Radiant Dragon’s Otherworldly Reincarnation

Chapter 352. It Is His Revenge (1)

Patrick, who had passed the Demonic Cult elders and gone up, stopped in his tracks.

Because the scene he faced after going up was quite different from what he expected.

A splendidly set banquet hall.

Musicians playing Central Plains-style music.

Peerlessly beautiful dancers dancing like fluttering butterflies to the music.

Dishes prepared so lavishly that one would believe it if told it was an Emperor’s Manchu Han Imperial Feast.

And above all….

“Welcome. Double Dragon. Or would you prefer to be called the Radiant Dragon Great Master?”

It was the gaze of a person full of goodwill towards him.

He was a handsome man with pale skin and long black hair.

The moment he saw him, Patrick said.

“Heavenly Demon?”

“That is what I am called.”

Ah, really?

Then there’s no need to hesitate.

Patrick’s knees bent slightly.

And in the very next instant, without hesitation, Patrick’s body turned into a streak of light.

[ Radiant Dragon Twelve Sword Forms: Third Form: Ultimate Star Flashing Dragon Strike ]

Kwaaaang!

At Patrick’s blow, the splendidly prepared banquet hall was smashed in an instant.

But….

“Too hasty.”

The Heavenly Demon, the target of the attack, was perfectly fine.

He casually dodged Patrick’s attack while holding the wine cup in his hand.

“I hear that often.”

Patrick launched the next attack without hesitation.

[ Radiant Dragon Twelve Sword Forms: Fourth Form: Twin Dragons Wild Dance ]

A storm of countless slashes.

The Black and White Twin Dragon Swords held in Patrick’s hands scattered slashes of terrifying power.

“Tsk, do you not intend to have even a little conversation? Even if it looks like this, it is a moment I have waited for a long time.”

“No!”

“Regrettable. I knew you as a friend who doesn’t refuse free wine.”

As the Heavenly Demon said, normally, Patrick would not refuse free wine.

However, the situation is different now.

Even at this moment, his companions are fighting a desperate battle against strong enemies.

Risking their lives.

And the ringleader who forced this situation is in front of him.

No matter how much of a Patrick he was, he wasn’t mindless enough to drag out time here.

“Just die.”

Killing intent hovered in Patrick’s two eyes.

Seeing the Heavenly Demon leisurely dodging the storm of slashes, he concentrated the slashes aiming at his feet.

Kwa-kwa-kwa-kwa-kwak!

In an instant, the Heavenly Demon’s feet floated slightly in the air.

Because Patrick hacked the ground, his body inevitably floated in the air.

Patrick did not miss that moment.

[ Radiant Dragon Twelve Sword Forms: Sixth Form: Nine Dragons Under Heaven ]

Nine dragons spewed out from the tip of Patrick’s sword and charged to bite the Heavenly Demon just like that.

At that fierce charge, the Heavenly Demon….

“Indeed, magnificent.”

Looked at the violent torrent of dragons with ecstatic eyes.

And just before the torrent of dragons reached him….

[ Heavenly Demon Divine Art: Heavenly Demon Reigning Step ]

Kuuuuung!

The dragons were trampled.

The fierce and violent torrent of dragons, which seemed like it would sweep away the entire world, was trampled in just one step and shattered into pieces just like that.

“…Damn it.”

Seeing that one move, Patrick ground his teeth.

He hadn’t thought it would be a decisive blow, but he thought it was a move that could at least suppress the spirit.

But to think he would suppress it so lightly.

‘As expected, he is one of the Four Great Grandmasters, is that it?’

In the Murim where Patrick was, there were four grandmasters who reigned at the very peak when discussing martial arts.

Bodhidharma, Zhang Sanfeng, Heavenly Demon, Blood Demon.

These four were recognized as those whose martial arts realm reached the heavens.

And one of those legendary figures was in front of Patrick’s eyes.

‘And of all things, as an enemy.’

The Heavenly Demon, who casually neutralized Patrick’s attack, landed lightly and said.

“It was a magnificent move. But this isn’t your everything, is it?”

“……”

“If it is….”

