the dread of the dire consequences that the metal exoskeleton might bring- his body being ripped apart under the increasing pressure!

Despite having become so powerful, was he going to die under such circumstances?!

He had already killed several human strong ones.

Even the rain of bullets from the previous small military troop had done nothing to him, so was this to be his final act?!

He was unwilling to accept this!

Jia Yan felt his body continuing to expand!

His body was tightly constricted by the metal exoskeleton, his internal organs all crammed together!

What could possibly pull him out of this predicament?

Jia Yan was unwilling to die like this!

Suddenly, he noticed the two items hanging and swaying around his neck!

“That’s right!

The black liquid!

It seems to carry out directional mutation according to the creature’s immediate crisis.

Last time, because of an explosion and a collision, it caused me to mutate defensively.

There might be a similar effect this time!”

Jia Yan was grasping at straws, he arduously lifted his swelling foreleg, which was suppressed by the metal exoskeleton, and used the blade on its surface to sever the cord hanging around his neck.

Clang.

The transparent glass bottle containing the black liquid, as well as the pouch holding the Deep Blue Crystal, fell to the ground!
