Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 1111: Lotus Limbo World

After leaving the alchemy shop, Zhang Fei [5] went to the other two sectors to check out the blacksmith and array shops. The blacksmith shop had many new forging materials, but their prices were extremely high. In the array shop, he also found many items not listed in Duanmu Luolan’s description, especially since they were unavailable in the Three Mortal Realms.

Unfortunately, Zhang Fei didn’t have that many jewels, and he had to go through several tests to be able to purchase them. In the end, he decided to return to the inn, as he would rather not waste his time on those tests. Moreover, he had already shown his alchemy abilities to Luo Lianjin, so he would rather not attract more attention by showing off his abilities in blacksmithing and arrays.

Shortly after Zhang Fei [5] arrived in his room, a pink smoke entered the room, and it was immediately transformed into a woman who was none other than Qing Qiu’er.

”I had expected you to come straight to me, Senior Qing Qiu’er.” Zhang Fei [5] calmly spoke.

Qing Qiu’er put on a seductive smile as she gracefully walked in front of him. ”I don’t understand what happened to you, but I remember for sure that you were still in your early twenties when my avatar found you in the Star Tower, and your cultivation had just broken through to the Earth Realm at that time. However, you were already in your early forties, and your cultivation had already reached the Celestial Lord Realm.”

”There are many things you don’t know about me after that day.” Zhang Fei [5] then asked her. ”What exactly is your purpose in giving the Lotus Forbidden Codex to me?”

”Hehe.” Qing Qiu’er giggled, sat on his lap, and embraced his neck. I found a few things about you intriguing, so I intentionally used my lotus miasma to test your reaction. However, you were not affected by its effects, and only the two women with you were affected by it. Usually, men would pounce on me as soon as they saw my appearance, but you didn’t show the slightest reaction; not even your dick was erect.”

Zhang Fei [5] shook his head at her. ”I’m different from those men, and I have more than a hundred women by my side. You are beautiful, stunning, and sexy, but everything about you can’t match them.”

”Ouch!” Qing Qiu’er pressed one hand against her chest and wore a pitiful look. ”Your words hurt my heart, little boy. Am I really that unattractive in your eyes?”

”Alright, stop playing around and answer my question.” Qing Qiu’er immediately got off Zhang Fei [5]’s lap, pressed her palm against his chest, and forced his soul out of his body. He was not surprised by her actions, as he knew there was such a technique within the Forbidden Lotus Codex. ”What are you going to do now?”

”Hmm?” Qing Qiu’er pointed her index finger at his soul and counted the number of white lotuses inside. ”More than a hundred lotuses, eh? Why don’t you merge them into one?”

”Eh?” Zhang Fei [5] looked at her in surprise. ”Can such a thing be done?”

Qing Qiu’er nodded at him before releasing her soul, and it immediately touched his soul. ”Let me help you with that.”

Before Zhang Fei [5] could refuse, Qing Qiu’er had already channeled her soul power into his. She enveloped those white lotuses, brought them closer to each other, and slowly merged them.

Zhang Fei [5] wasn’t too worried about Qing Qiu’er’s actions, as he didn’t find any malicious intention from her soul. He looked at the black lotus in her soul, which was much larger than all the black lotuses in the souls of all his wives. He. ’How did she raise her black lotus?’

In a few minutes, the other lotuses had disappeared from Zhang Fei [5]’s soul, leaving a pure, big, white lotus that rotated in his soul and sparkled brightly.

”These feelings.” Zhang Fei [5] clenched both his hands into fists as he sensed a significant change in not only his soul but also his Qi flow.

Qing Qiu’er withdrew her soul power from Zhang Fei [5]’s soul before asking him. ”How do you feel now? Merging them into one is much more beneficial, right?”

”Yes.” Zhang Fei [5] nodded at her. ”Honestly, I never thought of such a method before, and the result is much better than letting all those lotuses fill my soul. Although my soul level has not changed, my soul power has become stronger after they merged together.”

