Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3397 Cleaving Wolf Gang?

”Her name is unknown, but she is the leader of the Cleaving Wolf Gang within the Northern Sphere Bandits, and ever since she reached the Immortal Emperor Stage, she is titled the Cleaving Wolf Empress. This information came earlier today as she seemed to have cleaved the heads of the mercenaries I hired, but I have ordered the investigators to get more intelligence on her within a day.”

Mingzhi explained further.

”An Immortal Emperor… seriously…?”

Davis asked with a confused expression.

Her sisters Panqa and Lanqua were still in the Immortal King Stage, and they hadnʼt peaked at that stage yet.

However, this banditʼs third sister was already in the Immortal Emperor Stage. Although her advancement appeared to be recent, it was still a shocking endeavor for a kidnapped woman to achieve such a result unless she was somehow treated really well or had gone down another unsavory path.

”Her prowess must be lacking, but she must have gone through numerous hardships and even stained her hands by harming innocent people to get to that level of command and influence in the Northern Sphere Bandits…”

Mingzhi pursed her lips as she guessed.

She didnʼt know what else to say other than that this was bad news for Panqa and Lanqua as their third sister might be a bandit woman with evil tendencies. After all, the third sister appeared to be kidnapped as a child, so how would she be able to increase her power to this level without resorting to ill-gained means?

She knew Davis also plundered, but he never went out of his way to plunder innocents, but the Northern Sphere Bandits didnʼt differentiate. Heck, she knew they targeted innocents even more than they would target bad people because the good people rarely retaliated for fear of repercussions.

”Hmm… we donʼt know about the Cleaving Wolf Gang, so letʼs not jump to conclusions. Have you informed this matter to- I guess not. Iʼll let them know.”

Davis guessed that if Mingzhi was saying this to him now, then she was basically asking if she should relay it to Panqa and Lanqua.

He told her that he would take care of this matter sooner or later.

Mingzhi nodded and didnʼt say anything anymore. All of them returned to comprehending Space Laws.

More comprehension phenomena descended, and they all more or less reached Abstruse Intents.

There were still a few more days until the realm was eaten to its last inch, so Davis called Tia and Natalya here. They sent their avatars to him, causing him to stare at them.

Tia and Natalya had their heads lowered.

It was unknown if they were guilty or acting, but Davis couldnʼt help but smile as he saw their sorry appearances. He already knew they were up to something, and since matters didnʼt get out of hand, he really didnʼt blame them, but since Mingzhi released information on their secret mission as she betrayed them, they were no different than sinners.

This situation was quite comical to him because he didnʼt see them that way.

”Do you two have any excuses for hiding such an important thing from me?” However, his voice was solemn, causing them to shudder ever so lightly.

”No.”

Tia quickly said. She didnʼt make any excuses while Natalya glanced at her.

Wasnʼt the excuse that she didnʼt want two or more Anarchic Divergents interfering in Jade Aurora and Ivy Ariesʼs growth?

”I guess not.” Natalya shrugged, ”Iʼm prepared to accept any punishments.”

”Please leave this matter to us.”

Tiaʼs expression remained firm, although her quivering legs seemed to say something else.

”Good. Very good…”

Davis took a deep breath and waved his finger at them, appearing furious.

”Natalya, I will punish you by letting you know that your little sister got pregnant before you.”

”Really!?”

Natalyaʼs drooped shoulders revived as she jumped and touched her cheeks, appearing lively as she turned to look at Fiora, who stood behind Davis.

”…”

Seeing that expression, Fiora felt her heart shake.

Natalya instantly appeared before her and embraced her. The two sisters appeared to She had gotten it all wrong.

Her elder sister would never blame her… even though she shamelessly fell in love with her husband… even though she got pregnant before her.

Fioraʼs lips quivered, tears falling out of her eyes as she nodded.

Natalya instantly appeared before her and embraced her. The two sisters appeared to cry together as it could be said that they finally brought their family honor by being blessed with his child. They whispered to each other how their father and mother would be very proud and reassured.

