Chapter 274: Y-10 Airborne Early Warning Aircraft Predicts Enemy SituationChapter 274: Y-10 Airborne Early Warning Aircraft - Anticipating the Enemy Situation

After bidding farewell to Gao Wenbo, Lin Chenran led a group of important figures from the Yan country’s military and walked towards the unique and eye-catching Y-10 aircraft not far away. Compared with ordinary transport aircraft, this aircraft is particularly different.

When they approached the Y-10 aircraft, they could clearly see its unique exterior design.

Flowing lines outline the graceful contours of the fuselage, and the shapes of the wings and tail have been carefully optimized to improve flight performance and stability.

The most eye-catching thing is the huge radar cover above the nose of the aircraft, which looks like a dazzling crown, highlighting its special identity as an airborne early warning aircraft.

As everyone boarded the plane, the door slowly closed. As soon as they entered the cabin, the military leaders of Yan State were immediately shocked by the scene before them.

The originally spacious space has now been filled with all kinds of high-tech instruments and equipment, with dense wires and pipes intertwined together, like a complex and sophisticated technological maze.

These instruments flashed indicator lights of various colors, and the data and images constantly jumping on the screen were dazzling.

From advanced radar systems to high-performance communication equipment to intelligent data analysis terminals, every component exudes high-tech brilliance, making people marvel at the rapid development of modern aviation technology.

At this moment, Lin Chenran turned around and his eyes fell on Ma Fengshan beside him.

The corners of his mouth slightly raised, outlining a faint smile, and he slowly said in a tone full of trust and expectation: ”Boss Ma, next you will introduce the Y-077 airborne early warning aircraft of our 10 Machinery Military Factory to the leaders.”

Ma Fengshan nodded solemnly.

He first coughed twice to clear his hoarse throat, then strode in front of the crowd with steady and powerful steps.

In a professional and vivid manner, like an experienced storyteller, he described the various features of the Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft.

After hearing these words, the military representatives of Yan State standing nearby suddenly broke into uncontrollable smiles of joy on their faces.

They all pricked up their ears and listened attentively to every word of Ma Fengshan, for fear of missing any key information.

At the same time, the pen in his hand kept dancing, quickly recording the key points and highlights of Ma Fengshan’s speech in the notebook.

Ma Fengshan paused for a moment, looked around at the pairs of expectant eyes around him, took a deep breath, and continued, ”My dear leaders, the engine of this Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft is the latest research and development result of our 077 Machinery Military Factory.”

Compared with the previously delivered Y-10 large aircraft, this Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft uses a different engine.

The Y-10 early warning aircraft uses a high-power engine designed specifically for military use.

There is a world of difference between the military field and the civilian field.

In order to ensure that the Y-077 airborne early warning aircraft has outstanding performance, the 10 Mechanical Military Factory spared no effort in spending a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to carefully develop and customize an aircraft engine with powerful thrust.

However, at this moment, Lin Chenran on the side took over the conversation and further explained: ”Since this engine is a customized product, its R&D and manufacturing costs are huge.”

Lin Chenran’s words mean that the Yan State military insists on using this special engine, so the price of the Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft will inevitably increase.

Hearing this, Mr. Wei on the side was both surprised and conflicted.

Surprisingly, equipped with a brand-new engine, the performance of the Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft has achieved a qualitative leap.

The problem is that the Yan State military will have to pay an expensive purchase fee again.

Want a powerful aircraft but don’t want to pay for it?

Lin Chenran waved his hands helplessly, indicating that he was powerless, and then directly gave the Yan State military two choices.

He looked at everyone present with a sharp gaze and said in a calm tone: ”My dear leaders, as the saying goes, ’You want a horse to run faster, but you don’t want to give it more grass to eat.’ How can such a good thing be possible in the world?”

Then, he paused for a moment and continued, ”If your military can accept the Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft to be equipped with the original aircraft engine, then we can naturally replace it according to your requirements.”

”If this is the case, the overall performance of this early warning aircraft will be greatly reduced, especially in terms of endurance. It may be difficult to meet the expected demand.” Lin Chenran said bluntly.

One price, one product.

Cheap and good stuff?

Do big things with little money?

Have!
But not much!
Especially in the field of weapons and equipment, if you want superior performance and high technology, the price will definitely be high.

Mr. Lin on the side felt that the price increase of 077 Machinery Military Factory was reasonable.

For the Yan Country Air Force, performance will be the first choice.

Purchasing an airborne early warning aircraft with poor performance will not mean much to the entire air force.

In addition, the number of Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft purchased will not be large.

The price is a little bit higher, but it is acceptable.

Mr. Wei and Mr. Lin looked at each other and accepted the reality.

In the end, the Yan State military purchased four Y-077 airborne early warning aircraft from the 4 Mechanical Military Factory.

Purchase again if necessary.

”Mr. Wei! Mr. Lin! Your military purchased four Y-4 airborne early warning aircraft, and our 10 Machinery Military Factory has no profit at all.”

“Just broke even!”

Lin Chenran complained directly to the two military leaders of Yan State.

Judging from the purchase of four Y-4 airborne early warning aircraft by the Yan country’s military, the 10 Machinery Military Factory has indeed just broken even.

Even the labor costs are included!

Elder Wei obviously ”sees through” Lin Chenran: ”Yes, yes, your 077 Mechanical Military Factory will break even!”

”On behalf of the military, I would like to thank you, the 077 Machinery and Military Factory, for developing an airborne early warning aircraft with superior performance for us.”

Lin Chenran, who was standing by, suddenly became embarrassed: ”Uh?”

Suddenly, bursts of laughter were heard from inside the Y-10 airborne early warning aircraft.

”Forget it! Just think of our 077 Mechanical Military Factory as supporting the country’s national defense construction.”

……

At the same time, the news that the 077 Machinery Military Factory cooperated with Sichuan Airlines and the latter purchased five Y-5 aircraft from the former was spread by several major domestic news agencies and instantly caused heated discussions at home and abroad.

Yan Guo people: Cool! The domestic large aircraft has finally landed and delivered to private airlines. We can finally sit on our own ”large aircraft” and ”proud aircraft”.

”After 17 years, we have finally honed our skills and are now a domestic presence in the large aircraft market.”

”If the 077 Machinery Military Factory had not taken over the Y-10 aircraft project team, our large aircraft would have been strangled in the cradle.”

”I heard that the 077 Machinery Military Factory has designed, developed and manufactured a second large aircraft, and this time the large aircraft’s range will be greatly improved, and it can fly international routes uninterruptedly.”
