I Became The Chief Of A Primitive Village

Chapter 882, Cooperating with Your Performance

Ga left directly without looking back, continuously jumping between tree and tree.

Only after ensuring the two intelligence agents behind had not followed her did she allow Yan Hua and the others who had been hiding in the darkness to emerge.

“They have already left. Don’t worry.” Ga still did not look back as she continued forward.

Yan Hua was also jumping on the trees nearby, asking. “Why did you suddenly have them go to the Tribe?”

Yan Hua did not know this plan. She only thought that after meeting the intelligence agents, they would have them pass on false information back to the Dark Scorpion Tribe.

Then, with that false information, they would dispatch more people to come to the Flame Dragon Tribe. This way, the Dark Scorpion Tribe’s forces could be slowly dismantled.

“Are you playing some kind of trick on us?” Sha Lan had clearly already prepared to believe her. But Ga suddenly went off-script, which was difficult not to make her suspicious.

“This is what your Shaman had me say. This is just a backup plan. I also did not expect we would use the backup plan instead of the initial plan…” Ga explained.

The initial plan was indeed as Yan Hua thought, saying the original squad was completely wiped out, requiring more people to subjugate the Flame Dragon Tribe.

“The Shaman’s backup plan?” Yan Hua turned to look at her, waiting for an explanation.

“When we left, Shaman gave me two plans. The first one was our originally agreed upon plan.” Ga paused, continuing. “The second plan is what I just told them. Deceive them to the Flame Dragon Tribe and they will see for themselves.”

“But if they go to the Flame Dragon Tribe, will the deception not get exposed? Is this really Shaman’s plan?” Yan Hua felt it was somewhat too farfetched.

“Could it be that Shaman has some other plan?” Sha Lan believed if this was the case, the Shaman could not make this decision for no reason.

“Shaman plans to disguise our Tribe as already conquered by the Dark Scorpion Tribe. This way, it can attract more of their people to come.” Ga explained.

“I see. I was wondering why you did not say what we expected . So, this was Shaman’s backup plan.” Yan Hua nodded admiringly.

“This is quite a bold plan. It can attract more people that are unguarded than the first plan.” Sha Lan sighed with emotion.

She truly admired Su Bai, feeling she still had much more to learn.

“Let’s hurry back and report back to the Shaman.” Ga ran quickly towards where the hot air balloon was stopped.

She also did not know why calling him Shaman felt so natural, as if she had always been a person of the Flame Dragon Tribe. However, she did not feel there was anything wrong with this change, only smiling faintly as though a weight had been lifted off her shoulders.

Truthfully, Ga had yearned for the future more than once. It was only after coming to the Flame Dragon Tribe that her heart truly had the thought of living well for herself.

“Seriously. What a strange woman.” Yan Hua shrugged her shoulders and immediately followed.

“Yeah! But it seems she has truly become a person of our Tribe.” Sha Lan tilted her mouth slightly and followed.

…

*Whoosh whoosh whoosh…* The flaming device on the hot air balloon burned especially vigorously.

Night shrouded the entire Flame Dragon Tribe.

Yan Hua and the others returned to the Flame Dragon Tribe when it grew dark. The three people excitedly ascended up the stairs of the Yong’an Building.

“Greetings Shaman, the mission you entrusted us has been completed.” Ga also unconsciously changed her form of address.

That was right, she had also begun learning the Flame Dragon Tribe’s culture, such as modern terms like ‘greetings’, ‘morning’, ‘good night’, ‘thank you’ and so on.

Ga felt these new terms very practical. Using them made the way she speaks flow more naturally.

“Welcome back. Did you meet those intelligence agents this time?” Su Bai had not expected there would truly be results this time.

After all, the previous several times had all returned empty-handed. Originally this time he did not hold too much hope.

“Yes, just as Shaman predicted, they had not transmitted messages back, and had also not discovered our Tribe’s location.” Ga played with her long green hair, continuing. “They only recently found our location. I took the opportunity to explain your backup plan.”

“In that case, they will arrive at our Tribe in two days, correct?” The corners of Su Bai’s mouth lifted slightly.

Since this group was coming, then one part of the plan could be considered successful. The second step of the plan could be implemented immediately.

“Yes, walking here will take them approximately two days, so we still have time to arrange things.” Ga nodded.

“Good. Then in two days you go to the Tribe entrance to welcome them. I will have people create the appearance that this place is your territory.” Su Bai laughed heartily.

This matter was not too simple. Just manipulate things casually. As long as they believed it, then this plan would be 80% complete.

“Shaman, do you really want me to execute this?” Ga was somewhat stunned, not expecting him to trust her this much, actually wanting to disguise the entire Tribe as her successful conquest.

“Of course. You are naturally the only person who can do this.” Su Bai nodded matter-of-factly.

This time, there truly was no other candidate who could play her role, because almost everyone from that invading army had died.

“Yes. Then, I will definitely complete this mission well.” Ga instantly became serious.

Su Bai took a sip of tea, continuing: “I will also let you use this the Yong’an Building for the performance.” After all, performances required setting the scene. Otherwise, it would not be convincing enough and the other party might not fall for it. The Yong’an Building was the Flame Dragon Tribe’s tallest structure. Since the Flame Dragon Tribe had been ‘conquered’, as the Leader, her residence must be in the tallest building.

As for her Brother, she could just find an excuse saying he went out or something.

“I understand. As long as the Tribe’s people can cooperate with me, I will definitely complete this mission well.” Ga was suddenly full of confidence.

As long as the Flame Dragon Tribe’s people cooperated, seeing her and calling her Chieftain, then the success rate would be almost certain.

“Rest assured, I will have everyone cooperate with you. But, do not let them have too much contact with the others, lest something goes wrong.” Su Bai instructed.

As long as preparations were made well on the road from the Tribe entrance to the Yong’an Building, there would basically be no major mistakes. Because at the Tribe entrance they could directly board carriages, and the carriages would directly deliver them beneath the Yong’an Building.

“Understood.” Ga began to anticipate two days later.

Yan Hua and Sha Lan on the side watched in stunned amazement, also beginning to anticipate what two days later would be like.
