Radiant Dragon’s Otherworldly Reincarnation

Vol 2 Chapter 5. Let’s Try, Once Again (1)

To tell the conclusion first….

Great Bear Twin Axes Kang Man saved his life.

Because Patrick belatedly remembered the artifact Sephiros he brought.

He hurriedly saved him with that. He did, but….

“Huh? Where is this? Who am I?”

The condition was a bit….

Persona checked Kang Man’s condition.

Beside her, Patrick spoke with an anxious expression.

“Is he okay? Can you fix him?”

Then she glared at Patrick and said.

“How do I fix this? He’s completely broken.”

“Tsk tsk, for a kid called a Dragon Lord in name, you can’t even do this?”

“…….”

If only he wasn’t the master, really….

When Persona sighed, Patrick stepped forward again.

“Move aside. I will resolve it.”

“What are you going to do?”

“He became strange from getting hit, right? Then if I give the same impact, he will return.”

“Does that make sen….”

“This bastard dares to lose his memory? Whose permission did you get to lose your memory?”

She tried to stop him, but it was already too late.

Patrick grabbed Kang Man by the collar and lifted him, then started rotating his face consecutively with fists.

“Will you snap out of it? Or not? Will you snap out of it? Or not?”

And a scene of cruel violence unfolded.

“Cough… Cough… Why… Why hit….”

Thwack! Puck! Bam!

“Who are you, Miste… Ugh! Cough! I was…. wrong….”

Thwack! Crack!

“This guy! Dare to know who I am… Kugh! Gack!”

Puck! Crunch! Crack!

“Uh? Where is this? I definitely got hit by a truck on my way to part-time jo… Cough! Gack!”

Crack! Craaack!

“Ow, snap out of it, snap! You Black Way trifle bastard!”

It seemed something strange came out in the middle, but….

***

Patrick Schneider.

He is a man who resolves most problems in the world by beating them up. The problem is….

“Uhehehe. I am a bird. Piyuung!”

That it doesn’t always work.

Looking at the completely broken appearance of the boss of a Black Way gang who once commanded numerous subordinates and shouted loudly, Patrick just clasped his hands behind his back and looked at the distant mountains.

Persona threw a stinging gaze at Patrick’s back of the head and said.

“You said he would be fixed if you gave the same impact?”

“I thought it would work.”

“…….”

“Still, isn’t it better than not attempting at all?”

“A person became a cripple, you know?”

“It’s fine. Just not killing a Black Way trifle is already great mercy. I could be friends with Buddha.”

“…….”

Just what kind of existence am I serving as a master?

It was Persona starting to feel serious skepticism about her dragon life.

“But what do we do? If this guy can’t snap out of it….”

Patrick’s gaze reached the Black Way joes huddling in one corner and shivering. Then….

“I will speak.”

“I will speak everything.”

“I also know everything.”

“Please ask anything.”

Looking at the Black Dragon Gang(?) kids being cooperative to the point of fanaticism, Patrick nodded satisfactorily.

“See. Eventually, it gets resolved when you beat them up,”

“…….”

It was Persona feeling that the world was greatly wrong.

***

To tell the conclusion….

Before the Twin Dragon Gang settled, the Twin Dragon Sect existed in Tianshui County.

Although the number of disciples was a small sect of barely ten and the energy was declining, it definitely existed.

The existence who dealt the finishing blow to such a Twin Dragon Sect was Great Bear Twin Axes Kang Man.

He was originally active as a bandit, then came to Tianshui County to find a place to settle with those who followed him.

There was the Kongtong Sect in Gansu Province, but this Tianshui County was a place that deviated from the Kongtong Sect’s sphere of activity.

The only Orthodox sect protecting this region was the Twin Dragon Sect, but its prestige was shabby beyond measure.

Thinking he found a prime piece of land perfect for settling, Great Bear Twin Axes Kang Man went straight to the Twin Dragon Sect and picked a fight.

And he chased out all existing people by force and created his power in that spot.

That is how the Black Way gang Twin Dragon Gang was born in this Tianshui County.

“Back then, the guys kicked out by us… Gack….”

Crunch!

He learned for the first time.

That a person’s neck could crush into the torso like a turtle and get stuck.

And Patrick, who taught this surprising mystery of the human body, glared and said.

“Guy? Guyyyys?”

