New Age Of Summoners

”Lucas, let’s go,”

Sitting on the brown eagle, Ajax ordered it to fly towards the cursed wilderness..

Along with them, Darbaudr was sitting on the back of Niklas and followed behind Ajax while keeping an eye on his surroundings.

Before coming out of the residence building, Ajax informed Captain Edmond about his trip to the cursed wilderness. Of course, hiding the fact that he was going to the daughter of a spirit beast king.

Since Darbaudr was going along with him, Edmond only said one thing and it was to come back before the sunset.

’Swoosh’

The two eagles continued to soar in the sky as they flew towards the cursed wilderness.

’Roar’

’Screech’

Once they entered the cursed wilderness, they started to hear all kinds of spirit beast noises; however, they didn’t bother with them as they directly rushed towards the middle section of the cursed wilderness.

”Ajax, here,”

Soon, he heard Keshe’s voice and asked the eagles to land on the ground.

”Hello, Big sister Keshe,”

Ajax greeted her with a smile on his face.

”You don’t believe what I find,”

She had an excited look on her face as he took out a scroll from her storage ring and gave it to him before saying, ”In the depths of the cursed wilderness, there was a small house made up of wood. Inside I found this scroll.”

Keshe completely changed the facts and made Ajax believe what she said was the truth.

”Huh? What this scroll has to do with my friends,”

Ajax looked at the golden scroll in his hands and asked Keshe with a puzzled look on his face.

”Sigh”

Hearing Ajax’s words, Keshe revealed a disappointed look as she explained, ”Use your spirit sense to check out the scroll.”

She didn’t bother to explain much except for a single line and waited for Ajax to do what she had just said.

’Okay’

Ajax nodded his head and used his spirit sense to look at the scroll.

’What?’

He was shocked by what he saw on top of the scroll and in the next second, his shocked expression was replaced with an exciting look.

Because on the scroll, there was his name in bold letters.

”Do you think it is from my friends?”

The scroll was still closed. So, Ajax asked for a confirmation from Keshe before reading it.

’I don’t know. But my guess is, you might find out about your friends from the scroll. So, open it and read,’

Keshe shook her head and asked him to read it himself because she was unable to open it much less read it.

Ajax nodded his head and opened the scroll like any other normal scroll and started reading it.

’What the hell? Is it that simple to open it?’

After receiving the scroll from Elder Boron, Keshe didn’t even try to open it fearing that there might be some secret trap or a curse placed on it.

However, just when he was about to give it to Ajax, she tried to open it with her full strength but she was unable to open it.

So, when she saw that Ajax opened it without using any techniques, she was shocked.

As for Ajax, he didn’t notice the shock on Keshe’s face as he seriously said the scroll.

’Ajax, your friends are perfectly fine and I am taking care of them. So, you don’t need to worry about them. Just focus on what you are doing. We will meet you when the time comes. Until then, increase your strength as much as possible - from Elder Boron.’

There were only a few lines on the scroll; however, it was enough for him to heave a sigh of relief.

’At least I can not be worried about my friends anymore. Since they are with Elder Boron, he will take care of them,’

Ajax silently thought in his head and looked at Keshe before saying, ”Thank you big sister Keshe for your help.”

It was really a ’great help’ from Ajax’s point of view and hurriedly thanked her.

”No no no,”

Keshe hurriedly said no with both her hands because she was benefited from helping Ajax.

So, she felt there was no need for thanks from Ajax.

”No. I have to give something in return,”

However, how could Ajax just take help from others and not repay them?

He searched his inventory and found an item that was useful to Keshe and other spirit beasts around her.

”I will no…,”

”These are called ’Advance essence pills’ that help the spirit beasts to completely heal when injured and at the same time it will also help the consumer in awakening their ancestral memories”

Just when Keshe was about to reject Ajax’s gift, she felt an urge to consume the pill taken out by Ajax and immediately stopped her words and intently listened to Ajax’s words.

’Growl’

The dark lion king beside her also became agitated with the smell of the pill and growled in a low voice.

”Here. These pills are very useful to you,”

Ajax knew how crazy the spirit beasts could be when it came to the ’Advanced essence pills’. So, he didn’t mind the actions of the dark lion king and gave the pills to Keshe.

’Brother Lucas, those pills are even better than the primitive stones?’

’I know,’

’Shall we ask for a pill too from the young master?’

’Idiot, stop being greedy. As long as we work for him, he will not abandon us,’

’But...’

’Idiot. First, completely use all the primitive stones and later other about other things,’

While Ajax was giving ’Advanced essence pills’ to Keshe, the eagle brothers were having a conversation where the little brother was convinced by his brother not to ask for those pills.

”Are you sure you want to give me three of these pills?”

Giving a single ’Advanced Essence pill’ was already a very good gift for her; however, when she saw Ajax was giving three of them, she asked him for confirmation.

”Of course, I am sure. You don’t know how relieved I am now after learning about my friends,”

Ajax nodded his head as he explained how relieved he was now.

Even though he strongly believed their friends were fine, there was always some doubt that they might have been killed by the spirit beasts in the cursed wilderness as they didn’t have any cultivation.

However, he didn’t want to believe those doubts.

Nevertheless, it continued to make him anxious but now he would not have any problems like that and entirely he could focus on taking revenge on the assassin sect.

”Thanks for your valuable gift, Ajax. They will help us a lot,” Keshe thanked Ajax because the pills were not some common pills that could be available everywhere.

It was her first time seeing those pills. From this, one could understand how rare they were.

”By the way, my father invited you to our home. Do you want to come?”

After thanking him, Keshe recalled something and asked him.

”Sorry, big sister Keshe. I am something important tonight and have to go back before sunset,” Ajax shook his head as he apologized to Keshe that he was busy; however, he didn’t say anything about the disciple-selection ceremony to Keshe as it was supposed to be secret.