Killing intent flashed in the Heavenly Demon’s eyes for the first time.

“You will have to writhe in pain worse than death for eternity. Human of the promise.”

“Haaaa…. That damn promise. That damn prophecy.”

Patrick touched his forehead and said.

“This guy and that guy, playing with someone else’s life as they please.”

“Do you know the meaning of the promise I speak of?”

For the first time, interest appeared in the Heavenly Demon’s eyes.

And Patrick frowned and said.

“I know.”

“How did you know? The only ones who know that fact are….”

“Yupinel and Kalaron.”

“……”

“But you ask how I know?”

Patrick did not wait for the Heavenly Demon’s answer.

“I heard it directly. You damn son of a bitch!”

And he rushed at the Heavenly Demon again.

As Patrick’s twin swords and the Heavenly Demon’s two hands mingled with each other, a terrifying energy exploded once again.

***

Turning back time a little….

It was right after Patrick had dealt with the Black Tortoise in the past.

Although he had defeated the Black Tortoise at the time, an important problem remained.

-Now… now what are we supposed to do?

The Azure Dragon and the other Four Calamities were devastated.

The original plan to push all their constellations onto Patrick, artificially raising him to the divine rank to fight the Heavenly Demon, had failed.

Because the Black Tortoise had died while holding seven of the constellations.

“Well, what can we do? We have to fight like this.”

At Patrick’s words, the White Tiger shouted.

-Say something that makes sense!

“What doesn’t make sense? Everything makes sense!”

-……?

For a moment, he thought, ‘Is that so?’

But the White Tiger soon regained his senses and said.

-If you don’t possess enough Divine Power to at least ascend to the divine rank, it is impossible for you to even fight the Heavenly Demon. The match itself cannot be established.

Hmm, that is a serious problem.

But the world-renowned Patrick Schneider.

He was not a person with a character upright enough to admit a mistake as a mistake.

“Is that my fault? Huh?”

-Gr… Grrrrrk….

The White Tiger grabbed the back of his neck and collapsed sideways with a thud.

‘Even felines grab the back of their necks when they’re pissed off.’

Patrick thought he had learned a new fact in the midst of this.

And the Vermilion Bird approached and said seriously.

-It’s not a joke, this is really a problem now. We have no constellations to give you, and we lack the Divine Power to fight.

“Wait, you lack it?”

-…Why is that a problem?

“Saying you lack it means you have some, right?”

-…….

Ah, it can be interpreted that way.

Patrick looked at the three Divine Beasts with eyes that had caught an opportunity and said.

“No, so what? Just give me that at least. If I scrape it all together, it’ll be better than nothing, right? Don’t you agree?”

-No, human of the prophecy. Calm down.

“Calm down my ass, hand it over. You won’t? You wanna fight?”

-Wait, first calm down….

“According to the laws of the Central Plains, you’re not unaware that rebellion is a provocative act that invites justifiable violence, are you?”

-Where is such a law in the Central Plains?

“…Ah! You guys know. Hard to trick you.”

-…….

The word ‘son of a bitch’ flashed through everyone’s mind.

Then the Azure Dragon spoke.

-Calm down. Human of the prophecy. We aren’t refusing to give it because we are sparing our remaining Divine Power.

“Then what?”

-Even if we give it to you, it is far too insufficient to face the Outer God. So, I think it is desirable to report to Kalaron and extend the seal as much as possible. If we use our Divine Power, we can have an audience with Kalaron….

“Oh. Really? That’s possible too?”

-It is possible. So….

“Then I’ll go and come back.”

-…What?

“Seeing as how things are, leaving it to you guys won’t get anything done. Tsk tsk tsk, how can you not even notice when one out of only four of you betrays you?”

Stab, stab, stab.

Patrick’s gaze, looking at the world’s most incompetent beings, became daggers and stuck into the chests of the three Divine Beasts.

And Patrick said…

“Connect me. Whether it’s Kalaron or whatever, I’ll go meet him separately. I have to go and settle this.”

-That doesn’t make sense….

The Azure Dragon, who was about to get angry, suddenly stopped speaking.