Ah, that was offensive.

So that’s why he crushed the person’s neck like a turtle. So that was it.

“Times have become good. It’s annoying enough that a Black Way trifle bastard dares to breathe impudently in this Tianshui County, but not enough with that, daring to say guyyyys to the great Twin Dragon Sect?”

All gang members of the Twin Dragon Gang planted their heads down rapidly.

It was an action close to survival instinct.

Patrick spoke towards the guys.

“Keep talking. So…. What happened to the Twin Dragon Sect?”

“…….”

“Oh? These things dare to read the room and roll their heads? Right, let’s all die today.”

And Patrick drew his sword from the scabbard.

The moment the Black and White Twin Dragons Swords revealed themselves, the Twin Dragon Gang guys realized this wasn’t a joke and spoke hurriedly.

“We didn’t kill them. They are still alive.”

“…Keep talking.”

The will that they would die if they lied was conveyed clearly in Patrick’s eyes.

Then the guy spoke urgently.

“It’s true. There were some broken… people, but there were no dead people.”

“…Why? You guys are Black Way, aren’t you? Why did you guys, who are human trash and social waste whose livelihood is killing people, bestow such mercy?”

“That is…. It didn’t seem worth killing…. No, there seemed to be no need….”

“Ow….”

Patrick grabbed the back of his neck naturally.

Black Way gangs originally do not leave future troubles.

Rather than creating a risk factor by daringly keeping the opponent alive, their method is to just kill cleanly and get rid of them.

To say this in such a Black Way meant….

‘It means they were weak to the point where they weren’t even worth killing.’

Thinking about it, a sigh came out automatically.

Well, as a result, it is fortunate.

It is fortunate, but….

“Pissed off.”

At Patrick’s single word, the shoulders of the Twin Dragon Gang guys flinched once more.

“So….”

“…….”

“Cut to the chase and speak. Where are the remaining disciples of the Twin Dragon Sect?”

“That is uh….”

***

Tianshui County became twice as big and three times as fancy as the time Patrick remembered.

To the extent that one could think of it as a city rather than a county.

If the scale of the city grows like this, the darkness inevitably deepens accordingly.

The shanties huddled in the back alleys of Tianshui County were the final destination where the poor alienated from the city’s splendor lived.

The world calls such a place a slum.

And in one corner of that slum, there was a house that was at least a little bigger than other shanties.

A signboard saying Twin Dragon Medical House hung on that shanty.

In front of it, a boy was diligently swinging two wooden swords in both hands.

Would he be roughly 14~16 years old?

The still young boy was sweating hard and swinging the wooden swords.

“Haat! Hap!”

Compared to the shout squeezing out strength, the power of the swinging wooden swords wasn’t that threatening.

However, the boy was approaching training with a serious attitude.

It was after uninvited guests came that the boy stopped training.

“Yo, it’s been a while, Mun Yul. Yeah.”

Centered on a hulk who a pig would call big brother at the lead, five men with vicious impressions approached.

The boy called Mun Yul hardened his face.

And looking at the guy like a pig at the very front, he said.

“Hu Don, with what guts did you dare appear again?”

“What? Where did a young bastard learn such a manner of speech? Do you want to die?”

“Do you want to get scolded again?”

Mun Yul spoke like that and gripped the wooden swords in both hands tightly.

The name of the giant fat as a pig in front of his eyes was Hu Don.

He was a thug who flowed into this slum a few years ago.

Even in this slum where everyone lost everything, taking and being taken happened commonly.

And that pig called Hu Don was trash who bullied and extorted the weak with his natural brute strength.

Mun Yul was also one of those victims.

His father refused the tribute to the guy and was assaulted cruelly, and Mun Yul himself almost died to the guy’s violence back then.

The one who stopped the guy’s evil deed back then was the current Sect Leader of the Twin Dragon Sect.

[Stop. What unrighteous act is this in broad daylight?]

[Who is this old man again?]

Hu Don hesitated for a moment, but when he knew the opponent was an old man with a shabby appearance, he actually put on airs.

But that was the guy’s mistake.

Although he fell to the slums and neglected swordsmanship a lot to run the medical house, he wasn’t to the extent of losing to a thug trifle.

[I was wrong. Please just spare my life. I will never set foot in this place again.]

