New Age Of Summoners

In the open ground behind the mercenary squad building,

Ajax was busy checking the skills of Paulin’s new elemental spirits’ skill as he walked towards Levi and others.

In the distance, Levi, Lewis, Jeff were attacking the Slait, who was using his ’Earth Shield’ to block their attacks.

Even though Levi’s cultivation had reached level 2 of the elite general realm, he promised that he would only use the strength of the level 2 general realm because Slait’s cultivation was still in the mid level elite commander stage.

However, what he didn’t know was no one under level 1 of the elite general realm could not break Slait’s earth shield.

As for Lewis and Jeff, they were still in the level 9 of the commander realm which won’t even put a scratch on the ’Earth Shield’.

All of a sudden, a few black silhouettes appeared around Ajax with small black-coloured daggers in their hands and aimed at Ajax’s vitals in order to kill him.

’Huh?’

’Spatial blades’

Just when the 12 black coloured daggers were about to pierce through Ajax’s vitals, he released the spatial blades in all directions with full power.

’Swoosh’

’Swoosh’

However, all his spatial blades were passed right through their body as though they were not real.

Nevertheless, at the same time, all the twelve black silhouettes moved a couple of steps back.

”Who are you?”

’Abyssal beast god bloodline activate’

Ajax didn’t waste any time before activating his ’Abyssal beast god bloodline’ and asked the twelve silhouettes.

Looking at the twelve black silhouettes around him, Ajax felt a bad premonition in his heart because, in the earlier attack, he didn’t sense them until the system warned him just when the black coloured dagger was a couple of meters away from him.

That’s right!

For the first time, the system warned him about the enemy; moreover, Ajax felt that even the system was unable to sense these black-robed men.

So, his worries increased even more. So, he hurriedly ordered Darbaudr to come towards him.

’Also, my spatial blades didn’t have any effect on them. Are they even human?’ Ajax was unable to say from their appearance because they were entirely covered in black clothing.

’We are your death,’

Among one of the 12 black-robed men, spoke in a rough voice and rushed towards Ajax at a lighting speed.

’What should I do? I need to stall for some time until someone comes to my rescue,’

When he saw that his spatial blades did nothing on those 12 black-robed men, Ajax felt it was impossible to kill him.

Moreover, with their speed, he could not outrun them. So, he decided to stall time till Darbaudr comes to his rescue.

’Heaven’s destroyer,’

Since he wanted to stall time, he had to use some powerful techniques. So, even though he didn’t want to summon Heaven’s destroyer, he summoned it in front of Levi and others.

’Slait, bring everyone together and ready to cast your ’Earth Shield’ skill as soon as I am within your skill’s range, do you understand?’

Along with heaven’s destroyer spear, Ajax silently sent a voice transmission.

’Yes, big brother,’

Slait nodded his head and hurriedly rushed towards others who were still in shock after seeing the 12 black robe silhouettes.

”No, I will help Ajax. With my strength, I can take care of a couple of them,”

When he heard Slait’s words, Levi came out of his shock and wanted to help Ajax.

”No, big brother Ajax told me to gather everyone in a single place,” Slait stopped Levi as he explained Ajax’s plan.

’Sigh...ok,’ Finally, after much begging from Slait, Levi agreed to Slait and stayed at his position.

”Heaven’s destroyer, show your mightiness,”

Ajax threw the spear at the incoming black-robed man.

’Swoosh’

However, the black-robed man dodged the spear and continued to rush towards Ajax.

’Hehe...turn,’

’Puchi’

Ajax rotated his fingers and the spear which flew past the black-robed man turned directions and pierced into his back.

However, this time, the spear pierced into the black-robed man and black blood could be seen on the tip of the spear.

”One down,”

Soon, the black-robed man fell to the ground with a ’Thud’ as Ajax counted it as one kill.

’Hehe’

However, the black-robed man mysteriously stood up on the ground and eerily laughed.

’What the hell!’ Ajax was shocked to see the scene in front of him.

’This is bad...I need to run,’

’Cloud steps’

Ajax didn’t waste any more time as he turned around and ran towards Slait and others.

There was not even a single bit of hesitation as he directly used his level 2 cloud steps which greatly increased his speed.

’You will die today,’

All the black-robed men muttered the same line as they disappeared from their places and instantly appeared a couple of meters away from Ajax.

’How are they doing it? Do they know teleportation?’ Ajax was shocked when he saw those 12 black-robed men instantly covered a 100 meters in a second.

’Just a little...just a little,’

Currently, Slait’s ’Earth Shield’ could cover a 100 meters radius around him. So, it was only around 10 more meters. So, he muttered the same line as he didn’t stop running.

”You can reach them,”

Just when Ajax was only a couple of meters away from the 100 meters radius from Slait, a black-robed man appeared right in front of him with his black coloured dagger slashing right into his neck.

’Oh no. I can’t control my speed,’

With the level 2 cloud steps, his speed was greatly increased and all of sudden he could not stop and there was no way he could dodge the incoming black-coloured dagger.

”Is that it? Am I going to die today?”

All of a sudden, Ajax felt hopeless but he didn’t want to give up yet. So, he took out his inheritance sword and used his level 3 sword dao on it before trying to stop the black dagger.
