Radiant Dragon’s Otherworldly Reincarnation

Vol 2 Chapter 35. Come On In (3)

Although there was a disturbance for a moment, eventually the youngest of the Four Bears of Hunan came forward.

“Tsk, that I have to deal with a brat like this.”

In the behavior of the youngest of the Four Bears of Hunan coming forward grumbling, there was leisure.

That kind of leisure naturally possessed by those who have experienced countless actual battles.

Compared to there, Mun Yul was trying to be calm, but that appearance itself was proof that he was not used to actual combat.

‘A brat.’

The youngest of the Four Bears of Hunan smiled broadly.

Even if fighting purely with martial might, there is no way he would lose to a brat like that, but….

‘Wouldn’t it be better if I go easy?’

And the youngest grabbed his saber toward Mun Yul, clasped his hands, and spoke.

“I am called Black Bear Mad Saber Ma Sok. I ask for a move.”

At the opponent’s appearance being polite, Mun Yul flinched for a moment, then also pushed his hands forward, clasped them, and said.

“Twin Dragon Sect’s First Generation Disciple Mun….”

It was then.

SWISH!

A sharp slash cut the wind and flew in to split Mun Yul’s crown.

Mun Yul threw his body to the side quickly and dodged that attack.

At the attack brushing past the hair perilously, the opponent clicked his tongue and said.

“It became a waste.”

At that appearance, Mun Yul gritted his teeth and questioned.

“To attack during a greeting, are you not ashamed as a martial artist?”

“Not at all, originally surprise attacks are done like this. The guy who gets hit is the cripple.”

Mun Yul frowned.

Indeed, this is the Unorthodox Faction. Such a thought occurred.

“Mmm, right, the guy who gets hit is the cripple.”

Why are you, being Orthodox, also….

Let’s ignore. Ignore.

Mun Yul, calming his scattered mind, took out the twin swords and said.

“I will make you regret!”

“Come. Brat.”

And this time Mun Yul rushed in first, and Mun Yul’s twin swords and Ma Sok’s sawtooth saber clashed.

Starting with that first exchange, the weapons of the two began to mingle in full scale.

After the first clash.

The weapons of the two exchanged offense and defense in an instant, passing over twenty exchanges.

The second and third of the Four Bears of Hunan watching that appearance clicked their tongues and said.

“Tsk, the youngest fellow’s bad habit has relapsed again.”

“That is so.”

At first, the two exchanged offense and defense equally, but at some point, Mun Yul was pushing Ma Sok one-sidedly.

Every time he received Mun Yul’s attack, Ma Sok staggered and was pushed back greatly, and Mun Yul, having seized the momentum, added attacks even more intensely.

However, even seeing that appearance, they did not worry at all.

Because, that was the method the youngest used frequently when dealing with brats just starting in the Jianghu.

He acts out inferiority on purpose to plant confidence in the enemy and intoxicate them with carelessness.

And at the decisive moment, he launches a counterattack and feeds a stroke to the brats who don’t know the ways of the world.

He is not doing this for strategic reasons.

The purpose is to play with the Orthodox brats who grew up finely like flowers in a greenhouse.

To enjoy the pleasure of that moment of sinking the brats’ confidence at the decisive moment after floating it up to the sky.

“He will counterattack after receiving about ten more exchanges.”

“Right. I look forward to what expression that brat will make.”

The second and third spoke like that and kept watching the duel. However….

CLANG! CLAAAANG!

“Kuh….”

The situation is strange.

Passing ten exchanges and passing twenty exchanges, the situation does not reverse. Every time the youngest’s saber clashes with that young guy’s twin swords, he is pushed back in power and the youngest is also only stepping backward more and more.

This is as if really….

‘He’s pushed in power? By that brat?’

‘Nonsense. How much is the age difference.’

For a martial artist, time reveals itself soon as the difference in internal energy.

The difference in internal energy leads directly to the difference in power.

If one received systematic teaching from a young age, even if a brat still lacking experience, the excellence of technique would be embodied in the body.

But as for internal energy….

Unless one is truly a person whom a famous Orthodox sect nurtures with heart and soul, feeding all sorts of spiritual medicines and performing Body Reformation, internal energy is something that inevitably lags behind.

But how can that brat of the Twin Dragon Sect push Ma Sok back?

“This… cocky brat!”

What kind of disgraceful behavior is this in front of the subordinates and brothers seeing everything?

Ma Sok, who was consistently consistent with defense, gritted his teeth and was pushed back greatly. And then….

“Die!”

He rushed greatly toward Mun Yul in the front and struck down the saber vigorously the moment he reached the distance.

