Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1046: Going All Out

A moment ago.

”This is... Domain!” Garam was stunned. It was hard even for a familiar to create their domain, let alone for a human who borrowed the familiar’s power. In fact, even someone like him didn’t have the power of a domain.

Garam hurriedly leaped away instead of continuing to attack. In the domain, the other party’s strength would increase tremendously. Without understanding the domain itself, Garam might lose this engagement.

Evelyn took this opportunity to get rid of the curse in her body. She never thought she would have to use her domain without even cornering Garam.

This showed how powerful Garam was. Even if he was weaker due to consuming blood, he had been a world class summoner much longer than her.

Evelyn gathered the gravity in her hand and teleported to Garam. The latter seemed to have predicted her movement as he spun his body while waving his scepter.

A shock wave shook the area as Evelyn’s fist and Garam’s scepter clashed.

However, Evelyn’s domain seemed to weaken the curse’s power.

”My power...” Garam widened his eyes in shock. He jumped away, causing the fist to blow him farther.

’My power is disappearing in her domain. If I’m not mistaken, her domain seems to be connected to the void itself. My power must have gone there. Although I don’t fully understand the space element, Lucas’ knowledge is not shallow either.

’Even I can’t feel anything if it’s thrown into the void...’ Garam’s expression turned grim. Evelyn was much stronger than Lucas, so he knew her mastery was also higher than his. If not, how could Lucas fail to escape?

Garam understood that if he didn’t unleash his full strength, he would be defeated by that domain sooner or later.

Hence, he cut his own palm and let the blood drop. ”Come forth! Blood Sacrifice.”

The energy contained in that curse was two times higher than the previous one.

Evelyn tried to erase that curse, but as expected, it was too much even for her domain. Her domain only diminished 60% of the power, so the remaining 40% was able to reach her.

Evelyn hurriedly ripped apart the space in front of her, forcing the remaining power to miss her.

But this time, she combined the gravity power with her space element. Since the curse wouldn’t disappear and instead would continue to chase after her, she had to get rid of this curse entirely.

That was why, after ripping apart the space by using the gravity, she actually ripped the rest by using her space element as though the space itself was nothing but a piece of paper.

Then she crushed that power before throwing it into the void. As a result, the curse disappeared.

”...” Garam was astonished by that power. He never expected such a thing from Lucas.

He tried to send another curse, but with her new proficiency, she combined it with the technique she had previously.

By pointing her palm forward, the space in front of her cracked as though it were glass.

However, this glass had been transformed into wrinkled paper. As her hand clutched, the paper was being crushed.

She finally perfected this new technique thanks to Nathan inspiring her to use gravity to shatter the space. And her space domain completed the technique.

Garam could see that his curse would be useless against her because what Evelyn erased was not the curse, but the space itself.

”Tsk.” Garam clicked his tongue. He realized that the ordinary method wouldn’t work against Evelyn.

That was why he needed something even more potent.

”Fine.” Garam gritted his teeth to endure the pain as he ripped his pinky’s nail.

The blood coming from the finger and the nail turned into a catalyst.

”Go!”

The curse formed that of a skull, similar to what Iskar could use, but the amount of ena as well as the potency of the curse couldn’t be compared. The curse turned into a beam and flew toward Evelyn.

Evelyn tried to break the space again and destroyed it, but to her surprise, the curse didn’t hit the space. Instead, it was targeting the ena she used to control that space.

”!!!” It was Evelyn’s turn to get alarmed. With the curse destroying the ena, the space didn’t collapse as she couldn’t control it anymore.

Then, the curse broke through and came toward her.

Evelyn teleported at the last moment. The target of her teleportation was behind Garam. The latter smirked and leaped skillfully. ”I’ve finally got you.”

There was still some blood dropping to the ground that didn’t get refined into a curse. This was a trap, knowing that Evelyn would come to him the moment she needed some time.

”Activate! Curse of Argon.”

Several magic circles formed from that blood.

”I also got you.” Evelyn harrumphed as she snapped her fingers.

A magic circle appeared underneath Garam.

”Huh? Where does this come from?” Garam obviously couldn’t see the micro flow of ena. Evelyn had scattered the micro flow and controlled them so that they would gather in one spot, forming a magic circle.

And this magic circle produced several magic circles in succession above Garam before getting connected to each other as if it was forming a tower.

”Gravity Tower. Ten folds.”

Both of them got hit at the same time. Garam felt like his body was being crushed from above, while Evelyn had to withstand the curse and keep it out of her body.

Still, the curse Garam sent earlier curved around and became another card for Garam. ”Hahaha. This is the power of a curse!”

The curse flew straight toward Evelyn.

”...” Evelyn didn’t do anything at the last moment, causing the curse to hit her and burst.

In the end, Evelyn reappeared next to that magic circle, while Garam also got freed after she lost control of her tower, thus escaping himself.

Evelyn knew she had to end this fast because her ena wouldn’t be enough to keep up with Garam. At the same time, Garam couldn’t slow down the pace either. Evelyn’s domain had raised an alarm.

He felt one mistake within that domain would kill him, so he had to take her down before the mistake happened.
