The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 358: Chapter 358: I Was the One Who Got Fresh with You

He didn’t know since when he wanted more than just protecting her; he also wanted to get close to her, always feeling that she was so unique and a bit adorable, making him proud and happy.

Yes, he felt very happy.

In his long life, he had never understood the meaning of the word happiness.

He never felt anything was worth being happy about.

Until she accidentally stumbled into his life, and many things started to change.

She was indeed different from others, even her declaration made him feel joy, as if it was the most adorable voice he had ever heard.

”Okay.” Su Yu’s face remained calm, but only he knew that his heart seemed to be beating very fast.

Han Jing pouted, ”Reluctantly, why does it feel like I’m the one taking advantage of you?”

Su Yu suddenly leaned over and pecked her lips, slightly raising his face, and said five words, ”It’s me taking advantage of you.”

Han Jing’s face flushed instantly.

Hey, hey, hey, can you just say such things out loud?

She seemed to want to cover her face with her hand, but her hand was held by Su Yu, so she couldn’t move at all.

She could only lower her head, planning to let her hair hang down to cover her surely flushed face. She wasn’t someone who got embarrassed easily, so what was happening? Could it be that the feelings between a man and a woman were so fiery and heart-pounding?

This was simply out of control!

Han Jing bit her lip, endlessly fantasizing inside, is this what it feels like to like someone? So anxious, what to do?

As she thought about it, maybe she was really too tired; Han Jing didn’t even know when she fell asleep.

Su Yu looked at Han Jing, who was already asleep, amused. The spiritual power was almost exhausted; any more and her body might not be able to take it. He bent down to hold her and adjusted her sleeping posture. As he covered her with the quilt, his gaze fell on her bulging stomach, and he reached out involuntarily.

The little one seemed to feel the warmth and gently kicked him.

Su Yu, a bit flustered, removed his hand, looked over in surprise, and saw nothing stirring.

He, still somewhat confused, put his hand back again, and after a long while, there was still no movement. Just as he was about to remove it, the little one gave him a cooperative kick, and feeling the soft force of the little one, Su Yu’s heart instantly melted completely.

He tucked Han Jing in, looking at her sleeping peacefully, couldn’t help but lower his head and gently drop a kiss on her forehead.

He used to thank her for allowing him to live on because no matter how painful living was, anyone without the courage to live is ultimately a coward. He now thanked her more for bringing him a new life and emotions. Because before meeting her, he never knew his long-dead heart could also be so warm and tender, full of anticipation for everything in the future.

When Han Jing woke up, it was already the next morning; in fact, she was awakened by hunger, having slept so comfortably that she didn’t wake up all night.

When she opened her eyes, looking drowsily at the unfamiliar bed curtains, she suddenly remembered that she had slept in Su Yu’s bed last night!

Realizing this, Han Jing anxiously looked to her side... fortunately, it was empty, with no one there.