A one-sided offensive ignoring the rules of offense and defense.

Even if I die, I will kill you and die.

It was a vicious attack peculiar to the Unorthodox Faction.

Orthodox brats are usually bound to show vulnerability when facing this kind of reckless attack. However….

‘Now.’

Mun Yul stepped back exactly half a step before the opponent’s saber touched his head.

And as the opponent’s saber brushed past his eyes and went down, he stretched the sword in his left hand quickly and struck down on top of the saber blade.

KWA-AANG!

As Mun Yul’s power was added on top of the momentum Ma Sok was originally striking down with, Ma Sok’s sawtooth saber became deeply embedded in the ground.

“Ugh….”

Momentarily Ma Sok panicked.

At the point the weapon was embedded in the floor, he hesitated whether to pull his body out or not.

And usually, the direction of the match is often brought about by that hesitation.

In the state of pressing down Ma Sok’s sawtooth saber with the left-hand sword, Mun Yul’s right hand flew horizontally with speed.

The moment he saw Mun Yul’s sword strike flying toward his neck, Ma Sok….

“Noooo!”

Unknowingly shouted in terror and closed his eyes tightly. However….

SWISH.

Mun Yul’s sword, instead of blowing Ma Sok’s neck away, went lightly and just touched that neck.

To Ma Sok freezing while feeling the cool sharpness, Mun Yul said.

“Will you do more?”

At this moment, Ma Sok’s face turned red with shame.

A perfect defeat.

He was defeated without room for excuse by a brat who probably lived half his age.

Even showing disgraceful behavior not befitting a martial artist at the end.

Just because one is Unorthodox doesn’t mean they don’t have shame.

Being mean and dirty is fine, but showing a servile appearance in front of subordinates is a disgrace to Unorthodox practitioners. However….

SWISH….

Before Mun Yul’s sword digging into the neck gently, the choice was only one.

“I… I lost.”

To Ma Sok surrendering while raising both hands above his head, Mun Yul withdrew the sword.

It was a perfect victory.

“Waaaaah!”

“Twin Dragon Sect won!”

“Even a disciple that young won!”

The civilians of Tianshui County who witnessed Mun Yul’s victory shouted cheers.

At first, they were suspicious at the appearance of young disciples stepping forward instead of Patrick, the sign-board master of the Twin Dragon Sect.

And they were anxious.

They had thoughts worrying what if those young disciples were done in by the vicious Unorthodox bastards.

But unlike such worries, the young disciple of the Twin Dragon Sect won too perfectly against Ma Sok, one of the Four Bears of Hunan.

“I am sorry. Big Brother.”

“Stupid guy.”

Jang Pil’s expression looking at Ma Sok returning after losing became grim.

If he loses like this in front of the subordinates watching, there is a possibility that not only will morale drop, but the hierarchy of the organization will be disturbed in the future.

The hierarchy of the Unorthodox is inherently strictly survival of the fittest.

The moment one shows a weak appearance, one does not know how the guys below will turn.

“I will punish your disgraceful behavior later.”

“…….”

Ma Sok’s face became pale.

And Jang Pil spoke toward Mun Yul.

“A young guy has quite the talent.”

“The victory is our Twin Dragon Sect’s victory. If you withdraw quietly, I will let you go as is.”

At such words of Mun Yul, Jang Pil gritted his teeth and said.

“The match hasn’t even started yet. You brat.”

“You mean you will try more?”

Then Jang Pil looked at his formation and shouted.

“Second, Third.”

“Yes. Big Brother.”

“Speak.”

Jang Pil pointed at Mun Yul by stretching his hand and said.

“You two bring that brat’s neck.”

Two men packed their respective weapons and came one step forward. And Jang Pil said.

“Consider it an honor. Since I acknowledge your skill, I will exceptionally give you the chance to face the combined art of the Second and Third.”

At such words of Jang Pil, Mun Yul nodded his head silently. However….

“Wow, look at that guy beating to the punch with bullshit first so that he can’t say gang-beating is cheap.”

“Is that allowed? Does that work?”

“There is something called face, you know? Saying two against one is cowardly here looks a bit lacking….”

“Wow! So that works?”

“This neighborhood is originally a bit like that. There is a taste of living for face and dying for face even if dying soon.”

At the words of the color-eye bastards whispering from the side over there, Jang Pil’s face turned red.

Even attacking a young guy two against one is embarrassing enough, but for them to whisper openly like that, he should just end that guy with one punch….

“What, punk? What? Wanna fight?”

“…….”

Jang Pil unknowingly lowered his eyes the moment he met Patrick’s.