Qing Qiu’er smiled in response. ”In the future, if you add a new white lotus, you have to merge it into the main one directly. The more lotuses you create and merge into the main one, the bigger and stronger it will become.”

”How did you make your black lotus that big?”

”Do you really not know there are two methods to create the lotus?” Zhang Fei [5] shook his head at Qing Qiu’er. ”The first method is to use the Lotus Ascension Art, and it is the best method. The second method could be said to be the evil method, especially since we have to turn other people’s souls into the lotus to strengthen our main lotus.”

”Turning other people’s souls into lotus?” Zhang Fei [5] frowned at that.

Qing Qiu’er nodded at Zhang Fei [5] before taking out a gourd and pulling out a man’s soul from it, which caused Zhang Fei to frown. She then showed him how to transform the soul into a black lotus, and she merged it with her black lotus afterwards. ”This method is truly evil, and those righteous cultivators will hunt us down if they find out about this. However, I never sacrifice innocent people to strengthen my lotus, and the soul just now is the soul of one of my enemies.”

”I see.” Zhang Fei [5] nodded in understanding. ”Just like you, I repeatedly sacrificed the souls of my enemies to strengthen mine, but I used a different method than yours, and I merged their souls with mine directly.”

Qing Qiu’er fell into a daze with her eyes blinking repeatedly. ”How do you merge other people’s souls into your own directly?”

”Do you want to see it?” Qing Qiu’er thought for a moment before nodding to Zhang Fei [5], who then stood in front of her and touched her chest, causing her lips to curl upwards. However, her eyes widened in shock as soon as he replicated her soul. ”This is the first method, and it won’t harm the soul’s owner. The second method is to absorb their soul directly, which will torture them until death.”

”Where did you get this technique?” Qing Qiu’er asked him as she looked at her soul replica, which was completely similar to her original soul.

Zhang Fei [5] smiled faintly and merged Qing Qiu’er’s replica with his without explaining anything to her, causing her to raise an eyebrow. ”Haven’t you been watching me since I arrived at the Star Tower? Thus, you should already know my other identity, right?”

”You were mistaken about that. My avatar never left that underground bedroom, so I only found out about you after you and those two women entered there.” Zhang Fei [5] nodded in understanding before turning his head into his demon head for a brief moment, shocking Qing Qiu’er. ”Are you really a demon? Why can’t I detect any demon aura from you?”

”I am a human in this form, and I am a demon in my demon form.” Zhang Fei [5]’s answer confused Qing Qiu’er. ”I can’t explain the details to you, but I have two identities, both of which are real. Moreover, my demon identity is a transcendent lust demon, so the pink miasma you used at that time didn’t affect me. By the way, I remember you injected something into my body back then, but I never managed to trace it despite trying repeatedly.”

Qing Qiu’er touched Zhang Fei [5]’s chest before extracting a tiny black lotus from his body, which shocked him. ”You couldn’t detect it because it was only a tiny fragment of my black lotus, and I left it in your body to track you. I noticed your arrival in this realm about five years and two months ago, but I couldn’t go looking for you for several reasons, and I chose to wait for you to come to me. However, I didn’t expect that You Feiling would find you in this domain, so I rushed here after she informed me.”

”I see.” Zhang Fei [5] nodded in understanding. ”Back to my first question, what is your purpose in giving me the Forbidden Lotus Codex?”

”Try reading the last technique in the codex.” Zhang Fei [5] raised an eyebrow at Qing Qiu’er. ”You couldn’t read it back then because your soul level was too low, but you should be able to read it now.”

Mei displayed all the techniques in the Forbidden Lotus Codex to Zhang Fei [5]. ”The Lotus Limbo World, where yin and yang intertwine beneath lotus petals, and two souls unite and awaken as one.”

”Yes.” Qing Qiu’er nodded at him. ”To open the Lotus Limbo World requires two cultivators with equal soul power, and both must have the two lotuses, which symbolize Yin and Yang. However, both must also have unwavering hearts and absolute trust toward each other; otherwise, they will not be able to open the door, let alone enter it.”
