Building a Technological Power Starting with the Type 59 missile and Going Astray in Technological Development

Chapter 290 The Arrival of the Shadamu DelegationChapter 290 The Arrival of the Shadamu Delegation
077 Mechanical Arsenal has always adhered to a firm principle: never miss any weapons and equipment business.

Giving up is not just irresponsible to yourself.

It is a great disrespect and betrayal to customers.

No matter what difficulties and challenges they face, they will do their best to meet the various needs of customers.

At one point, the Eagle Sauce imposed a complete blockade on the Kingdom of Damu, strictly prohibiting any weapons and equipment from entering the country.

This did not pose a problem for the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

They acted quickly and demonstrated great creativity and wisdom.

A series of civilian weapons and equipment were directly developed and manufactured for the Damu Kingdom, including powerful heavy mortars and civilian versions of Katyusha rocket launchers.

Although these weapons are defined as civilian, in fact their performance and lethality are in no way inferior to military equipment.

Upon hearing this, Elder Wei couldn’t help but sigh: ”Little Lin, I really admire your willingness to sacrifice your life for money.”

Mr. Wei was full of admiration for the bold move taken by Lin Chenran.

Normally, if two countries are in a state of hostility, weapons and equipment suppliers will tend to choose to provide support to only one side.

But now, Lin Chenran broke the convention and resolutely decided to start transactions with both parties at the same time to achieve the real ”take all” goal.

Regarding this, Lin Chenran seemed full of confidence and determined to win.

He responded: ”Mr. Wei, our 077 Mechanical Military Factory is really too poor! Since such good weapon and equipment orders have come to us, how can we refuse them?”

Suddenly, they both laughed at the same time.

As long as you can make money, it doesn’t matter whether you are on the warring sides or not.

The chief designer said it well: ”It doesn’t matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it can catch mice, it is a good cat.”

Since Lin Chenran agreed, Mr. Wei did not have too many concerns. He just reminded the other party not to let the Damu Kingdom and the Lion Kingdom meet.

”Don’t worry, Mr. Wei. I will make all the arrangements.”

”Even if the two sides meet, I will sell the weapons and equipment that should be sold.”

”It doesn’t matter if the other side is a warring party or not.”

Lin Chenran is so arrogant!
What the Eagles dare not sell, their 077 Machinery Military Factory dares to sell!
If the Eagle Sauce dares to sell it, their 077 Machinery Military Factory will dare to sell it even more!

Elder Wei was speechless for a moment: ”You are really so bold, boy.”

”Anyway, you have to be careful not to cause trouble for the country.”

”Don’t worry, I understand!”

The two then chatted for a while and hung up the phone.

……

Time is like a wild horse that has broken free from its reins, galloping non-stop and disappearing without a trace in the blink of an eye.

The delegation from the Damu Country in the Camel Region secretly went to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

……

The sunlight poured down, illuminating the tall figures of Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun. They were waiting for the members of the Damu Kingdom delegation in front of the comprehensive building of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

When Daniel Harper and others slowly got out of the car, Lin Chenran immediately stepped forward and said with a big smile on his face: ”Mr. Daniel Harper, warmly welcome you to our 077 Mechanical Military Factory again! Your presence really makes our factory shine!”

His words were full of sincerity and enthusiasm, like a spring breeze blowing through people’s hearts.

Although the Damu Kingdom is not as wealthy as the legendary ”the richest sand country in the world with only a piece of cloth on its head”.

But they also have extremely rich oil resources. For the 077 Machinery and Military Factory, the purchase of weapons and equipment this time is an extremely distinguished ”guest of honor”.

After hearing Lin Chenran’s enthusiastic welcome speech, Daniel Harper’s originally serious face instantly blossomed into a smile as brilliant as a spring flower.

He walked up quickly, shook Lin Chenran’s hand tightly, and responded excitedly: ”Director Lin, you are really too polite!”

Because in his opinion, Lin Chenran’s personal visit to greet them fully demonstrated that the 077 Mechanical Arsenal attached great importance to their visit.

How could Daniel Harper not be happy with such courtesy!
”No, no, no, Mr. Daniel, please don’t say that! You are the most distinguished guests of our 077 Mechanical Arms Factory, our important partners, and our major financial sponsors.”

”Proper etiquette must not be neglected!” Lin Chenran said with a smile on his face, his tone relaxed and humorous.

Then, he continued half-jokingly, ”If I make you unhappy because of my momentary rudeness and negligence, and you stop purchasing weapons and equipment from our factory, then I, a small factory director, will be in big trouble! Maybe one day when I walk on the street, an employee will stab me in the back!”

As soon as Lin Chenran said this, it was like a stone thrown into a calm lake, immediately causing ripples.

The crowd, who were originally a little reserved, were stunned at first, and then burst into laughter.

Some people laughed so hard that they fell over, while others held their stomachs and couldn’t straighten up. The whole scene was filled with laughter and the atmosphere suddenly became very lively.

Amidst this cheerful laughter, the distance between the two sides seemed to be shortened a lot.

The previous feeling of strangeness and estrangement, like the morning mist, quickly dissipated without a trace under the sunshine.

After laughing, Lin Chenran enthusiastically invited the delegation members from the Damu Country in the Camel Area to come in, and then led them towards the complex building.

Along the way, everyone was talking and laughing, and they were in great harmony.

The staff of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal were very considerate and led the way for the delegation to ensure that they could reach the meeting room smoothly.

When we arrived at the meeting room, everyone found a seat and sat down.

Lin Chenran winked at a senior executive of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory standing nearby.

The senior executive of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory understood instantly, stood up, bowed and thanked the representatives of the Damu Country, and then explained to the latter their various weapons and equipment.

Especially light weapons and various heavy weapons.

Seeing this, the members of the delegation from the Damu Kingdom nearby looked greedy.

The weapons and equipment are all what their Damu country needs.

Although the Russians supported them from behind and gave them some of the weapons and equipment from the Damu Kingdom.

However, the senior leaders of the Damu Kingdom felt that these weapons and equipment were not enough and could not defend their country at all.

Also, support is not free.

The Damu Kingdom still needs to spend money on procurement.

The Soviet Union only accepted a small amount of oil as payment for its debts.

Who made the Russian bear country so rich in oil resources?

It is also one of the world’s largest exporters of oil and natural gas.

……

Now the Damu Kingdom is short of funds, while the Yan Kingdom is short of oil resources, which provides an opportunity for cooperation.

They can purchase a large amount of weapons and equipment from Yan State.

And Yan State obtained a certain amount of oil from them.

The most important thing is that Yan State is the most fair in doing business.