Davis silently smiled as he looked at them before he turned to look at Tia.

”Tia, your crimes of sending Natalya to danger without telling me is heavy. What are you going to do about it?”

By this time, Tia could already tell Davis was playing with them, so she smiled and extended her tongue out, refusing to elaborate. Even if she was found out, she intended to keep the hopes and dreams of her other self to her.

She felt that there was no need to bring them into this life and make things tough for everyone.

However, she suddenly felt that she was floating.

”Eh?”

She was lifted up by the time she realized Davis wasnʼt in front of her.

*Paaah~*

A resounding slap echoed across the region that made her curl up and shriek. Her purple eyes went wide as she felt a stinging pain on her butt, making her feel that it was burning.

”Bad girls deserve a good spanking, but Iʼll let you go with only one.”

Davis put down Tia and rubbed his hands off the sensation like he did to Zephya. He turned to look at Tia, whose expression was still frozen as though she couldnʼt believe what had just happened.

”I hope this will let you know that acting out of hand, even if it was for the family, is unnecessary as I couldnʼt bear to lose anyone, not even you. Next time, I would appreciate it if you could tell me, and we could come up with a plan together.”

”…”

Tiaʼs cheeks finally reddened as she held her butt and looked at him with teary eyes.

It was unknown if she even listened to him or not, but Davis grabbed her shoulder and asked softly.

”Is that understandable between us? Can I still trust you?”

Tia bit her lips. Her heart pounded. She then nodded her head heavily, indicating that she understood.

Only then did Davis smile as he inwardly heaved a sigh of relief.

His Tia was the same instead of an old monster. Her defenses and mature appearance all crumbled with that one spank.

He turned to pan his gaze around, his gaze falling on everyone he brought here, ”Fortunately, the Jadedrite Sword Mini Realm is not much of a threat, so Iʼm not mad at Tiaʼs decision as she took the right one as I do indeed care about Valley Master Jade Aurora and Ivy Aries as allies, but I still hope you ladies can tell me what youʼre up to when going outside. Iʼm responsible for all of your safety, so if something happens, I will blame myself to death.”

”No… Iʼm sorry.”

Tia finally apologized, her hand grabbing his sleeves as though she did not want him to abandon her.

However, Davis shook his head, ”And thatʼs not what Iʼm worried about when it comes to you. Tia, you should think about your parents more. What would I be able to say to them if something happened to you?”

”…”

Tiaʼs gaze shook. However, as she eyed his expression, his words seemed to have another intent.

She narrowed her eyes, ”Iʼm sure they would be proud of their daughter for allowing the Divine Emperor of Death to survive better, for I am the Karmic Guardian Empress of the Davis Family~”

”…”

Davis became speechless.

Her message couldnʼt be any clearer as she was unwilling to give up on him!

”You-”

Davis raised his hand and was about to point at her but then changed his mind and pointed at the Voidslime Realm Eater in the distance.

”Go there and comprehend Space Laws right now. Now, you have no need to avoid me, even with your avatars.”

”Okay~”

Tia rubbed her butt ever so lightly as she alleviated the pain and, as she did so, pushed him aside with her waist as she walked past him, her cheeks reddening as she made her way to the monstrosity, not even being scared a little bit.

Naturally, Isabella and the others watched this scene so they could vaguely tell what was going on.

However, no one commented on it and dispersed again, although Davis made Natalya stay as he talked to her a bit more.

”Did you obtain the Forsaken Yin Lotus Manualʼs Immortal Emperor Grade section?”

”Mhm~”

Natalya first nodded but then shook her head with a rare displeased expression, ”Yuren said she doesnʼt fear me, but after my ranking rose a lot and surpassed hers in the True Disciple Rankings - Immortal King of the Aurora Cloud Gate, she refused to share the Immortal Emperor Grade section but didnʼt outright refuse, so talks are still undergoing...”
