Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1007: Five Questions

According to Lukas, the strength of most people in the Divine Hand was not much. Even though all of them were elites, there were only 10 grandmasters and 4 of them were arcane level summoners.

However, Nathan had killed three of those grandmasters: Jisawn, Daniel, and Kana.

And this time, they had taken down Karen, Baral, and Lucas. It turned out Karen replaced Kana, who was in charge of the kidnapping. Meanwhile, Baral replaced Daniel and received the task of destruction.

Jisawn’s duty as the manager of their information was entrusted to another grandmaster called Viola.

With them taking Lucas, Karen, and Baral, the Divine Hand only had 5 grandmasters and three arcane level summoners left.

Nathan crossed his arms, thinking, ‘Eyewood and Tuska are not really powerful, but they have their own bodyguards. I should probably entrust these two to Sera, Flora, Noelle, and Alavenya. Since Eyewood is in charge of the artifact while Tuska is in charge of the alien reconstruction, we can’t afford to have them escape.

‘Now that I think about it, Devia should be taken care of by now, since she’s the other agent who remains on the surface.

‘With this, there are only two more grandmasters and three arcane level summoners that I have to be careful of.

‘Neyeid and Revon will have to fight them. Revon should be much stronger, so he has to kill his opponent fast so that he can help.

‘As for Bella, should I ask her to get the last one? Well, I will ask Selena to handle one of the grandmasters and Christopher or Sonia can handle the other one.

‘Meanwhile, I will probably handle Iskar, who is supposed to be Garam Haygaiden’s disciple. I have plenty of grudges against him after what he did in that mine.

‘Iskar might be an arcane level summoner, but it doesn’t look like he’s that strong because of their method…’

‘I need someone to take care of something else. Besides, Sonia is probably better at killing the rest of the people in this situation.’

Nathan turned to Evelyn, asking, “Lucas is not that strong, right?”

Evelyn nodded. “I don’t know why you ask such a question, but if I have to say it according to the standard, then yes.”

Nathan turned to Lucas, asking, “Why are you not as strong as a normal arcane level summoner despite being one?”

“Because we got this power by using other people’s blood.”

“Other people’s blood? Are you a vampire?” Nathan squinted his eyes.

“No. We are not a vampire. The concept itself might be similar, but we’re using magic to let our body absorb the ena from someone’s blood. But because of it, it had so many impurities in it. That’s why, while we’re able to reach this level, our strength is slightly weaker.”

“Damn. Why are you guys like those people from the Blood Cult in Murim?” Nathan paused for a moment and glanced at Evelyn and Rood, who were confused by his terminology. Their faces were clearly asking, What was the Blood Cult? What was Murim?

Nathan immediately added, “…or so what Anubis would most likely say, right?”

Anubis’ eyebrows twitched as if he was screaming internally, ‘Why are you involving me now?’

Anubis coughed once as he heard what Nathan said through telepathy. “They might have familiars from that place, not these people, but those people who caused the Bloody Banquet.

“Those blood-sucking bastards often appeared in the same place as Ying Zhen’s, Selena’s third familiar, era. There were four most prominent influences, which were the orthodox sects who later founded the Martial Alliance, the unorthodox sects, the Heavenly Demon Palace, and the Blood Sect.

“Anyway, this might also be the reason they killed them. They could use their blood to get stronger. Is that correct?”

“Yes.” Lucas nodded. “Thanks to it, I almost became an arcane level, if my calculation was correct. My lord became a world class summoner at that time.”

“…” They were dumbfounded. It looked like they figured out more and more about them.

Nathan said, “Either way, they might be strong, but we might still be able to beat them. That’s why I will kick Iskar Haygaiden’s ass while you take their leader. I will give the arrangement later once we regroup later.”

“Do we have enough people?”

“Since we include the girls, yes.” Nathan nodded.

“Good then. I will trust your judgment.”

Nathan nodded. “Onto the third question. Tell me everything about your base. Do you have traps? Do you have maps?”

Lucas stopped moving for a second before his finger moved and drew something on the floor. Mae activated her illusion to make his stroke light up so that a map could be drawn out of nothing.

It looked like they were extremely lucky to have Lucas here. He had followed Garam for so long and was in charge of the teleportation.

As a result, he was acquainted with everyone since they needed him to send them somewhere. There was no one who had more information than Lucas in the Divine Hand. Even Jisawn or Devia, who were in charge of both the inside and the outside information network, didn’t have this.

Once he finished drawing, Lucas began to tell them about each room. “Eyewood’s laboratory…”

Fortunately, it looked like there was no trap since their place was so hidden that there were supposed to be no intruders.

“Do you think you can teleport inside this base?” Nathan asked.

Evelyn raised two fingers. “If I know the coordinate or if I have the teleportation’s trace.”

Lucas drew a symbol, which was his own teleportation magic circle, before saying, “Our base is not far from Elysion Aquamoon’s territory.”

Evelyn said, “I will copy that teleportation magic and locate it. It shouldn’t be that hard as long as I know the general location.”

“That’s good then.” Nathan nodded, satisfied. With this, they could infiltrate their base right away. There were two questions left, so Nathan began to ask for a much more serious question.

“Tell me everything you know about the aliens. How do you figure out how to turn a human into an alien?”