Hu Don begged while rubbing his hands together asking to just be saved after being severely beaten by the Twin Dragon Sect Leader.

And it was 2 years ago that the Twin Dragon Sect Leader bestowed mercy, so he barely saved his life and ran away.

“Hehehe, I heard the rumor. You entered as the disciple of that unlucky old man?”

“Do not dare speak of Master with that dirty mouth.”

The boy was greatly impressed by the Twin Dragon Sect Leader who saved him back then and begged earnestly to please accept him as a disciple.

Despite the Sect Leader’s refusal saying he couldn’t accept a disciple because the sect’s circumstances were difficult, he clung earnestly and again earnestly.

That is how he barely received permission 1 year ago and became a disciple of the Twin Dragon Sect. But….

“Hmph, do you think this elder would be scared of a dying old man?”

“Dare….”

The boy glared at Hu Don with eyes wide open.

But inwardly, he was greatly flustered.

‘As expected, this guy knew Master’s condition and came.’

6 months ago, Master became bedridden with illness.

He was greatly flustered by the fact that Master, who was a martial artist and also a physician, caught an illness, but he did his best to save Master somehow. But….

[Tsk tsk, the Qi and blood have become a mess. This isn’t something I can fix.]

The words of the physician who examined Master’s condition with difficulty were despairing.

Master’s illness was a type of Qi deviation caused by Qi and blood getting twisted wrongly due to unreasonable cultivation.

Although it was commendable that he didn’t die immediately, it became difficult for him to even raise his body by himself.

And it was clear that pig realized such a condition of Master and came like this.

“Hehehe. Move when I say nice words. Today, this elder must repay the disgrace suffered from that old man.”

“Your life itself is a disgrace. You pig.”

“This bastard!”

At Mun Yul’s mockery, Hu Don got greatly angry and swung the large club he was holding.

‘Let’s be calm.’

Mun Yul watched that clubbing calmly and retreated one step.

Whoosh!

“This bastard…. Dare to dodge?”

Hu Don turned his face red as his attack cut through empty air.

“I will kill you!”

And consecutive swinging clubbing.

It was reckless swinging where traces of martial arts couldn’t be found, but the heavy power coming from such a hulk was threatening enough to the still young Mun Yul. But….

‘It’s okay. I can do it.’

Whoosh! Whoosh!

The clubbing Hu Don swung cut only empty air consecutively.

Mun Yul trained in martial arts faithfully, although it was a short time.

Originally, proper martial arts create a distinct difference between those who learned and those who didn’t.

Just by stepping the footwork as prescribed and concentrating the mind, he could dodge this reckless attack. And….

“Eek….”

The moment Hu Don’s movement went greatly astray and his body stumbled, Mun Yul’s eyes shone light.

‘It’s now.’

“Haaat!”

Mun Yul sprang forward powerfully.

[ Twin Dragons Eight Sword Forms: Third Form: Flashing Dragon Strike ]

And Mun Yul’s figure became a single flash….

“Slow.”

It didn’t happen.

Hu Don smiled broadly and swung a huge fist toward the boy charging at him.

Thwack!

“Ack!”

Mun Yul got hit by the fist just like that and fell backward.

“Hehehe. Bringing the lousy martial arts of a third-rate sect.”

The moment he heard Hu Don’s words, Mun Yul gritted his teeth and stood up despite the pain of his broken nose bone.

“Shut up! How dare you insult Master’s martial arts?”

“Uhaha. What is wrong with calling lousy martial arts lousy?”

“This pig bastard dares….”

“If the martial arts are so lousy, would they lose their spot to the Twin Dragon Gang and all disciples run away? Now a quack sticking needles clumsily in the slums… Oops!”

“I will tear that mouth apart. You pig bastard!”

Mun Yul charged roughly.

He absolutely couldn’t forgive that pig bastard for daring to insult his master.

For a martial artist, even if they cannot win, there are fights they must absolutely not retreat from.

But it was then.

“Who is it?”

A man appeared behind Hu Don.

With a halo fully on his back and accompanying a woman by his side, he spoke sternly as if scolding with a voice full of dignity.

“Who dared to insult the great Twin Dragon Sect?”

The owner of the voice full of dignity approached closer, and his appearance was revealed.

And the moment he saw him, Mun Yul thought.

‘Why is he covering one eye with an eyepatch?’