And not only the Azure Dragon, but the other Four Calamities also suddenly stopped speaking.

“Hello? Hey? Are you ignoring me? Uh…. Hey hey!”

Even when Patrick tapped the head of the nearby White Tiger, there was no movement.

Just like a broken magic tool.

Then….

-He says he will meet you.

“What?”

Suddenly, the White Tiger opened his mouth again.

And beside him, the Vermilion Bird and the Azure Dragon also added a word each.

-Prepare. Human of the prophecy.

“No, prepare what?”

-The God of Destruction Kalaron and the Goddess of Harmony Yupinel say they want to see you.

“…Huh? Really?”

He hadn’t thought this would really happen.

After that, things moved busily.

The Four Calamities took Patrick to their dwelling, seated Patrick in the center, and took their places around him.

-You can have an audience with the god for the time allowed by our remaining Divine Power. It won’t be a long time, so achieve your purpose within it.

“Got it. But I’m really meeting a god, right?”

Although he said it himself, he hadn’t really thought this would actually happen.

In terms of his past life, isn’t this no different from meeting the Jade Emperor or Buddha directly?

For Daoists or Buddhists, this would be a miraculous encounter they would want to obtain even if they devoted their entire lives to it.

But….

“Well, what’s the big deal? Let’s do it then.”

Hmm, let’s understand.

To a devil, it seems it is neither glory nor a miraculous encounter.

-Then we begin.

Simultaneously with the Azure Dragon’s words, the four Divine Beasts mobilized all their remaining Divine Power and opened a portal leading to the Divine Realm in front of Patrick.

“Then shall I go?”

-Hurry. The time we can maintain this is not long.

“Got it. Then I’m going.”

-Go and come back.

“…I’m really going.”

-Just go.

“…But now that I’m actually going, I’m a little nervous. Would it be rude to go empty-handed without a gift….”

-Get lost quickly!

Patrick, who annoyed them until the end, thus entered the portal.

***

Patrick entered through the portal.

And what appeared in Patrick’s eyes after entering was….

“Huh? What is this?”

There were two desks in a space that looked exactly like an office.

And on those desks were strange objects he had never seen in his life, and in front of those objects, a man and a woman were sitting and….

Clack-clack-clack. Clack.

Were diligently tapping something.

He wondered if it was the sound of instruments, but there was no rhythm at all.

What on earth were they doing?

Despite Patrick entering, the man and woman were only staring intently at the rectangular objects in front of them and diligently tapping something with their fingers.

There were dark circles under both of their eyes.

“…Excuse me?”

When Patrick called carefully, the man turned his head, glanced at Patrick, and said.

“Wait 3 minutes. Let’s talk after I clear this.”

“Uh…. You look busy?”

Crack!

At Patrick’s words, the woman on the opposite side slammed something with her fist and broke it.

“Kuku… busy? Am I busy? Huh?”

And the woman looked at Patrick with eyes full of madness.

“Yeah. Busy. Really damn busy. Why do we have to be this busy? Huh?”

“……”

I don’t know well, but I hope it’s not because of me.

Basically, she is a peerless beauty comparable to my wives, but the madness of a crazy bitch is visible in her eyes.

From experience, he knew well that he shouldn’t recklessly provoke such a woman.

And the man said.

“Yupi, don’t break useless keyboards.”

“Shut up. Kala!”

“Or at least write the supply request form yourself.”

“F*** off!”

So they are called Yupi and Kala.

Those sound like names I’ve heard a lot somewhere?

‘No, right? It won’t be. It shouldn’t be.’

While Patrick was thinking that, the man called Kala rose from his seat.

And pressing both his eyes with a face soaked in fatigue, he approached Patrick and said.

“Nice to meet you like this. Patrick Schneider.”

“May I ask your name?”

“I am the God of Destruction, Kalaron.”

Ah, so that’s it.

Then….

“Then the name of that beautiful peerless beauty over there is….”

At Patrick’s words, she got up herself and introduced herself.

“I am the Goddess of Harmony and Benevolence, Yupinel.”

Are you sure?

Not the Goddess of Hysteria?
