Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1035: Unleashing Their Full Strength

One month ago.

Evelyn crossed her arms. ”You told me something I didn’t know back then about gravity being a huge mass that made objects revolve around it. So, I feel bad for taking it for granted... I’m planning to tell you about my own interpretation of your power.

”You can use this as an inspiration, or I will even help you develop it if you have any problems.

”If you fully concentrate your bullets, I don’t think you will lack firepower, especially with the Time Seal you’ve shown me. By accumulating your power, you can increase it multiple times.

”At the same time, your control over your bullets is good, but the more bullets you send, the harder it is to control every single bullet.

”Right now, you can manifest 64 bullets on one hand, but I’m sure you’re going to split it up one more time, right? Controlling 256 bullets is hard. Right now, you can probably control it in a group, which reduces the brain input, but it will exhaust your stamina a lot.

”I don’t know if you have heard this advice, but I think you should create a program for your bullets. Just divide them into several groups that have a certain set of motion.”

Nathan nodded. ”I have already heard it, but if I control them by myself, I will be able to take my opponent by surprise. Besides, the enemy won’t be able to predict where my bullets are going.”

”I agree with that plan to a certain extent, but there’s a limit. And there’s another reason for me telling you this. In the past, you didn’t have a time element.”

”Huh?” Nathan raised his eyebrows. From her words, he could feel something. Although he couldn’t conceptualize it yet, it felt like something was growing on him.

”Time element, bullet... Now that I think about it, I can combine it. Normally, the magic will boost the bullets in one way or another. I have even created a variation of it, such as the Save Spell with several time slots.

”What if I fuse both the bullets and the magic?” Nathan looked down, falling into deep thought.

He suddenly raised his hand and formed his bullet. Before shooting it, instead of a magic circle, he infused the time element into his bullets instead.

Then, he took Evelyn’s advice by creating a program that controlled several groups of bullets.

Each group would have its own pattern. This would simplify his attack, but this was the time for the time element to step in.

Nathan sent forth the bullets. Evelyn could see the bullets moving according to the program, which was quite complicated already.

But Nathan activated the Save magic, which made several bullets suddenly go back in time. Then, other bullets started to experience the same thing.

”!!!” Even Evelyn couldn’t help but widen her eyes. ’This... At first, several bullets from each group suddenly return to their past, then several more, then more and more until every bullet returns to its past at one point. This process is repeated until the bullets are gone.

’It looks like the trajectory hasn’t been calculated properly, as there are bullets overlapping each other, which causes them to neutralize each other. But with this kind of attack, the enemy won’t know which bullet will be coming first and from which direction.

’Because of his program, they returned every few seconds, so there might be some bullets that were about to reach the enemy and suddenly return to the past, which would startle the enemy.

’This is beyond what I have in mind. By controlling the trajectory of each group and mixing them in one way or another, he is creating an attack that is unpredictable in terms of direction and timing at the same time.’

This was what Nathan called Time Bullets. He didn’t program just his bullets. To complicate his attack, he also programmed its time element. These two would combine and create an unstoppable attack.

And this attack was coming at Iskar.

”What?” Iskar was in complete shock. If he blocked this attack, some bullets might disappear, but the majority of it might throw off his timing.

Nathan even went one step further by spreading them in all directions.

”Tsk.” Iskar clicked his tongue and leaped away. The bullets hit the trees and pierced through them before disappearing. However, two-thirds of the bullets would still reach the target.

Iskar bent his knees and let a drop of his blood from his wound fall to the ground. He then placed his hand on top of the bullet and formed a magic circle around himself.

”Grant this world weakness!”

A magic circle formed from that blood as black energy soared into the sky and formed a pillar. All the bullets that hit this pillar vanished without a trace, and the pillar remained until all the bullets disappeared.

Iskar then pressed his wound and smeared his own blood on the scepter. ”By using my blood as a catalyst, I invite ’that’ who leaves without words.”

The eye of his scepter shot out a ball of energy that turned into a raven toward Nathan.

”!!!” Anubis activated his Ankh to stop it, but the raven suddenly splashed on the barrier before changing its shape to that of a humanoid figure. It crawled on the barrier’s surface as though it couldn’t be neutralized by his holy power.

Qilin squinted his eyes and hurriedly activated his hexagram again. ”Li, Qian.”

He activated both the Fire and Heaven this time, turning it into a fire granted by the heavens, the Flame of Purification.

”Scree!” The curse was screeching in pain as though it were alive. Yet, it stubbornly resisted the purification. In fact, Qilin could see that the curse was fighting back against the purification.

”This curse...” Qilin turned grim. ”Watch out!”

Qilin fully activated the hexagram as Iskar clutched his hand, causing the curse to explode. The hexagram shattered like glass, and even the divine barrier cracked.

It was Nathan’s turn to get surprised. After all, he had been fighting Iskar from a safe position as Anubis and Qilin assisted his defense. But what if Iskar’s power could actually penetrate their power?

”Summoner. Watch out. He’s using his own life as a catalyst for his curse.”
