Chapter 299: The H-6 modified bomber must be ”presentable”Chapter 299: The H-6 modified bomber must be ”presentable”

Since the Yan Country Air Force has solemnly entrusted the task of upgrading and modifying the H-6 bomber to the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

Then it will certainly do its best to complete this difficult task.

Ensure that the upgraded H-6 bomber can truly be ”presentable”.

It can be compared with existing medium bombers in various countries around the world.

Even surpass them in some key performance indicators.

Mr. Lin knew that the Shenniao aircraft engine was very expensive.

But Lin Chenran and many top talents in the aerospace field agreed that it was imperative to equip the improved H-6 bomber with the Shenniao aviation engine.

Then the senior leaders of the Yan Country Air Force will definitely be notified.

The opinions and suggestions of these professionals are often based on in-depth research and practical experience.

If the performance of the modified H-6 bomber remains almost the same as before.

There is no need for upgrading!

There are restrictions here and there, it would be better not to change it.

The WP-6 engine, which was the core power of the H-8 bomber, had long caused deep dissatisfaction among the senior leaders of the Yan State Air Force due to its gradually outdated performance and poor reliability.

They have long been eager to retire this old engine and send it to a museum for future generations to admire.

As for how many improved H-6 bombers equipped with advanced Shenniao aviation engines will need to be purchased in the future, the final decision-making power naturally lies in the hands of the Yan Country Air Force.

Thinking of this, General Lin couldn’t help but smile with satisfaction, and he replied firmly: ”No problem, the improved H-6 bomber will be equipped with the Shenniao aviation engine according to the plan of your 077 Machinery Military Factory.”

”I agree with this proposal!”

Upon hearing this, Lin Chenran secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

The price of Shenniao aviation engine is very expensive.

Lin Chenran was afraid that Mr. Lin would not want it to be carried on the H-6 bomber.

Now all problems are solved!

”Mr. Lin, there is a reason why you are expensive!”

”The Shenniao aviation engine has brought about earth-shaking changes to the H-6 bomber.”

”Speed, combat radius, ammunition load, etc. have all been significantly improved.”

Lin Chenran then explained to Mr. Lin.

After Lin Chenran’s further explanation, Mr. Lin had even greater expectations for the H-6 modified bomber equipped with the Shenniao aviation engine.

”Mr. Lin, your Air Force must send someone to our 077 Mechanical Arsenal within a week to confirm that the upgrade and modification plan for the H-6 modified bomber meets your needs.”

Lin Chenran gave an approximate time.

”No problem, we will send a professional team.”

Upon hearing this, Mr. Lin responded quickly.

After chatting for a while, the two hung up the phone.

……

Time passed by quickly like a white horse passing by. In a blink of an eye, the night quietly left, the dawn light broke through the sky, and a red sun slowly rose from the distant east.

The bright sunlight is like a golden veil, gently falling on the vast earth, covering all things in the world with a layer of dazzling light.

The scorching sunlight shone through the window and directly onto the bed.

Lin Chenran was awakened by the bright light. He opened his eyes slightly, adapted to the sudden light, and then gently rubbed his still sleepy eyes with his hands.

Then, like a lazy cat, he stretched his body comfortably, stretching his limbs that were slightly stiff due to long sleep, and sighed with satisfaction. Lin Chenran has been extremely busy these days, and he is exhausted both physically and mentally.

Now, he can finally have a good rest and sleep until he wakes up naturally, which is simply a luxury for him.

After lying quietly on the bed for a while, Lin Chenran slowly sat up.

He shook his head, trying to wake himself up completely. Then he picked up the mouthwash cup on the bedside, walked to the bathroom, and began to wash up.

After washing up, Lin Chenran changed into a neat work suit and went to the staff restaurant of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal to have breakfast in high spirits.

The restaurant was crowded and bustling, but Lin Chenran did not stay for long and finished his breakfast quickly.

After leaving the restaurant, Lin Chenran went straight to his office in the office building.

As soon as he entered the door, he sat down in the comfortable office chair, made some adjustments, called his assistant Xiao Liang, and asked him to bring him a cup of steaming hot fragrant tea.

After a while, Xiao Liang walked into the office with a cup of hot tea with a faint tea aroma and gently placed it on Lin Chenran’s desk.

When everything was ready, Lin Chenran took a deep breath, adjusted his state, and devoted himself to the busy and intense work.

As the 077 Mechanical Arsenal continues to grow and develop, its business becomes increasingly diverse, and Lin Chenran, as a core figure, has an increasingly heavy burden on his shoulders.

Although senior management has shared some of the work, he still needs to deal with a large number of affairs every day, and his work saturation has almost reached its limit.

If it weren’t for the joint efforts of team members, even if Lin Chenran worked around the clock, it would be difficult to promote the sustained and rapid development of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

……

Not long after, there was a slight but clear knock on the door.

Lin Chenran in the room was concentrating on the pile of documents in front of the desk.

After hearing the sound, he did not look up, but continued to process the documents in his hands.

There were so many documents that it seemed as if they would never be finished.

Most important matters must be reviewed and decided by Lin Chenran personally.

”Come in!”

”General Lin!” ×3
It turned out to be Ma Fengshan, the chief designer of the Y-10 aircraft, Meng Chunping, the chief designer of the Longying fighter, and Song Xiyun, the chief steward of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

Seeing the three people coming, Lin Chenran quickly stood up, a smile appeared on his face, and quickly stopped the work at hand.

He turned to his assistant Xiao Liang and whispered, ”Quick, serve hot tea to everyone.”

As soon as the words fell, Xiao Liang responded and walked quickly to the tea room to prepare.

Then, Lin Chenran warmly invited everyone to move to the sofa area and sit down.

Soon after everyone sat down, Xiao Liang came in with some hot tea.

He carefully placed the teacups on the coffee table in front of each person, then tactfully left the office and closed the door behind him.

”Everyone, please try this cup of hot tea first.”

”This tea is hard to come by. I went through a lot of trouble to get just a few ounces.”

”I usually can’t bear to drink more than one sip.”

As Lin Chenran spoke, he extended his hand and made a gesture of invitation to everyone, indicating that everyone should taste this rare good tea together.

After everyone has finished tasting their tea, we’ll get straight to the point.

Lin Chenran took out a design drawing from the safe.

Song Xiyun and the other two opened it and took a deep breath: ”This...”