While doing so, he thoroughly rationalized himself.

‘Let’s concentrate on the duel for now. I am absolutely not scared. I am doing the strategically right action.’

In the meantime, the second and third of the Four Bears of Hunan took out weapons and confronted Mun Yul.

“Second of the Four Bears of Hunan, Shadowless Spear Hand So Jin.”

“Third of the Four Bears of Hunan, Great Strength Twin Hammers Kang Su.”

At the introduction of the two, Mun Yul took a stance and said.

“Come in.”

He already introduced himself once.

He wasn’t a sucker enough to be polite again here.

“Cocky guy!”

“Die!”

The two rolled their eyes back and rushed at Mun Yul.

When the spearman called So Jin stabbed the spear and came in quickly, momentarily the spear split into five branches and aimed for Mun Yul’s whole body.

“Heup!”

CLANG!

Mun Yul saw through the enemy’s true form exactly without being dazzled by the transformation and struck it away.

And the moment he tried to dig in riding the gap where the opponent’s spear went up….

“Uaaaaaap!”

The one called Kang Su swung heavy large hammers in both hands and attacked Mun Yul.

“Die, you bastaaaard!”

There was no set form, just an attack swinging as if going crazy.

Even so, the sound of the hammers cutting the wind was quite powerful.

Eventually, Mun Yul dodged the opponent’s offensive and stepped back for now. Then So Jin, correcting his disturbed posture, stabbed the spear again.

“Hat!”

SWISH!

It was an attack aiming exactly for the heart.

Mun Yul struck the spear away with the sword and had no choice but to retreat again.

‘As expected, is two against one burdensome?’

Indeed, dealing with two at the same time was quite difficult.

On top of that, these two seemed to have matched breath many times, so it was difficult to find a gap to strike in.

Eventually, he had no choice but to focus on defense while stepping backward more and more. As a result….

“Brat guy!”

“I will kill you!”

The second and third of the Four Bears of Hunan poured out rough attacks chasing Mun Yul who was retreating.

BANG! CLANG! CL-CL-CLANG!

Mun Yul focused on defense, swinging the twin swords in both hands busily and enduring by striking those attacks away.

“As expected, two against one seems a bit burdensome.”

At Sanson’s words watching Mun Yul’s duel, Patrick picked his ear and said.

“Is it okay to stutter with merely two against one? In my days. With three thousand Unorthodox kids….”

“Yes. You also won fighting three thousand against one. I already heard it.”

“Why ask if you know?”

“But that is the Young Master’s story and Mun Yul is not the Young Master, is he?”

“So?”

“Please permit it. It will be hard like that.”

At those words, Patrick frowned and said.

“Eing, dealing with Unorthodox dregs just like that….”

“Young Master. The kid will get hurt like that.”

“…….”

Even Oliver joined in and spoke to Patrick.

“In the first place, aren’t the kids pitiful for firmly keeping the command you gave that doesn’t make sense?”

At those words, Patrick sighed.

Even while being pushed one-sidedly by the enemy’s attack in two against one, Mun Yul was performing the instruction Patrick gave.

Stiff-necked fellow.

Seeing the appearance of him sweating profusely and keeping it because an elder of the sect gave the command, it was also a bit praiseworthy.

‘What do I do? Master?’

[Release him quickly! The kid will get hurt like that.]

Well, living as a martial artist, one can get hit a bit and get a hole in the stomach too.

Excessive overprotection is for the growth of a martial artist….

[Cheon, you bastaaaard!]

Ah, understood. Understood.

Eing, anyway, it’s a problem because there are only soft-hearted people other than me.

Originally, things like this are also part of training.

Patrick sighed and shouted loudly.

“Yul!”

Momentarily Mun Yul, who was busy with offense and defense, glanced at Patrick.

And Patrick said….

“Seal Release.”

The moment Patrick said those words.

[ Radiant Dragon Twelve Sword Forms: Third Form: Flashing Dragon Strike ]

Mun Yul’s body bounced forward and exploded on the third of the Four Bears of Hunan, Kang Su.

THWACK!

“SQUEAL!”

CRASH!

Kang Su flew backward with the sound of a pig’s throat being cut just like that and flew to where his side was and ended up stuck there.

At that spectacle, the second of the Four Bears of Hunan, So Jin, opened his mouth wide. Mun Yul, whom he was looking at, wiped his sweat with a refreshed expression and spoke.

“Waaa, now I can live a little. I thought I would die of frustration.”

“…….”

“Now, then let’s continue.”

“…….”

“Come on in.”

He should have learned only the good things.
